Their Opportunity for Redemption -
Lila was weary of returning to work for her ex-boyfriend because of the way she left and the fact she was keeping a giant secret from him, but she never expected his reaction to seeing her again. Even though Ryan tried hard to maintain a professional relationship with Lila after she returned, he was still drawn to her as his heart had never healed from their break up. However what neither Lila and Ryan didn’t know was that fate had plans in store for them, as they found their way back into each other’s lives through an unexpected connection.

Rekindling their relationship was a given after they started spending time together and resolved all their issues, especially after an incident that led to Ryan discovering the secret Lila had been keeping from him. As luck would have it, they were able to finally get the happily ever after they missed out on previously due to a miscommunication.

Lila heard Ryan say he never wanted children so when she found out she was pregnant, she left. Now she is back and doesn’t know how to tell Ryan that he has a son Ethan. Ethan has the same medical condition as Ryan and he learns Ethan is his son. He’s sorry he missed ten years of his son’s life but a future beckons.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that you can let this short but romantic book slip past you. Everything from the characters Ryan and Lila to the AMAZING storyline will have your entire attention from the beginning to the very end and let me just say it is quit an ending. :) So, grab a fan and your kindle and let this HOT romance woo you.

There is no back story on his daughter whatsoever. The book lacks so much for details about how all this came about. How is it that he says he loved Lila so much but he has a kid with someone else right after she left him. And apparently had a relationship with the mother. But we are given nothing for context.
