The book gives a basic idea of what share market is all about. It is written in very easy to understand way.
I liked the simplicity of the book, and the flow it keeps with it. It has explained the terms like EPS, PE, PEG ratio and key terms to see the company's intrinsic worth in very easy terms.
It is definitely a good pick for the beginners in the financial world.
I have started reading "The intelligent investor" by Benjamin Graham after completing it. Because now I consider myself eligible to delve deeper in the terminologies of the financial chapter.

As a beginners guide, this book is worth reading. The book explains the basic principles and guidelines of profitable investment in shares.
Even though the book uses several technical terms which seems ambiguous to an amateur reader of stocks, it helps them to have a clear picture of the do's and don't s of share market investments.
The book says, share is not about complex equation for Charted Accountants or a mathematical wizards. All it requires is common sense, and educating yourself about the basics of market and its behavior.
I cannot say the book is a reference or encyclopedia of Share Markets and Investments. But it is an OK starter.

My Verdict 3/5
