You can get 2x, 10x, or 100x more leads than you currently are withoutchanging anything about what you sell… This book contains the playbooks that took me from sleeping on my gym floor to owning a portfolio of companies that generate $200,000,000 per year in under a decade. Wanna know the biggest difference between those two time periods? How many leads I was getting.
The problem is - most business owners don’t know how to get leads.I wrote this book to solve your LEADS problem. Today, our companies generate 20,000+ new leads per day across sixteen different industries. And, they do it using the eight “never-go-hungry” playbooks inside. Inside you will find… …The easiest way to get another five customers tomorrow …The hook-retain-reward system to transforms content into leads …The 6-part ad framework that gets more people - especially strangers - to want what you sell …The one question that immediately turns any stranger (no matter how cold) into a hot lead …The 7 direct referral methods responsible for 30% of my sales …The affiliate playbook that gets hundreds of other businesses to advertise your stuff for free …The agency agreement that gets them to teach you their lead-getting secrets at no cost …The how-to-get-people-off-the-streets-and-getting-you-leads in under 2 weeks framework …and everything else that got our companies boatloads of leads…fast.

-$100M Branding Playbook- Branding is a cool factor making people stay even if other products are superior. Good Branding reduces CAC, increases LTV. Imagine you see a lost cow as an (American) farmer; if the cow has a tag/branding on it, you will change your behavior. Absence of it means apathy and leaving it be, presence of a brand (which you know) means either benevolence (taking the cow back to its owner) or malevolence (lunch); branding changed behavior. Advertising is showing the product exists (e.g. Kangaroo leather pouch), branding is showing it's made by YOU. Think of it like Fame vs Character. If you're famous (which is done by advertisement) everyone knows your character (good or bad) which can induce different reactions. Advertising hence is how many people are aware of you(REACH); branding is whether they like you (or dislike, not everyone is big into leather. AKA DIRECTION) and how much you can affect them to change behaviors (INFLUENCE). Ronaldo having Cola on his table is positive REACH, him pushing it aside and drinking water is negative DIRECTION and INFLUENCE. A person can see a leather purse (positive REACH) and changing their behavior here would mean buying the purse (positive DIRECTION and INFLUENCE) or joining Animal Rights Protests (negative DIRECTION and INFLUENCE). The way to make use of a brand to make money is transferring some of our reach and influence to the product we're developing or pair it with a product. If Apple made shirts which costed $10 to produce, they could without doubt sell them for $100. Why did it gain value? transferred association/osmosis. I like Iron Hand from 40k; I buy their figures (literally just plastic which costed like $3) at $150 cause I want the association that "yeah I'm hardcore like them". This allows for pricing power; Apple or Starbucks due to being seen as upper-class brands can increase prices whilst still maintaining brand and costs. TBC
