Phoenix thought that she was doing the right thing by welcoming Jessica into her home as a foster child. Within a few weeks, she quickly realizes why finding placement for the nine year old has been such a challenge in the past. For Jessica, Phoenix and Georgie are the family that she's always wanted. When it comes to protecting them, Jessica isn't afraid to take drastic measures into her own hands.
Part two of I Know What I Saw has left me absolutely speechless! This installment continues the journey of Phoenix Smith and her adopted daughter as they embrace a new family member, a foster child named Jessica. And let me tell you, Jessica completely blew my mind! I can't wait to dive into Part 3! February 2026 feels like an eternity away!
This quick read was a good follow up to book one. The cover accurately depicts Jessica’s smirk after she’d done questionable things that made sense to her. It ended without a resolution so I’m hoping for book three.
The second part was so good.she should have just send her back that little girl Jessica was something else. I feel like she was bad for a reason.than there’s Conner he was a lying dog he had a whole family the whole time. I feel like it’s going be a part 3.highly recommend
Once again I’m conflicted in how to feel. Boom 2, Jessica turned up wayyyyy passed 10! To be honest, she’s doing it for a person she cares about. The irony that Georgie’s bully is the daughter of the “boyfriend” (with his fake self) was the turn I didn’t see coming! Makes me wonder who all knows something! This book was a whirlwind!
Ok now I liked this book wayyyyy better than the 1st one. This gave Orphan vibes but a Halloween version👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. I feel like there needs to be a part 3 tho
This series just keeps getting better. Little Jessica is something else. Phoenix is starting to wake up to Jessica's antics. I can't wait to part 3 to see how this plays out.
