NOWHERE USA takes place in the heat of the 2002 Afghanistan war, amongst civil unrest and IED attacks. A homesick American soldier makes a life-altering decision to get back to the States, but it will have lasting effects on his soul.
An 80-page original graphic novel that's equal parts THE HURT LOCKER and THE TWILIGHT ZONE, the entire full-color book is already completed and ready to print!
Written and created by Josh Sellers ("An Old Flame" short comic), the graphic novel also features art by Briane Andan (Grammaton Punch, Evo-Cop) and Ryan Cody (Old Man Thunderpunch), colors by WK Sahadewa (Wayfinder, Life is Strange), with logo and letters by Jeremiah Lambert (Transformers, Masters of the Universe).
Fast-paced and beautifully drawn, Nowhere USA captures the desperation of forever wars. Devastating in all the right ways. I can't wait to see more from Sellers.
