Table of contents where recipes are not broken up into any specific order. There are SO many combinations of fruit infused water options. Lists of different ingredients and why use water sections. Recipes do NOT start at the top of a new page. Each recipe starts with a title and a bit about the ingredients. How to prepare the items and make the drink. There are NO pictures and no nutritonal information although fresh fruit and vegetables are used. Like that they tell you the benefits of the ingredients that are added. Love the chart at the end showing different colors and foods that will give you the one you want along with health benefits.
Question: How much water do you drink or consume daily? Too little or too much? I try to consume at least the minimum of 8 cups a day, and more so now that I am trying to go on a diet. That being said, drinking plain water whether out of the tap, a cooler or a bottle can get dull for your palate.

Lots of recipes, but not really anything, I couldn't have figured myself. If I weren't so lazy, that is. It is definitely much easier to go to tried and true recipes.
