This book started out electric, so interesting and engaging... "gnosis" served up direct, it would seem. Comparable to the best aspects of Walsh's Conversations with God.
After about 200 pages, though, it seems to be repeating the same idea over and over again: (my words): "Ascension to higher dimensions of consciousness comes through energetic purging, allowing life issues to work themselves out, so they no longer 'hold a charge.' 'Let it be' is the motto along the way. We create every aspect of our reality, essentially we all inhabit different realities."
The book also says that we are entering an accelerated age, being bombarded by higher vibrations; we all must change to meet the new energy... The planet is changing at an accelerated pace, to evolve into harmony with the change.
I didn't understand all of it. But one can take some concrete encouragement on the path. The single most useful idea I found was to let emotional trigger responses run their feeling course. Feel them all the way through until their charges are depleted. Otherwise they will come back again and again.
I don't know... It was repetitive, despite the interest of the message. In a word, it ended up being a bit boring in much of it. Too much of the same thing, through all these pages of text. In the end, however, I liked it just the same. It provided waves of reassurance, recurring.
