Ah, this must be my favorite one so far, because it shows immense development for Ilay (though, he still expresses that in his own twisted ways), but also because we have the arc where he gets abandoned and cannot function properly.
I almost appreciate that we barely have any Ilay POV and we see most things from conversations with others. If anything, I'd have liked this being EVEN more slow burn and not having solved the chase within 1 volume, but I am still happy. Seeing Ilay is always fun, because he really tries to understand himself and reaches some... interesting conclusions!
To be honest, I really loved Ilay through the whole novel, but now at the end I think he's overly possessive and I'm a little scared of the side stories haha ૮◞ ‸ ◟ ა Also, must say it's very fun story and, if we skip the non consensual scenes in bed, then it's also kinda cute... :Dd
