This love story is very hot with many s3x scenes and just a basic but cute romance. It’s not over the top love with a plot twist story like that but it was cute… So if you want a love story that just not too much and just basic but cute and very hot with the s3x scenes, this book is for you 🫶🏼

I do enjoy the story especially when they meet for the first time and the story goes on afterwards… It’s romantic and cute. I like it, not love it tho…

SO THE STORY BEGINS when the hero went to a party and meet a gorgeous woman that he immediately just so tongue-tied ever since he first saw her from a far at the party… He actually follow her around after the party and they meet again after that party when something happened to the heroine. He ask her to come with him so he can take a look of her leg that was bruised and she did go with him… They went to the party again but goes straight to the bathroom so he can give her like a medicine like that for her bruise. In the bathroom when the heroine was saying that it still hurt and the hero was distracting her by telling her a story, HE IMMEDIATELY KISSED HER…
After the kissed, the hero and heroine have a fantastic s3x and the rest is history…

She likes to study and having most of her part time with the hero 😛

Types of book that I’m looking for: SAFE, safe all the way from the beginning till the end🥵 No cheating, no unnecessary childish drama. Not too much OW DRAMA cause they are loud and annoying lol. NO to still having feelings about a ex especially wants go get back together tf no. NO to friends with benefits and still seeing other people type of sh*t. NO to hero or heroine who said i love you and have been obsessed but still likes to fvck around yeah big NO to that sh*t. NOOO to still married or still in a relationship with someone else while liking the main character, yeah they have to be single since the beginning. NOOO to a long separation and have someone else they have s3x with during the separation. NOO to too many times of separation and breaking up sh*t. NOO to toxic narcissistic characters.
I preferred the characters are loyal to the core, over the top possessive heroes since the beginning and never stops, main characters have unique jobs or talents, the hero adores and obsessed with the heroine so much, the hero fell harder for the heroine and don’t want let her go and fight for her. And most importantly EPILOGUE AND ESPECIALLY THE DECADES LATER SCENE…. HAPPY ENDING IS A MUST. Chemistry is a must too 🙏🏼

I really thought I was going to love Brick Wall. The first 20% had me hooked—it was funny, cute, and actually interesting. But after that? I pretty much hated it. It’s like the book did a complete 180, and everything just went downhill.

Let’s start with JT. Every single chapter he has is just a reminder—like, in every paragraph—that he’s a goalie. As if we might forget it from the last two sentences. It’s all he talks about. Then there’s this weird obsession with over-describing the side characters. Pete being hairier than a dog gets mentioned constantly, Mickey having ADHD is brought up endlessly, and apparently, JT is the only one who can deal with him. I honestly wanted to scream. Random things would happen to these side characters too, and then they were just never mentioned again. Like, Will is suddenly involved in a lawsuit and might be kicked off the team, and then nope—just kidding! A few chapters later, he’s randomly drafted to the Bruins. He also goes from having no love life to being a relationship expert with a girlfriend, which makes zero sense.

It’s the same with Roscoe’s broken hand, which vanishes as soon as it’s mentioned, and then suddenly Van is on crutches because he had knee surgery? He starts coaching alongside their coach for some reason? Oh, and the coach’s wife leaves him out of nowhere, but we never find out why, and then she randomly comes back, like nothing happened. And don’t even get me started on Mickey and his secret cat. It made no sense. Everyone constantly barges into each other’s rooms, but Mickey somehow thought no one would notice a whole cat in there. JT even knows every detail about Mickey’s room layout. Yet no one notices or cares about the cat—not even when the house catches fire. Speaking of the fire, that’s another huge moment that gets glossed over. One second, the house is burning down, and the next, JT is like, “Oh, yeah, we live with the coach now because of that.”

Then there are the stairs, which are somehow still a thing. They’re broken, and only then do JT and Maggie get an apartment, as if that option never dawned on them before. And what’s even worse is that JT thought this falling-apart house was a good place to bring his pregnant girlfriend to live in. Like, that didn’t seem like a priority to him at all until the stairs gave out. And only then does he decide to get a job—so what was he doing before that? Maggie doesn’t even work, so JT has to juggle classes, hockey, and now a job, plus all the laundry because apparently, Maggie is incapable of doing even that. He literally does everything for her while she naps and studies.

The whole pregnancy thing was a mess too. No one realized Maggie was pregnant until 70% into the book, even though it was glaringly obvious way earlier. And that’s coming from someone who didn’t even remember the synopsis mentioned accidental pregnancy. By the time it’s revealed, it’s like, why even bother? The point of reading this trope is to actually get those key pregnancy moments—finding out, adjusting to it, and everything in between—not just finding out and then skipping to the birth months later.

And don’t even get me started on JT’s cousin. He gets out of jail, threatens JT, and then... nothing. It’s completely irrelevant to the story. That kind of sums up the whole book—random things happen, but they go absolutely nowhere.

The writing itself didn’t help either. Big events, like the house fire, broken stairs, and Maggie’s pregnancy, are treated like afterthoughts. These moments are brushed off in a sentence or two, while pointless details, like JT reminding us he’s a goalie or Pete’s hairiness, get way too much focus.

I went into this book hoping for something fun and heartwarming, but instead, it was a chaotic mess. The first 20%? Loved it. Everything after that? A total disaster.

I'm really enjoying this series. I still need to go back and read book 1 but reading them out of order does not affect your experience, in my opinion.

JT is trying to make it to the frozen four this year after his team didn't make it the year before. He didn't have the best childhood and just wants to make it through college and get drafted to the NHL.
Maggie has moved in with her uncle (the coach) because of some things that happened in her junior year. She needs a bit of a new start. She just wants to finish out her college life without any added drama in her life.
They meet at a frat party and end up hooking up. It's supposed to be just that one night but of course they can't quite get each other out of their minds and keep running into one another. Despite all the reasons they shouldn't be together they are, secretly. And then Maggie finds out she's pregnant.

I loved JT and how he was there for Maggie. There was so much chemistry between these two and how sweet the relationship was between these two. They had several obstacles that created some good moments of angst and kept the story moving forward. I also loved the funny moments between the teammates.

This is a fun series, and I can't wait for Andi's next release.

Brick Wall is Book 3 in the Bainbridge Hockey series featuring JT Norris & Maggie Baylor.

JT is a star hockey goalie at Bainbridge and is destined for the NHL. One evening before the year begins his friends drag him to a party at a frat house. While he’s there he spots a beautiful girl across the way and instantly knows he wants to know her.

Maggie moves back to Bainbridge to finish off her senior year of college. She moves in with her aunt Jules and uncle Hudson. Hudson is the heads coach of the hockey team. Her friend invites her along to party one night and she makes eye contact with a guy across the party.

While trying to flee the party Maggie ends up falling down and JT comes to her rescue. One thing leads to another and they wind up booking up. In the morning Maggie is gone and didnt leave her contact info.

Despite thinking she’d never see him again Maggie begins to run into JT all over campus. When she discovers he’s a player on the hockey team she wants nothing to do with him.. the only downside? She winds up pregnant with his child.

Will JT and Maggie work things out and come together to raise their baby or will outside forces lead them to separate ?

This book was so good and JT was next level book boyfriend! I would read another full book about these two! This was my first Andi book read but I’m already looking forward to reading more in the future !!

This is the first book I have read by andi and ohh my goodness I'm obsessed I couldn't put this book down!
So we all know how much I love a hockey romance and I think I have found a new favourite sports romance series.
Maggie is a senior in college she has moved back home for a fresh start and to finish off college with her bestie.
She sworn of men and relationships that is until literally falls head over heels for the gorgeous JT.
JT is the goalie for the hockey team and his only focus hockey and getting through classes that's until he's team mates drag him to a party where he spots his Cinderella!
I absolutely adore this book and I couldn't not put it down I was hooked from the get go and I can not wait to read the rest of this series!

This beautiful book was well worth the wait! I discovered Andi’s writing a little over a year ago and fell in love. This book is a perfect example of what I love about Burns’ writing. It’s a story filled with angst, passion, the complexities of family dynamics, friendship and love.

JT and Maggie meet by chance, seriously though by freaking chance and thats why I love this story because one decision altered their lives but in the best way possible! JT is what book boyfriend dreams are made of. He goes with the flow, takes life as it comes, but keeps his goals in sight. He’s loyal, honest and even though his life was not ideal he’s not jaded. He’s a rock and a pillar of strength for Maggie. Maggie has had a rough go in life. She’s moved in with family to help heal her wounds. She is jaded and isn’t sure what life holds but meeting JT shows her that love doesn’t have to be scary.

I loved these two so much and their love for one another was breathtaking and beautiful. I love that things were messy and imperfect but in the end they found a way.

If you love sports romance that has high levels of steam, a heartfelt story and hilarious hockey players then definitely pick this book up!

You guys already know I am a hardcore pregnancy trope lover nobody can’t tell me nothing

Maddie and JT had a one night stand at a party and then they become friends cause Maddie doesn’t do relationships after her last one ended badly

The angst and love between Maggie and JT is everything them trying to be friends after they had a ons knowing they both like each other but they do hook up again and she notices that she’s a few weeks late (she’s irregular so she didn’t notice at first)

Maggie and JT relationship is so amazing, the way he cares and loves her had me giggling and kicking my feet and the forbidden love makes it even better

I’m glad they both got their happy ending with their child after everything they been through, their love is just so special and I loved reading about it

First of all I just have to say that accidental pregnancy is the superior trope thank you. As for my thoughts on the book, it was enjoyable, but I think it could have been shorter thought, like 50-100 pages... There was a lot of repetition, particularly around the physical descriptions (like, we get it, blue eyes and blond hair). Aside from that, I liked the characters. They were fine and definitely enjoyable to read about.

Bainbridge Hockey series is back with its third release from author Andi Burns.
Brick Wall has us following Hockey Goalie JT Norris and the hockey team's head coach Hudson Baylor’s niece Margo ‘Maggie/Mags’ Marian Baylor in this College Sports, Accidental Pregnancy, Forbidden, Secret Romance.

If there is one thing author Andi Burns does well, it’s writing to deliver stories which are the right combination of entertainment, deep emotions and some steamy spice.
Something she did quite well with JT and Maggie's story Brick Wall.

The navigation of JT and Maggie’s journey had much to give and explore throughout, especially given the development that was to be made. And since the book was told through dual POVs, it allowed us to get up close and personal with the characters too.
Whether that be learning about JT and Maggie from all that they divulged along the way in navigating through their individual journeys. Which of course brought out a lot of feelings and emotions, seeing all that they faced and ventured through with juggling their college studies, in addition to playing hockey in JT’s case. As well as life changing event that later comes about.
There was also the inclusion of friends and family as secondary characters too, that led to a little drama and tension considering the situations and events paved towards it. As well as some entertainment, particularly from the hockey team members and their antics that had you LOL’ing at times throughout.
Or trekking through the whirlwind that was their Forbidden Secret Romance, which definitely made for a bumpy ride that was chock full of being emotionally charged, not just from the Forbidden Secret nature of it, but due to the ups and downs, pushing and pulling, going back and forth that came from within.
Although it was mostly due to Maggie not making it easy for JT, having been burnt in the past resulting in her erecting high walls around herself.
Yet it didn’t deter or stop the oh so determined JT from attempting to break through and make his Cinderella Maggie see they were meant to be.
Especially seeing as their chemistry was not only off the chain, it was majorly explosive if the Spicy steam it equated to was anything to go by.
Safe to say author Andi truly brought the fire in every Smoking Red-Hot, Sizzling moment she showcased between JT and Maggie.

It needs to be said, JT and Maggie were definitely my favourite couple from Bainbridge Hockey series.
Following JT and Maggie on their emotional whirlwind Forbidden Secret Romance made for such a deeply beautiful journey. It was no surprise author Andi had me holding on tighter with every page turn.
Seeing the way their relationship slowly yet surely blossomed alongside the multitude of evolving emotions that built up explosive chemistry had you in the deep feels with them too.
There was just something to be said about the characters of them, though more so JT.
There is no denying that JT will have you swooning and sighing over him given the swooniness of his being super protective, fiercely loyal and undying devotion towards Maggie, yet still being patient and accommodating to her needs and wants. Especially after facing the news that would change their lives in a major way.

Brick Wall was truly a wonderful read by Andi Burns.
I mean what’s not to like when you have two great characters JT and Maggie come together and bring forth a deeply heartfelt, emotionally charged story that navigated through a beautiful whirlwind romance. Whilst still being entertaining.
And so for that I say, a job well done to author Andi Burns, you truly came through with JT and Maggie's love story.

When Maggie Baylor moves back to the east coast to live with her uncle and aunt, she wants a fresh start. She enrolls in Bainbridge University, where her uncle happens to be the college hockey teams' coach, with the intent to finish out her degree. After what happened in California, swearing off boys is easy. That is until one night where she goes to a frat party with her best friend as support---and locks eyes with a hottie in gym shorts across the lawn. When her party escape ends with a literal tumble, their meet-cute disaster ends with a little first aid in the frat house bathroom...which ends in another sort of tumble before she flees. But it's a small campus, and there's no denying Maggie and JT's chemistry. Even with Coach Baylor's threat to all his players to stay away from his niece, he can't. But what happens when their secrets can't hide anymore?

I loved this book. Despite her tumultuous upbringing, Maggie was just so sweet and positive. JT Norris is just perfect (even if I was mad at him at one point). But he's just an amazing MMC, and he only got better. The way he cared for Maggie, handled the stressful situation they end up in, protected his girlfriend, and learned to lean on his teammates, was a great arc. However, there is one itty-bitty, maybe a slight unnecessary plot point in his POV that I took some issue with toward the end. Regardless, love him and love them.

In truth, I'm not bothered at all with the pregnancy trope when it is done correctly. This book does it outstandingly well, especially given the ages and maturity of the characters.

Oh, and the chaotic, loveable teammates of the BU Wolves are back. They once again had me cackling, especially Mickey and Ollie. (I totally forgot about the couch incident from Penalty Kill! 😂) There are also actual hockey-playing moments in this book as well, which as an avid fan, go team!

If you like spice, you'll love this book. There's a lot of it, and not just before she gets pregnant, which I appreciated. JT is very much a goalie in all things, eyes always on the prize.

Brick Wall is a delightful story about love, trust, family, and hockey.

Brick Wall is such a great addition to the Bainbridge Hockey series. It has all the feels and is the most romantic story in the series so far . I was swooning all the time while reading this forbidden love sports romance with a surprise pregnancy and found family. JT was genuinely good guy who fell first and fast for the one girl he didn't know that was forbidden for him. Maggie is the girl with broken heart and shuttered trust who doesn't believe in love anymore. Those two had such an undeniable attraction and sizzling hot chemistry but that witty banter between them was everything . Being a goalie JT is playing for keeps and he knows how to keep the important people and things in his life. And he was the most easy going guy that Maggie ever met that meant what he said and worked hard to earn her trust. Those two were so good together and to each other. They supported their dreams and even sneaking on they build a relationship. JT was all in , Maggie was unsure and in denial. And that little surprise was such a plot twist. But it only showed that JT was for real. And when JT entered dad mode he was unstoppable. That gave him the courage to confess to his coach and Maggie's uncle for their relationship. And that confrontation made Maggie see JT truly as her person and to finally confess her feelings. Was a little disappointed in her uncle but by the end he redeemed himself and managed to mend what he broke in his relationships. JT's teammates and friends were hilarious but trustworthy and so caring when on baby duty and being uncles. By the end all of JT's worries from his past were cleared. And he learned to ask for help when needed. JT and Maggie had a great relationship , we are talking couple goals here. I loved that last couple of chapters . Their happily ever after was so well deserved and they worked hard for it . And I so loved seeing all the other guys in the series and having those sneak peaks into their stories.

This hero was so sweet, and they was he was towards her was so sweet, but the rest of this book didn’t do it for me. Great banter with his friends, but the was this book portrayed the surroundings in college, the parties and how men and women act, it’s so far fetched.

Nothing drama between them, some push from h.
Most drama from his family and the h uncle, who is H coach.

Safety:
- Both had hookups, but both hinted they been celibate a little while, no manwhore
- h ex cheated with h roomie and friend, so she has a lot of trust issues the H patiently works through.
- No owd, but see under. H only eyes for h, he’s never been in a committed relationship before, tried hookups (he tells her he isn’t so used to ONS, but mostly only focused on school and hockey.
- Both celibate before they meet, and only with each other in the time in between their ONS and when they start dating again

Other thoughts:
Mixed feelings, because so much of the small things around them made me dislike this book so much, but the H and how he fought for and wanted to show the h that she could trust him and how much he wanted her - it was so sweet.

My thought 50% in:
If it wasn’t for the MMC’s, I would have DNF this book. The way these people act, going naked around in parties and etc. Is it just completely stupid? This is so far from romance and normal behavior, it’s just stupid. BUT I will say that their banter and their support for Maggie (h) and JT (H) is super sweet - just didn’t need all the awful portraits of the men and woman, people don’t act that way just because it’s college!


Already know I will not be reading more from this author. I don’t care if the H only wants the h, the fact that he surrounds himself with this and the was this book portraits men and women is just awful. Sorry, it’s probably just me, my grown ass self who wants a better moral in romance books that what this book illustrated -

Have you ever come across a book or a series that just hooked you in a way no other has for a very long time ? That you found yourself not only falling completely in love with from the very first installment and page but had the ability to make you feel so many different emotions you never saw coming? First we met Mel and Will in Scoring Chance , then we got Van and Josie’s story both of which I fell hopelessly in love with . In fact after reading each story I actually thought to myself nothing can possibly beat this and each time all my expectations were exceeded. Now with Brick Wall we get JT and Maggie’s journey and I have to say it just might be my all time favorite. JT is the starting Goalie for the BU Wolves hockey team , all the girls want him and everyone wants to be his friend. Maggie is the new transfer student who’s main goal is to attend classes and finish her senior year without any drama or obstacles. One night at a party changes everything for these two . From the moment JT sets his eyes on Maggie he is completely smitten, he knows without a doubt she is his end game . Brick Wall is wonderfully written forbidden romance that is destine to steal your attention and heart in a matter of a few sentences. These two have lives that don't really allow for distractions or love, one is focused on a budding law career and the other is focused on a career in the hockey big leagues. But then a chance meeting, at a party neither wanted to attend, changes everything. In Maggie's mind it was supposed to be a random hook-up, but in JT's mind it was more, something he thought she'd stick around for the next morning.

Maggie hoped they'd just go on about their lives, but JT just can't seem to forget her and they keep bumping into one another on campus... it's as if someone above is trying to tell them something. Maybe they should ignore all the signs their being given?

I absolutely loved this pairing, it was evident at first meet that they were meant for one another and though they had a rough time coming to terms with it and surviving every road block in their way, it turned out just as it should have... with a few surprises thrown in their too! If you like sports romances with a forbidden twist than you MUST pick this one up, these two will take you on one very memorable journey!

Brick Wall is book 3 in the Bainbridge Hockey series but can be read as a complete standalone! You're introduced to the hockey team and their quirky shenanigans throughout the book, which is so fun! (I can't wait for Mickey!). I'm fairly new to Andi Burns, but I am loving this series!

Maggie and JT (Brick) completely stole my heart! What I love most about this series is that these are actual college-aged characters! The hockey team lives in a house that is basically falling apart. They go to frat parties on the weekend where their main goal is showing off to the girls in hopes of hooking up. The girls main concern is what they're wearing to said party. Andi's writing takes you right back to this age, living alongside these characters; blushing, cringing, and cheering right there with them!

So, sweet, jaded Maggie just wants to have a drama-free year after catching her boyfriend cheating with her friend. She transfers to Bainbridge in hopes of doing just that. It just happens to be one night out where she meets JT, and these two share an instant connection. From the moment they meet, JT is hooked! He's determined to find out everything about this mystery girl and makes it his mission to get to know her.

I loved the back and forth with these two. There's also a forbidden aspect since Maggie is JT's hockey coach's niece. The surprise pregnancy happens later in the book, and although I do wish we got to see it happen earlier, I loved how the story played out! I can't wait for more of these Bainbridge boys!

This book was sweet perfection. I’m still swooning over JT and the love they built.

JT Norris, aka Brick, is the goalie for his college hockey team. He may have had a rough upbringing but he is determined to go pro and has his friends/teammates around him for support. But when guys drag him to a frat party one night, his whole world changes. He is left with a single shoe and a spicy memory.

Maggie Baylor is a late transfer to Bainbridge after a horrible experience with her ex. She moves back to live with her uncle, Bainbridge’s hockey coach. With her ex leaving a sour taste, she has sworn off men but when her bestie drags her to a frat party, her world is forever changed. Even though Mr Hottie Gym Shorts seems too good to be true, she is determined to stay far away from relationships.

Maggie fights hard to stay single and protect her heart, but JT is just as determined that his Cinderella is worth the fight and that they are endgame. JT is perfect golden retriever book boyfriend goodness. These two are opposites but fit so well together. And when Coach finds out, JT does not falter and stands up for his girl. Ugh I love this man so much!

And the guys never cease to entertain, especially JT’s bff Mickey. Between the hockey house being its own side character in itself, Mickey spouting wisdom and baby names, Ollie being the life of the party and their whole crew just being chaotic but so dang loveable. This found family was everything.

This has been such a fun hockey series to immerse myself in and I absolutely cannot wait to see which guy is next!

Ok. Ok ok ok…hear me out. I am NOT a fan of the accidental pregnancy trope. BUT…in this book…it worked and I LOVED IT!!

We are back at Bainbridge University with the teams hockey goalie, JT. Like most guys in his position, his focus is on finishing college and making it into the NHL. That is until one fateful night at a party where he meets someone who will change everything he thought he knew and wanted in life.

Enter our FMC, Maggie aka Cinderella 🥹. College girl who has had a rough go of things the year before and decides to move in with her uncle who also happens to be the hockey teams coach 👀 woopsie 🤭

TJ helps tend to a wound on her leg that she gets at the party, which leads to him kissing her to distract her from the pain which leads to a ONS. Love it. Live that fun carefree college life.

They don’t see each other for a bit , but when they do run into each other weeks later, they decide to be FWB…this is mostly on Maggie’s end…TJ is already head over heels for her but he takes what he can get just to be close to her. Eventually it turns into a full on relationship AND THEN… a happy accident 👶

Honestly this is just a FEEL GOOD SPICY book. It’s just something you will enjoy reading and will love seeing how their relationship evolves even with the pressures of getting pregnant while in college. I really had fun with this one 💖

Oh my goodness! Andi Burns continues to slay with the Bainbridge U Hockey series, and I am here for it ALL! The series gets better and better with each book that I read. I adored Brick Wall and its wonderful characters. This story melt your kindles, and J.T. will melt your hearts.

J.T.! Sigh. Oh, to be loved by J.T.... One can only hope to find someone like him. He's a little grumpy on the outside, but on the inside, he is one of the swooniest, most caring, fiercely protective, dirty-talking, golden retriever heroes!!! When J.T. loves, he loves hard. He's ready to defend and protect Maggie at any and all costs. Maggie is sweet, resilient, smart, driven, and strong. Neither of them have had easy lives or the best family or upbringing. Just when they think they can have a chance at their HEA, something happens that could ruin everything.

Brick Wall checks all of my swoony romance boxes. It has heart, heat, found family, laughs, some drama, and a beautiful HEA. It had me in my feelings, and I was loving every single minute of it! I loved the forbidden aspect and the surprise baby trope. The plot was well-written and perfectly paced. This is a must-read. The entire series is a must-read! Although this is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone. But why would you want to read only one when you can fall in love with the entire crew?!?! Run and read this. You won't be sorry!

What stood out to me the most was JT’s unwavering patience and dedication. He’s the kind of hero that melts hearts. When these Bainbridge men fall in love they fall hard. Despite being all in, (he falls first), JT proves that he’s wise beyond his years with his patience and understanding and by offering friendship to Maggie when it’s clear that she’s not going to break her no dating rule any time soon. However, the course of true love is often a bumpy one and JT and Maggie have some difficulties to overcome before they get their happy ending. There are so many obstacles in their way that they appear almost insurmountable. Nevertheless, there is an attraction between them that can’t be denied and I loved the way they continued to gravitate towards each other.

I absolutely love this world Ms Burns has created and one of my favorite tropes is found family, which she writes so well. There’s fun and humor and witty banter between all the characters and the support and camaraderie is wonderful. As their story progresses, JT and Maggie prove themselves to be kind, loving and devoted. A couple who, in the face of life’s challenges, stick together, supporting one another and I loved them all the more for it.

Brick Wall is so enjoyable, the perfect combination of sweet and spicy, funny and emotional. It’ll pull on your heartstrings and steam up your kindle and I personally couldn’t have wished for anything more.

Ok, this one was cuuute! I absolutely adored JT and Maggie. JT is patient to a fault. Oh my goodness, so patient in his pursuit of his "Cinderella". Although, I struggled with him being 19 because he for sure felt at least 22-23 with how mature he was. Especially taking on his new role! The entire side character ensemble was perfect and kept the story going with their fun personalities.

The story is predictable, but fun. And holy smexy there were some fabulous scenes! I was excited when I reached the end and realized we saw the entirety of the baby bump from start to finish. There aren't a ton of stories that do that. You know what else I loved? There was no 3rd act breakup. Not to say the story was a walk in the park, because there was drama and

This is a new author to me, so I didn't have any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. It does have quite a few spelling and grammatical errors throughout as well as a noticeable discrepancy (his text vs his note), but it enjoyed the writing. I would have loved to SEE and not hear about the Bachelor Auction as well as the birth. I also feel like the Frozen Four was a big deal for the whole book and it was over in a blink and pretty glossed over, so that was a little disappointing.

I really want to go with 5 stars as I enjoyed it immensely, but I just can't with the issues listed above. It's a solid 3.5⭐️ for me.

JT and Maggie meet at a party and their explosive chemistry leads to one perfect night together. They both feel it can't be anything more. She's focused on graduating on time and he's focused on making it to the NHL. But that one-night leads to a pregnancy and JT steps up for Maggie in a big way.

This is the third book in a series, and you do not necessarily need to read in order. Andi has been hinting at a girl for JT in her other books. The timeline of this book does include all of books one and two, so if you do plan on reading them all, I recommend reading in order. But if you only wanted to read this one, you could.

Andi Burns writes such a good romance hero! I found myself swooning over just how dorky and earnest JT is. He's adorable. And I loved Maggie's determination and spirit. They really do make a great pair. The whole team really stepped up for them when the road got rocky. I'm really invested in Mikey getting a book now, as he was a standout side character. What made this book stand apart from other accidental pregnancy romances is that JT and Maggie were becoming friends before they knew about the baby and not only after.

This was my first Andi Burns book, and now I need more! JT and Maggie were so good for each other and I loved watching them embrace a relationship, and impending parenthood smoothly. Sure, Maggie has some insecurities but JT is so sweet and reassuring that everything will work out. He is so loyal and protective, wanting to take care of her, in all ways.

Maggie is living with her Uncle, the hockey coach, and his wife, after her life crumbled while away at school. He thinks she is going to repeat her mother's ways, so she is determined to prove him wrong. JT is a the team goalie, on his way to fame with the NHL, not one for partying, he gives it a go with his friends and that's when he spends the night with Maggie. Then she's gone

Once they reconnect, they become friends before finding out they'll be parents. JT is such a dream boat, and after his rough upbringing, he's ecstatic to be a dad and be with Maggie. I loved the sneaking around and those spicy moments mixed with the sweetness..

Junior year of college was not a good year for Maggie Baylor so she transferred to Bainbridge and is living with her Uncle who is the coach of the hockey team. Maggie is talked into going to a frat party where she meets JT and they spend a hot night together. She's not planning on seeing him again but that's goes by the wayside as they keep running into each other.

JT is 19, a sophomore and the goalie for the hockey team. He likes to keep to himself and do his own thing. He had a rough upbringing and wants to get through school and go into the NHL where he's already been drafted.
His teammate talks him into going to a frat party where he meets Maggie and he falls hard.

When Maggie realizes that he's on the hockey team and they aren't supposed to be together JT doesn't care and they continue to see each other.
What happens when Maggie ends up pregnant?

Maggie has her rightful hesitance, but she learns that JT is not like other men and slowly defends her walls. But she has to accommodate her future with everything that comes their way.
