Imagine being The Reaper and when you go to collect a soul you fall in love with a woman who’s had a monster decide her fate. He goes against the rules and saves her. Years later he can be with her but fate intervenes again. This book was absolutely adorable. A heartwarming short story about soul mates.

beautiful!
This was so beautifully written, the imagery was phenomenal. It felt like poetry to my eyes and soul but more. Seriously what a great job on this, you should be proud. And when you write a novel, you bet I’ll be reading it! 🥹

I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. I loved the concept of the story but am impressed by the ability to connect me to the character within those 90 pages. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short read.

Good quick read. I know it’s a novella but I would like to read more about this story! I have so many unanswered questions and thoughts about the main characters lol but if you’re looking for a short read, this one is good!

3.5’s it was a dark academia love story. You have a girl that is suffering from loss and just abandonment in her life. She stumbles across death an he just cant let her go!

Delightful
“Wilted” is undoubtedly a delightful read. Slightly predictable. However, this minor flaw does not detract from the overall enjoyment of the story. It has you believe in love and in pursuiting happiness. Death was an exceptional character.

This was a very interesting book. I am not sure how I feel about it but it DID make me feel a lot. I love books with Death as a main character so I enjoyed this one.

I loved this book. It has a very natural flow and painted such a beautiful picture of the world and the struggles we face. I’m hoping for a full novel in the future!

Death falls in love with a soul he was to take. But they are destined and tethered together from a previous life. Wilted is 84 pages long but is still a solid story.

I'm horrible at writing reviews but let's give this a shot!
I can't remember how I stumbled upon this book. Most likely social media but I am happy I did. This short book/ story was really delightful 😊 I LOVE stories with Death as a character & the relationship between Death & the FMC was super cute. I was gutted when Fate drove them apart & would love a continuation of the story some day 🫶🏻
