There are so many leadership books out there written by white men, so it’s refreshing to read a book written by a Black woman. Dr. Froswa’ Booker Drew draws from her own experiences, anecdotes, and data to paint a different picture of leadership. What a refreshing and insightful read that I’m sure I will return to again and again.
