Strange Electromagnetic Dimensions: The Science of the Unexplainable

Rate this book
We live in an environment permeated by both natural and artificial sources of electromagnetic energy, while we ourselves are electromagnetic beings. As we continue to pollute and thereby alter our electromagnetic environment, we are also altering ourselves. In particular, these changes infringe on the psychic side of our being.

This exciting and controversial new title shows how all things, from the mundane to the mysterious, are tied together by a vast--and largely invisible--electromagnetic web. It examines ESP, poltergeist disturbances, psychokinesis, electric people, UFOs, and other paranormal phenomena from an electromagnetic perspective. It also reveals how the artificial, alien energies we've been introducing into our environment shape the way we experience the paranormal.

Strange Electromagnetic Dimensions explores such questions

This book is science written for the layman. It begins slowly, but that is to give a foundation of understanding for the following chapters. I found some of the studies quite interesting. The author explains the concept of electro magnetism. Many of the topics dealt with in the book are controversial, but the author tries to back up his findings with scientific evidence.

This is a fascinating book, an investigation into lightning, UFO’s and remarkable human abilities, and how these phenomena are tied together by nature’s electromagnetic web.

Many phenomena deemed anomalous and paranormal, including psychokinesis, ball lightning, earth lights, and spontaneous human combustion (SHC), are placed within an electromagnetic context and rendered comprehensible and profoundly interconnected. Mr. Proud's book reveals an interesting combination of science and spirituality.

It's goddamn! electric. Okay, maybe not electric, but it certainly was a well researched and unbiased look at (un)natural electricity in us and our surroundings. It covered topics ranging from the magnetic grid that birds and other animals see all the way to ball lightning. All of it fascinating.
