Astrology is complicated when your star sign attracts vampires, incubus, and demons
The more I've learned about the supernatural world, the less I seem to know. How I went from never having a date to having two Zodiac Shifter hybrids fighting over me can only be explained by the stars.
One of them says he doesn't want me, one of them wants me too much, and as we start preparing for the annual school picnic set on the Taurus full moon, I don't know how we're supposed to all coexist in public without burning all of our secrets to the ground.
My Omega Gemini coworker is my one safe space among the petty fueds of Vampires and Incubus. Studying for finals and working at the shop together is my escape from the stress of my other relationships.
He only sees me as a friend, after all. Just a friend…
Zodiac Beasts is the third book in Monsters of Graves Academy series, a paranormal dark academia romance set in a college where supernatural creatures hide in plain sight. You'll love it if you enjoy light Omegaverse mixed with horoscopes and astrology, enemies to lovers, student/teacher, and monster romance, finished with a splash of self-discovery and possessive, morally gray men who will fight over their very, very good girl.
Leann Belle was born and raised in Los Angeles as an eternal dreamer, a hardcore gamer, and obsessive anime, manga, and JRPG nerd. Having fallen in love with countless villains, she immediately fell in love with the dark side of romance, and her lifelong love affair with Japanese horror and fantasy has heavily influenced her writing style as she crafts vicious and magical worlds.
When she’s not typing away behind her laptop, she’s living out of a tent off the back of her motorcycle on her quest to ride around the world. The wilderness is the best place to catch up on reading, after all!
Welcome back to Graves Academy, my lovelies! If you thought these men were messy before, well... you haven't gotten mixed up with a Gemini yet. This is probably the spiciest book thus far (Possibly that I've EVER written), but a little unhinged monster spice never hurt anyone (And anyone who did get hurt had a pain kink, so I make no apologies).
I like to consider this series sort of Slice-of-Life (Where my anime fans at?) at a paranormal academy, and I'm having a blast with it, so I hope you guys do too!
My Rating: 3.5 ⭐⭐⭐ (Rounded up for GR) Series Status: I’m staying until every zodiac signs a damn orgasm contract.
We Have: ✅ Why-Choose MFMM (No MM… yet 👀) ✅ Shifters + Monster Vibes ✅ Contemporary PNR with Academy Chaos ✅ Age Gaps & Feral Lust ✅ Multi-POV ✅ Filthy Gemini with a Split Personality ✅ Taurus Daddy Energy (Forever Team Marcus) ✅ Hateboner-Level Loathing for Adrian ✅ Smut That Slaps (Not Slaps-Slaps… you know what I mean) ✅ Clues About Lila's Origin Finally Dropping
I’ve been waiting for this one like my vibrator was on a timer. Taurus energy finally stepped up and Marcus delivered. He remains my emotional support beast—the one I’d let rearrange my entire nervous system with one look and a growl. He’s patient, possessive, loyal as fuck, and built like he could bench press my trauma.
Then Ceto showed up with that Gemini whiplash and ruined me in the best way. Calm exterior, absolutely deranged sex demon underneath. That split-personality filth made me clutch my chest and my vibrator. The way he handles Lila is chaos and reverence wrapped around a tongue made for sin. His backstory, his longing, that past-life thread they’re weaving into this whole mess—I’m eating it up like it’s my last meal.
Lila’s getting more fleshed out, finally. She’s powerful, confused, horny, and I’m living for it. Her place in the bigger picture is finally making some fucking sense. The pieces are clicking, even if they’re covered in sex and monster sweat.
Adrian is still the human equivalent of chlamydia. I hate him. I hope he stubs his toe and spills lukewarm soup on his lap. Every time he appears, I roll my eyes so hard I almost pass out. But I’m tolerating his existence for the greater good of the plot—or whatever the hell he's supposed to contribute.
The humor is top-tier. The one-liners had me barking. This book doesn’t take itself too seriously, which makes the emotional gut punches and smutty intimacy hit even harder. It's chaos in a trench coat, and I loved every second of it.
Final thoughts: Not deep. Not complicated. But holy hell, it’s entertaining. I laughed, I blushed, I screamed a little. Book four better come soon, because I need more zodiacs, more Ceto chaos, and a Marcus scene that unhinges my jaw permanently. And if Adrian gets a redemption arc, I will personally light something on fire.
I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. We are back at Graves Academy. All is going as well as it can. Lila Denton can take on the marks of a least two shifters. What exactly is she? Marcus Emery has decided Lila is his, despite knowing how she feels about his brother. Marcus knows that he forced the connection between Lila and Adrian, and now has to deal with the consequences. Marcus is going to show Lila how to reject an one-sided bond. The bond that she has with both Marcus and Adrian. Will she reject them? The bond can only be removed if she wants it to be. If she doesn't, no matter what she says, the bond will stay. What doesn't Lila really want?
Let's not forget about Mr. Ceto Arya. Our omega. Yes, I am claiming all of the characters for myself. I am all in on this series. Ms. Belle forced me to jump in, and now I don't want to leave. Ceto has some serious secrets. A lot is revealed in this book. Yes, it ends on a huge cliffhanger. Ms. Belle, so not cool. I am ready to get all the juicy details. You left me hanging. I am ready for more. I hope you already have the next book written because I need it now.
This is the third book in the series I’ve read as an ARC reviewer, and it’s definitely been my favourite so far! The characters just keep getting better—more depth, more personality, and they fit the story really well.
This one was extra steamy (no complaints there!), brought in some fun new side characters, and was such an easy, enjoyable read.
The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is because it felt a bit short, and there was a tiny bit of repetition around the jealousy theme—but nothing that ruined the fun.
I’ll be recommending this one to my local book club—we love indie authors—and I can’t wait for the next one!
Im enjoying these book far more then i anticipated. I was a bit worried when i started if id still remember the previous but as soon as i got past the first chapter it all came back very quickly
This series is an absolute must read if you like monster smut. It’s so original and well written. I find the zodiac lessons highly interesting aswel. The characters are fun and interesting and the story has a good pace to stay interesting.
Lila is still stuck between the two hybrid brothers while a third romance is slowly starting to form with coworker Ceto. This book is unlike any of the other shifter worlds I have read yet. Definitely check it out!
This books features: Age gap, 12 years Academy Rh, with brothers in harem Vampires Demons-incubus Shifters-other V1rg1n heroine Forbidden- teacher/student Somnophilia Non con Dub con MM
I really wasn't enjoying it, but the last chapter made me want to know what will happen in the next book. I hate Marcus, but I like Adrian and Ceto. I also don't feel like Marcus and Lila's relationship makes any sense, I can't connect with these two as a couple.
Astrology can get overly complicated at times. Especially when your star sign seems to attract not only vampires and an incubus but also demons.
Lila has continued to learn more about the supernatural world that she's suddenly found herself thrust into, but she finds that the more she's learned the less she feels like she knows. She has no idea how she's gone from never dating anyone in her life to suddenly having two stunning Zodiac Shifter hybrids, dead set on fighting over her, she can only look to the stars themselves for an explanation to that one.
Lila finds herself constantly being turned around and confused by these two shifters. One of them keeps giving her mixed signals telling her one minute he doesn't want her the next making her think he does, the other is nearly suffocating Lila with how much he wants her. And as the school starts to prepare for the annual school picnic that will happen on the day of the Taurus full moon, Lila isn't sure how they are all supposed to coexist out in the open, especially if they want to keep their secrets hidden, they are all walking on the edge of a deadly blade and one wrong move could burn everything they've kept hidden to the ground.
Lila's Omega co-worker Ceto feels like her only safe place amongst all the petty feuds and infighting between the Vampire and the Incubus. On top of all of this, as if it's not enough as it is, Lila has finals to study for. So, she spends the night of the Gemini full moon at the shop together with Ceto, studying for finals and doing inventory, escaping the stress of her other relationships for one night.
Lila thinks he sees her as just a friend, after all, that's all they've ever been, just friends.
Zodiac Beasts is the third book in the Monsters of Graves Academy series. This is a paranormal dark academic romance that is set in a college where supernatural creatures all hide in plain sight. You are going to love this series if you enjoy light Omegaverse that's mixed with horoscopes and astrology. It has enemies-to-lovers, student/teacher relationships, a monster romance, and it all comes down to finding yourself and you can't forget the morally grey possessive men who are of course going to fight over their very, very good girl.
Oh My God! I felt like I was waiting forever for this book. But, honestly, it was so worth the wait. Everything that this book reveals, wow, I was blown away by what was finally revealed. I've waited two books for some of what was revealed in this book and never in my wildest imagination did I ever imagine the reveal that took place.
I love that Lila gets to have her reverse harem and I love watching her build it. I've been waiting since book 1 to learn more about Ceto and what he is and what his shifter is like and never did I think that it would end up the way it did. Now I can't wait to see Ceto and Marcus butt heads and finally work out their issues once and for all.
I never saw the last pages happening the way they did. Wow! I felt like I was standing in Adrian's shoes when he realized just what was going on who and what Lila was and who her mom was and realization dawned on him and reality crashed down on him hard. Now I can't wait to see how he handles summer away from Lila how he takes that and how many realizations come from that time away.
Then we have summer with Lila and her mates Marcus and Ceto. It's going to be interesting to see their summer play out and their dynamics grow and Marcus come to terms with Lila having another completed mate, that mate being Ceto, and the two of them having to deal with and work out their own personal issues to keep Lila safe and out of it.
I love the way that Leann has taken a taboo topic and written about it in a mature meaningful way for everyone who reads this series to see and enjoy. Often the polyamorous community is looked down upon and still seen as you cheating on your partner when that is not the fact at all. I love how this book is a way to open and spark conversations about there being other ways to live your life and be happy in your marriage other than just monogamy. I love seeing the kinks played out and I loved seeing the openness and the easy way that Leann handles such a difficult topic that is often handled with less openness and less maturity.
I loved that this book helped to show me that I needed to have more patience in my own life and my marriage and it is rewarding when you give what you want to get and it is more rewarding in the end. I can't wait to read the next book, no matter how long it takes for Leann to put out, I know she takes a great deal of pride in every word she puts down on paper. And I am more than happy to wait for the next installment of this series.
Hehehehe oh that cliffhanger! I know we are in for a wild ride when this next book comes out! Seriously cannot wait. But let's talk about this current book. Zodiac Beasts is book three of this series and possibly my favorite so far! I've been dying to see more of Ceto and this book did not disappoint. The reveals to both Ceto's and Lila's shifter sides are definitely a slow burn, that's for sure, but so worth the wait. They answer so many questions but at the same time bring forth even more questions that need to be answered. I swear I have a whole list of things I need to know the whys for and I think that it is just going to continue to grow as this series progresses. The Zodiac sides of each character have been my favorite thing to look forward to in these books. I loved that we got to see both the Taurus and Gemini sides of the Zodiac shifters in this book and I have to say, it has been very interesting to see what the triggers for each zodiac sign will be. While some can be sort of obvious, others aren't as easy to guess and it makes it fun to try and predict what they will be each time. I think overall things are developing well with Lila and her soon-to-be-established harem. It seems that there are some actual feelings developing there and from characters who probably never expected it to happen to them. I think some are handling these feelings better than I expected them to, whereas others are avoiding them the best they can. I'm honestly waiting for someone to flub things up but I could also see some really cutesy, sappy, romantic moments coming up as well. I think anything could happen at this point and there's an entire summer break for it to pan out. Can't wait for the next book to continue on with Lila's story, see her relationships develop, and possibly learn more about her shifter sides and why she is different than other shifters in her ability to hold more mate marks. Although, I do have some ideas about that bouncing around inside my head, but time will tell for sure.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
This book was worth the wait for the reveals. I appreciated the reminders of the first two books as my short term memory was affected by a TBI.
I thoroughly enjoyed Lila with her reverse harem and was pleased to see what I have been wanting since book one to happen. Getting more into Ceto’s mind was just as I hoped it would be like and more. I can’t wait to see how Ceto and Marcus resolve their issue.
Now I did NOT see the last page coming at all. I was right in Adrian’s shoes when realization hit just like it hit Ceto, and what Marcus suspension was but wasn’t sure of. Now I wonder and can’t wait to see his riding out of summer break without Lila, and how Ceto and Marcus ride out summer break.
I love when you get to see topics that were often considered taboo to be written about in such a more meaningful way for others to see and enjoy. Being a part of the polyamorous community and seeing it written about in ways to spark conversations of there being different outlets than just monogamy. I think I’ve highlighted this book more than any other just to send quotes to my husband, boyfriend, or friends that share my interests and kinks.
One thing this book has taught me is that patience is well rewarded when you’re given what you’ve been hoping for and then some. Both my husband and boyfriend can attest that I don’t have patience for anything and will be surprised to see me wait for the next book no matter how long it takes to finish because I know this author cares about what she writes for her readers and wants us to have the best development/story for each character.
Let me first start by saying Book 1 in this series pulled me in immediately to a new world and new author. I fell hard right into the continuation in book 2 and the heat didn’t stop each encounter was hotter and hotter. Book 3 came to me and I read it loving each and every page until the end.
I closed the book. I sent to 2 messages to this awesome writer. 1.) Are there or will there be Hardback I can purchase and maybe signed ( I am only human ) and 2.) I told her first I loved and adored her and that the next thing I said would be only coming from the heart.
But, first this third installment to the Zodiac Beasts ( Monsters of Graves Academy) 100% will not disappoint its reader. I will not go in depth regarding the characters we know and love as I have seen each and every one of them given the love and praise from my fellow reviewers. I truly don’t have a favorite though I do feel closer to Ceto because of having to work in your family’s business while trying to have some sort of life I get him in more way as well.
This book has begun to show us secrets and character development that is amazingly in depth while keeping the story flowing and making sure there is plenty of wanton spice ,you strumpets. Maintaining this constant flow is like juggling if you drop one then it all falls apart and this never happened.
Now for that comment you have been waiting for please remember I delivered it with a ton of love and respect but after reading the last page I sent her “You Bitch” as she left us edged for a fourth book.
I have been waiting for this book for what feels like forever & it was definitely worth the wait! I was hooked from chapter one & finished in less than 24 hours.
I received this book as an arc & have been obsessed since book one.
So many questions get answered in this book but also leads to even more. Which just makes me that much more excited to get the next book.
The Astrology parts of this book are well thought out & seem to be well researched. It explored Taurus & Gemini this book & whew 🫣😮💨 Gemini just might be my favorite.
Ceto made more of an appearance in this book & the way she revealed his bloodline was fantastic. Adrian didn’t have too much of an appearance. But what do we expect from the stubborn processor we love to hate?! Marcus is still as swoon worthy as ever. Though sometimes his thought process & the way he does things makes me want to shake some sense into him.
I didn’t think it was possible for the spicy scenes to get even better but 🥵 lord have mercy, they are on fire.
Once again, it ended on a cliffhanger 😩 right when i thought I was gonna have ALL the answers. I got a taste of it & now I can’t wait to know the rest!
All in all, this book was worth the wait. Funny, angsty, spicy & I couldn’t put it down. Leann will always be one of my favorite authors. Can’t wait to read the next book!
This series just gets more exciting, steamier and unpredictable in the most delightful way.
With each book, we get an adventure into the new world Lila has entered, but we discover more about her unawareness of her magical origins, which has become even more intriguing and exciting with a twist at the cliff-hanger ending. For me, there is a bonus with these books in that there is information about the zodiac star signs along the way which the author has obviously well researched and is a very welcomed addition, added in nicely and well to be just enticing enough to provide background and hint of what possibilities could occur under each full moon of this book's two zodiac signs of Taurus and Gemini.
We this book, we learn more about Ceto and as suspected, Lila's mated attachments are open to multiple and more options. The dynamic, background stories and connection Adrian, Marcus, and Ceto have is opening up to be an interesting reverse harem supernatural adventure of mythical creatures and ancient bloodlines.
On tender hooks now waiting to discover what is in store for Lila and her men as they wait patiently, but with huge expectation and excitement for the next instalment and two more full moon zodiac steamy encounters.

It just keeps getting better! The first two books in this series were fantastic, but this third book was even better. I couldn't put it down. We have already gotten to know Lila really well, and we have seen quite a bit of Marcus and Adrian. But we finally get to really see Ceto, and it is worth the wait!
Once again, in each chapter we get a glimpse inside the thoughts of another character. Also, the Astrology of each sign is so well researched and thought out. In this book, we meet Taurus and Gemini, and it is a wild ride. We also get closer to learning what Lila's species is… we know she is half shifter, but what is the other half? And of course, one man is not enough to satisfy her, but the men she has chosen don't really like to share, so there is a lot of drama. Can Lila survive the perils of a world she has only just begun to understand? What does it really mean to bear a mate mark and complete or reject the mate bond? We are dying to know, and Lila is about to learn.
I love exploring this world, and I'm happy that there will be quite a few more books, since we have a lot more signs to get through. I can't wait to meet Cancer and Leo in the next installment.
Zodiac Beasts by Leann Belle is book three in the Monsters of Graves Academy series. I’ve been really enjoying these books so I was eager to finally get my eyes on the third book. I must say this one is definitely my favorite so far. I would suggest reading the books in order. I just really like the concept of this series as a whole especially with the horoscopes and astrology elements. But I was intrigued from the very first chapter all the way until the end. I will say there were a few times I wish I could have shaken a few characters… like what were they thinking! I do like that some questions got answered but bam new questions arose. My favorite thing was this book was more character focused which I really liked. Holy smokes the ending of this book though; I’m so interested in finding out where it goes in book four. The writing was well done but I expect nothing less from this author. Needless to say I had a good reading experience and I’m eager to continue. Would highly recommend not only this series but all of the other author’s works. I’m a fan!
Once again, the men in this series leave me drooling and ready for a terrifying and traumatizing experience at Graves Academy if its the last thing I do in my life.
Adrian, Marcus, and now Ceto are all wonderfully terrifying and delicious men who cause mayhem and disaster every time they clash together or are around Lila and the full moon.
I loved this story! Lila and her men are wonderfully disturbed and it makes for a great read. As Lila continues to learn more about herself and monsters/shifter culture in general, she realizes everything isn't as it seems.
Leann Belle puts so much research into this series too, and I am LOVING learning so much about zodiac signs! It is so interesting, and not just because it also involves several delectable men. Truly the information is interesting and adds a lot of great information to the story.
I am so sad I blew through this one so fast, because now I have to wait for the next one! I recommend this series to anyone who likes dark spicy stories with an interesting shifter zodiac twist!
We've all been raised that our zodiac signs align with each other one way or another. Watching the Taurus and Gemini interact with each other in this book is intriguing. As Lila interacts with Ceto, Marcus, and Adrian, their signs seem to trigger different reactions amongst them, which totally interests me. From the start of the story, the angst, the secrets, unknown powers and heated encounters leave a push and pull amongst the characters that left me on edge and not wanting to put the book down.
Lila's busy life with school, the fights and challenges amongst the beasts, and her super sweet personality provide their own challenges when it comes to interaction with Marcus and Adrian, leading to dark moments and stolen romances filled with magical charges. And then there's sweet Ceto coming into the limelight. Sweet, dreamy Ceto. Steamy and spice level -- off the charts.
WHY do we have to leave on a cliffhanger. Aaahhh. Talk about not being able to wait until the next book. Bring it on!
Astrology, angst, and absolutely unholy tension—Zodiac Beasts turns up the heat and the heartbreak as Lila's reverse harem grows… and so does the danger. With the Taurus and Gemini moons triggering secrets, shifter powers, and more than a few heated encounters, Lila juggles finals, supernatural feuds, and the wild chaos of being too irresistible for her own good. Marcus is broody, Ceto finally steps into the light (and steals the show), and Adrian? Still the complicated professor we love to hate. The reveals? Mind-blowing. The spice? Next level. The cliffhanger? Cruel—in the best possible way. Dark, sexy, and surprisingly emotional, Leann Belle gives us a morally messy, magically charged romance that explores polyamory, identity, and what it really means to belong in a world full of monsters. If you're not already obsessed with this series, you will be now.

Wow! This is another wonderful continuation of this series. Some of the mysteries from the previous books was finally revealed and sparked more questions on what’s to come for Lila and her zodiac hybrid mates. It was exciting to see Ceto’s pov. I’ve been wanting to get to know Ceto since book 1. It was very interesting to see what kind of zodiac shifter he was. I was not expecting for how it was revealed but I’m interested in how Ceto would handle the situation going forward especially with Marcus being Lila’s mate. I felt so bad for Adrian but understands he’s trying to do the right thing and was a little sad we didn’t get to see much of him. I do feel like the summer will come with a lot of challenges for Lila and her mates.
That cliffhanger was extremely well done and has me anxiously waiting for the next book. This is a wonderful series and highly recommended checking this out!
Okay, even though these books have some questionable acts, I can't stop reading them. I read this book in a matter of a couple of days. The storyline has been getting better and more interesting. Marcus is such a fun character, always trying to get under Adrian's skin. They're both interested in the same girl and while Marcus is all in, Adrian is way more stubborn to admit it. Of course they aren't the only two interested in Lila. I love that there was more of Ceto in this book. The quiet, studious guy has some bite to him, and oh was it glorious to see. The dynamic between all the characters is intriguing to watch develop. Lila is embracing and taking what she wants. She's definitely growing into her own. The real question is whether Adrian will get out of his own head and do the same. I can't wait to see how this story develops in the next book.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
wow this book 3 is getting complicated fast. lila still doesn't know what she is although her one friend might have guessed for himself. meanwhile she is still half mated to adrian her professor who is fighting it, marcus who is pushing for more and then the full moon causes a whole other problem with someone new. lila doesn't know which way to turn and is attracted to both her men and perhaps even a new person, the full moon is wreaking havoc, marcus may have made a huge mistake, and adrian makes a terrifying discovery at the end which may turn everything completely upside down for everyone. and no one knows why lila can have multiple mate marks. that shouldn't happen. great characters each unique and complex with their own sets of problems, lots of plot twists and really grabs your interest to see what will happen next esp each full moon. I received an arc copy from book sirens and this is my honest voluntary review.
Definitely keeping up the standard of the first two books!
The main female character (Lila) is simply delectable. She has developed further from the previous books but still has mysteries to be unlocked.
There are three main male characters now (Adrian, Marcus, & Ceto) however each of them seems to primarily exist to exploit Lila. Adrian is my favourite (and is the most honest of the three), Ceto develops *a lot* in this book, and Marcus is yet to show any redeeming quality at all (IMO - not counting the fact that he cleans Lila's glasses when he puts her to bed) so it beats me why she puts up with him TBH.
The steam level is very enjoyable and the portrayal of desire (in different forms) is very nicely done (although the competition between the males has a few nasty edges).
(I was fortunate to receive an ARC however the above is, as ever, my own opinion.)
This is the third book in the Monsters of Graves Academy series and if you're a big fan of academia fantasies like Zodiac Academy, you'll love this one. This series is a fully connected series, so you'll need to read them in order. Which means, until the very last book in the series, they will all end in a cliffhanger. Although I try my best of avoid them in my reading, when I see a good series, I try to look past it engage in it. That's what I did for this one and I am so glad I did. By the way, this book in particular was a doozy of a cliffhanger. The world building has been fantastic in this series and you'll get invested in all the characters and their own journeys. It is well-written with rich character development and backstories. The spice in the book is also noteworthy. Overall, an excellent read and I'm going to quietly wait for the next book in the series.
I've had quite a few issues with this series so far, but the third book shows significant improvement (and I've become better at ignoring minor annoyances).
Finally, there is some proper relationship-building between characters, not just inventive sex. There is much progress in the various connections. Another major plus is the revealing of what creature Lila is. Talk about overdue! A reader knowledgeable in myths and legends will be able to foreguess it, but it was nice to have confirmation finally. Ceto's species is also revealed, but he was way easier to deduce.
The author is nothing if not creative regarding sex scenes; I haven't read anything quite like it. At this point, I'm guessing all relevant parties have become involved, and I'm excited to see where the author goes from here.

Look out Marcus and Adrian, Ceto gets his story!! I have been loving Lila's adventures in self development and finding herself in college but I have been WAITING to see what Ceto can bring to the table. And boy did he bring it!
Lila has convinced her mother to come for a visit and explain some things eventually but meanwhile Marcus and Adrian are still playing their push and pull angst. Ceto is a breath of fresh air, while yes, it is going to bring more drama into the web that is turning into Lila's life, it is at least a new and fresh set of fun.
Not loving that I am going to have to wait for the fourth installment but we do what we must. While I did receive an advance review copy for free, this review is voluntary and honest.
I love how imaginative and new this world and mixed use of astrology and mystical creatures are. The depth that’s provided for each lunar moon cycle, how it influences the omegaverse-like beings, and the storyline and depth of character that goes along with all of it is unlike anything I’ve read before. I keep tuning in and being invested. It’s one of the only real slow burns that I’m wholly (and tragically for me because I looooooathe them, haha) invested in.
The unexpected quickie free-use doll, breeding, doll kink scene was TOP NOTCH. 😮💨🫠
Can’t wait to see where we go from here with a new mage mark, but that use of the Gemini evil twin side was very well played. Especially when the “good boy” side had ties to Marcus. Just checking all my boxes.
I had enjoyed the previous two books Zodiac Hybrids and Zodiac Monsters, so I was excited to read the next entry in the series and it didn't disappoint. It had that reverse harem element that I was looking for and enjoyed getting into this world again. Leann Belle has a strong writing style and was glad I got to go back to this world. It uses the dark romance concept perfectly and was everything that I was expecting. I thought the use of Zodiac worked well and was glad it was incorporated into the storyline and characters.

I rarely rate a book 5 stars. If I really like a book it’s a 4 star. I have to whole heartedly love a book to rate it 5 stars. This series is amazing. It is such a unique take on shifters, a/b/o, and mates. I binged all three books in one day. This latest book is mu favorite so far. The pacing of the book is great. The way secrets are revealed or affirmed and over the span of each book and series over all is incredibly well done. I couldn’t put the book down. Any of them! I really want to know what happens next. I hope this series never ends.

This series just gets better and better. By the end of it, we finally know what Cato‘s species is, and what it means to be a Gemini, and boy it’s a doozy. And we find out what species Lila is, although that one sent me to Wikipedia, as it was one I had never heard of.
Lila still doesn’t have a clue, and none of her three men seem interested in enlightening her, but she certainly is having an exciting time of it, and the spice just keeps getting spicier.
I wonder where this series is going. There are six more signs of the zodiac to cover, and it seems unlikely that any more men are going to be introduced into the mix so it’s hard to guess what is going to happen. I’ll just have to wait, impatiently, for the next book.
