Best book evarrr! Sean Oswald pulled all the stops when he wrote this AwesomeSauce series finale! It's well worth the wait. (Hum... not really.😆) You get to watch as Nico as he and Cami his bonded dragonrider get stronger growing up with their powers and the feelings they have for each other.
So yeah grab the book to find out what happens when gods and dragons fight!

Here's a couple of quotes that amused me:

“Phoenixes are no monsters. They are simply overgrown peacocks with temperature regulation problems.”

“I mean it must be painful shoving a dragon sized ego into a human sized package."

"Your claws have gained the trait: Vorpal."

Damn it’s good

Man, what an awesome ride this book has been. Absolutely loved this series and the way we got the perspective from a dragon.
In my opinion there is not enough good books out there with natural born dragon Povs.

It had a friggen good ending to boot.
Loved getting the little interludes with some of the others povs- it adds so much more to the story when done well like this.
Great action and story, I mean hell, there’s not a whole lot I can pick out.

The long and the short of it is: if you like dragons, and like the perspective of a dragon, read this series mateys. It’s one of the greats in the space.

My app reset my reading progress on this a while back and it's been languishing on my phone ever since. I've tried scrubbing through the book to get back to where I was but it's just not worked out. I've even restarted from the beginning and that didn't work out for me. I'm DNF'ing it for now, I don't give it a rating right now since that's not fair. Hopefully I'll be back; I did enjoy the previous books.

I read this on my Kindle app and there were so many typos it was super distracting. Plus there were things that happened that were never tied in to the story again (e.g., the portal to Terra that the human emporer saw open).
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

4.5 stars. A solid finale to this series, although it doubt it'll be the last we see of Cami and Nico, as there are teases of an expanded universe.
