Mary K. Baxter was a Christian evangelist and author best known for her vivid spiritual visions and revelatory writings. This book not only shows us the importance of prayer both in our relationship with God but also how praying can be used to intercede for other during critical moments of their lives. It's good to know that even though it doesn't seem like it. The Lord listens to every prayer we send his way. It's comforting to know that we have a Heavenly Father that takes the time to collect our prayers, our tears, and even the wrongs done to us. If you have been questioning why you should pray or need a closer relationship with the Lord, this is the book for you.

Good book on prayer if you are a serious praying person and want wisdom to help you pray. It was a refresher for me of stuff I had learned already but also an encouragement and I did learn some things on prayer that are helpful.

I know that there is a level in which you will pray you would touch God. You will not experience any kind of blockage between this world and God kingdom. Then you will start praying with God on issues that concerning the father. You pray God's will/kingdom down to this earth.

I firsts read this book April 2022, I read and I like, I applied it to my life but I don't think I understand it the way I read it now. Okay fast forward to now, God woke me up so days ago and said he will teach me about prayer, how to pray and to study prayer. God told what to read in my non-fiction, I have to read books on prayer and this book was recommended by yours truly HOLY SPIRIT, I went through a lot of books he said no when I got to this he said read this. So I did, Immediately when I started I knew I have read this book beforehand.


I will keep telling people books written with the help of the Holy Spirit can do a lot to your spiritual understanding about knowing more and how to do things in God's way.

This book opened my eyes to a lot of things both physically and spiritually. It help me in line with what God is talking me through. I finished this book and 3 days(I did not read it for a day and half kind of).

When a book is highly recommended by the Holy Spirit then the Holy Spirit want to us the book for his glory and to help in that expect he want.

The beginning of this book gave me goosebumps all of. I mean she prayed till she prevail not knowing who was on the plane but fast forward to years later she met the person she was praying for.

The sweetest truth is Jesus Christ prayed for almost all of his life when he was on earth with us so who are you that you will not pray.

This book shed light on the power of prayer for me. When I read this book, it was around the time I learned how to apply scriptures in prayer, this book helped me to realize that I was limiting my prayers, and how much more powerful my prayers can be in the spirit.
