Introducing Mandy and her trusty Yorkie Mitzy

On the trail of Maple Junction’s unsolved mystery

Mandy never imagined her life would take such a turn when she inherited the Pretty Petals Flower Shop in the quaint town of Maple Junction, Maine. Her Aunt Miranda’s unexpected bequest couldn’t have come at a better time, and Mandy was eager to start fresh in her new role as a florist, with her loyal Yorkie, Mitzy, by her side.

But Maple Junction isn’t as sleepy as it seems. When a local murder is traced back to a deadly concoction made with flowers stolen from Mandy's shop, she finds herself pulled into a web of mystery. The mastermind behind the poison is missing, possibly in hiding, and another murder sends shockwaves through the town—linking to a string of unsolved deaths from the past year.

With more at stake than she ever realized, Mandy and Mitzy must dig deep to unravel the sinister plot before the killer strikes again.

Can they uncover the truth before Maple Junction’s peaceful facade crumbles under the weight of its dark secrets?

I got a kick outta Mandy helping the police like she did and having this big old crush on the police chief who seemed to have one on her just as much! Finella was a real hoot and I enjoyed her character a lot. I definitely guessed the wrong perp and liked that twist at the end. Can’t wait to see what else Mandy and her sweet little pup Mitzy get into next time!

I enjoyed it but it is more a novella, very short read.
