In this second installment of her ongoing adventures, Captain Sunset Val of the pirate airship The Furies finds herself the target of the armed aerial forces of the Atlan Empire! Can she and her crew take on the military might of the world's conquerors, convince the assembled pirate armada to face their foes, and survive assassins and madmen, all while looking good doing it?
As fun as the previous one (the beginning is even better, actually), and I'm really hyped to see what happens next, but I took a star from "misused cliff hangers" (making it look like it's a tense Situation at the end of one chapter just to say "just kidding" at the beginning of the next) and one or two things that unless explained in the next book will count as inconsistencies.
