At long last, Spring has arrived at the Valewood Resort, and Eden Brooks couldn’t be happier. Wildflowers are blooming and business is booming. After a rough few months at the resort, finally, everything is going right.
Eden teams up with a local mountain guide to provide wildflower tours to guests of the resort. Just when things couldn’t get any better… they get worse.
One of her tour guests ends up dead, and unfortunately, way too many people have a motive, including the mountain guide she hired. Eden gets tangled up in a web of deception, full of false starts, lies, and misdirection.
Luckily, some of Eden’s special friends are visiting, because she’s going to need all the help she can get to catch this killer, before she ends up pushing up daisies, too.
Fans of the Razzy Cat Cozy Mysteries will love this crossover!
Whenever I see a new Clowder Cats Mystery or Razzy Cat Mystery, I get so excited. I want to savor the book and make it last, but I never can. I can't put it down. This one is no exception. This one is probably even better because Razzy and the gang join Eden, Jasper and the Clowder. I absolutely love the interactions with the humans and cats, and also the interactions among Razzy, Gus, Rudy, Jasper and the Clowder cats. Luna's kits are adorable, and so are Jasper and Rudy with them. There is an unexpected death during the wildflower safari. Of course, the local police think it's just an accident, but the cats know it's murder. It takes them a little while to get on the right trail, but they all solve it. Three new characters were introduced, and I'm looking forward to the book revealing more about Tessa, Finn and Briar.
A great book! I have loved all of the 4 in this series. Can't wait for another one to come out! I need to check into her other series!

For cat lovers only. Cats can talk to some humans. Simplistic plot. It was not difficult to identify the killer. I figured it out before the murder occurred. Okay as something to read while attempting to go to sleep. Kept my mind from straying to stressful thoughts , but not interesting enough to want to stay up reading Like too many books these days, it needed proofreading. If you are actually interested in a mystery where cats can communicate with humans, read Shirley Rousseau Murphy’s Joe Grey series. If you can accept cats that speak English and like to solve crimes, this series is well written with coherent, well thought out plots. Warning: the crimes in the Joe Grey series are darker and more brutal than one would expect from a book with talking cats
I really liked "Pushing Up Daisies". Though there wasn't much mystery, the culprits were quite obvious, the characters were likable, and the cats were totally adorable. I liked seeing Jasper staying with Eden and seeing Luna's interactions with her kittens (and Razzy). I usually read the Razzy Cat Mysteries, so there were some instances where I'd forget and think it was Hannah talking.... I do believe I'm going to start reading the Clowder Cat Series as well. I love all of Courtney McFarlin's books and this one did not disappoint.
This was awesome! I was glued to every page! I had to read it in one sitting! The characters were great and I fell in love with every feline character. This crossover was so fascinating and fantastic that I want to see more of them. Also a great way to introduce a new series. I was so intrigued with the new characters that I downloaded the first book in the series. Way to go, Courtney McFarlin!!!!! You're a phenomenal author!!!❤
I already loved this series and the Razzy cat, and this edition does not disappoint. I am looking forward to the new series with characters introduced in this book too. The characters are really good. I love the scenery. The reader really gets a feel for the location. I would love to vacation here.
Totally enjoyable series with lots of fun characters and of course, cats. Eden finds herself embroiled in another murder; however, Hannah and company are there to help solve it too. This one was well written with only a couple typos. I did guess the murderers and means pretty quickly but bringing them to justice worked out well. Eden's family expands as decisions are made about the kittens.
I really like all the series - Razzy, Clowder, and the new Finn and Briar. They're light, easy to read, and a lot of fun. They're a very nice change when I have been reading a large number of "heavier" murder mysteries. I'll be continuing to read all of them.
Every book I have read by Courtney McFarlin’s, especially the Razzy Cat series, is wonderful. The Clowder Cats series is an extension of the Razzy series, and just as fun. I can’t wait for the next.
Courtney is my favorite author. I read all of her series and recommend her to all of my friends. Her books have never been a disappointment. I treasure every one. Thank you for making it possible . Ok
This one contained a visit from Razzy Cat and friends. I loved the cross-over and that this one was more about the clowder than the murder. It's definitely my favorite so far!
