Interesting but somewhat dated

Thanks to the publishers, who have supplied me with a paper copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. The book has some great graphics and would be of the most help to someone who is relatively new to the digital workforce. Some of the projections considered likely to occur in the future are no longer accurate assessments, due to the rapid pace of technological advancement, however the rest of the information remains relevant.

With all this wave and movement of the growth of artificial intelligence, it is important to understand it and know well the challenges of digital disruption. When looking for this book, I wanted a comprehensive manual that explained in detail how to confront the challenges of digital disruption, but when a friend of mine recommended this wonderful book, I read it, and I noticed that it had all of my requirements.
One of the things that made this book stand out from others was its many case studies that were structured throughout the book. Also, a variety of frameworks, and tools were included, designed to assist business leaders in rethinking value chains, implementing innovative business models, and identifying new revenue streams.
Overall, this is a great resource for business leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs looking for understanding the complexities of the digital transformation.

Amazing book

Wooow, what an extraordinary and practical book; I needed it without knowing it.
What surprised me most about this book is the author's fluid and easy way of writing, you start reading and when you realize you are already in the middle of the book.
It is an entertaining guide that teaches us how nowadays traditional companies face an abysmal digital change and therefore, how companies can adapt to these changes without dying in the attempt.
Personally, I am an entrepreneur and this book showed me a detailed plan to overcome the new challenges, helping me to stay profitable and relevant in the face of new competitors.
I highly recommend this book to all entrepreneurs as you will learn about how to implement new business models, be prepared for the digital future and innovative ideas. Excellent

This book is a great manual for traditional organizations that are facing digital transformation and modern days. This is a really useful and excellent book and not only executives, entrepreneurs and innovators must read it. It doesn’t matter if you have a company with a lot of years of experience or you’re starting your business, this book will change your mindset. It gives you a comprehensive analysis of disruption, exemplifying this through an analysis of 50 real-world case studies on how to be a digital disruptor, setting aside the traditional business model vision. What I liked the most is how it has different tools and frameworks that help you understand and proceed with this transformation that will help your business grow.

This book dedicated to organizations guides the reader to adapt to the advancement of the digital era, and helps them understand the impact it is having in the actual world and provides details so they can take advantage of the situation to benefit their business.
The information shared in the pages of “The Innovative Dinosaur” is accurate, reliable and detailed and although it is a long piece of work, it is easy to read.
I loved the format of the book and I think it deserves an extra point just for the details that did not go unnoticed by the author; the striking colors he uses, the different typographies he employs, the graphics he includes and the captivating divisions between chapters make it impossible not to feel trapped by it!

Too necessary

This book should be distributed within all companies not only in the United States but around the world, or at least within those companies that aim to grow through innovation.

Today, there are still many companies that, while claiming to be innovative, are still too attached to too many mechanical and time-consuming processes. Well, this book not only generates a lot of awareness in this regard, but also helps all members of the company to learn to have a proper transition, which is not an uncontrolled avalanche that ends up putting many at a disadvantage.
Everything is based on serious and very illustrative studies that the book brings, I think that is why it is one of the best tools for a company to assume these changes in a close and simple way.

The book takes through a detailed and tailored journey of establishing, analyzing, and understanding the defining or rising digital disruptors of today. You can find case studies on different industries that factors went through digital transformation. There is quite interesting comparison between digital and traditional enterprises. I have enjoyed learning frameworks, methods, and tools that can help an enterprise overcome the digital changes. There good illustrations to support some concepts. Overall the book sounds like a text book however some good combination of enterprise management and technology is well presented.

The Innovative Dinasour is a book that highlights the importance of staying digitally updated. It doesn´t matter which area or company, the author claims every enterprise will benefit and profit from updating, taking competition to the next level while avoiding doom. Motaz Agamawi writes with dedication, sharing personal experiences and backing it up with a thorough bibliography.

Overall, it was an interesting read. As a millennial, I'm no stranger to it, and I do recognize the obsoleteness of the old business model in many companies in my hometown, and I think this book can make a difference and change the mentality of future owners/leaders, guiding towards a better future.

This book is a perfect blend of traditional types of businesses and the digital world in vogue today.
The narrative is well done, telling us about a difficult subject through easy-to-grasp vocabulary so that any type of reader can understand. The entire read is informative, and the author has avoided jargon and complex concepts. When these may appear, the author chose to break them down into simple terms. Also, he backs up everything he says with examples and figures of speech that illustrate what he wants to convey to us.
Overall, it is well-organized and it follows a logical progression. I consider it a sort of guide, thanks to the guiding tone used and mentor-like vibe.

A very necessary book for companies, I think that many of us are afraid to stay in the processes of the past and we are wasting all the benefits and facilities that we can have in this new technological world. I expected this book to help guide people to transition into the digital age. Instead it was a very uninteresting history lesson in major companies that did transition and those that didn’t.

I read the first thirty percent of this book before I decided to stop wasting my life.

This was an interesting read. Although I don’t prefer to think of myself as a “dinosaur” in technology, the truth is that the world snd technology advance so quickly, it feels like I might get left behind. This book kept me from feeling like I was way out of the tech loop. It was a good read.
