This is so fluffy! Everyone is super protective over pregnant Stiles and Derek is so damn happy when he hears the good news. There's no sexy times, but the feels make up for zero smut.

First and foremost: MPREG .
I don't want to shock anyone but it's possible this book has too much fluff for me.
I can't believe I'm saying that.
It's probably the length -- it just went on so long that I was fluffed out by 30%. It went something like this:
*Enjoyable fluff
*Yep, more fluff
*There are about 30,000 other Stereks I could be reading right now
*Where's the sexy times?
*Okay, now we have a plot
*Plot is good
*Omigerd, more fluff
*Seriously, could we have some fucking? Okay, Stiles is preggers, but why not some lip action? Jerking off?
*Aw, that ending is so sweet.
I've read plenty mpreg but I've gotta say I don't think Sterek mpreg is for me. It weirded me out.

Everyone in the pack (they're all alive, btw) is also super happy about this.
This fic goes through All NINE MONTHS of preparing for the baby and everyone being happy and joyful with life in general, and this was me by month 3...
I asked for sweet and fluffy after Tiny Houses and that's exactly what I got. It was just too much sweetness and fluff for me. I liked the ending though, with the flashbacks of when Stiles and Derek first got together. I just would've preferred it if that ending was much closer to the beginning.
I'm not going to rate this because it's exactly what it said it was, so it's not the fic's fault (or my friend who rec'd this *side eyes Rosa* because she did warn me about the diabetes) that I'm an evil shrew that usually prefers it when the boys suffer, at least a little.

This is the first time I’ve allowed myself to read a story with an MPREG theme. It’s a bit of a weird concept for me to wrap my brain around – logistically speaking, cos WHAT!?! *insert my flabbergasted face here*. In all honesty, I don’t think I’m a fan. BUT – and it’s a big but – this is STEREK, so how could I not love the idea of these two guys, who I’m certifiably nuts about, having their very own bundle of joy!?! The answer is: I couldn’t. Even if I tried, which I didn’t because why would I purposely attempt to repress any kind of Sterek joy?! Pfft! I’m crazy but I’m not that crazy. Ultimately, I looked past all the Mpreg weirdness and grabbed onto the fluffy sweetness that was this story, and I had a good time.
The pack feels were strong in this one, which is a favourite Sterek trope of mine. The boys were in character, which I appreciated. I particularly adored Isaac in here, too. I have such a thing for this guy, but then again, I have a thing for ALL the guys - with the exception of Scott, because UGH (projectile vomit!!) – so I shouldn’t have been surprised by my Isaac loving reaction.
The whole pre-established couple thing was done really well, but ultimately that’s not something I’m generally into. I like seeing the whole “coming together” portion of a relationship in my stories.
Plus, no sexy times! Like, zilch! *stomps foot like a petulant little brat*…
This is my own problem because I’m a creepy creeper who loves the hot Sterek loving. As my fellow pack peeps have discussed in their own (much better) reviews, the smexy times were not actually needed in this story and the lack of them didn’t detract in any way from the quality of this fic - but that doesn’t mean I didn’t miss it. *sigh*
May I also just say how much I enjoyed all the baby naming discussions throughout this story. It reaffirmed my geek-girl status. There was one particularly awesome inner monologue that Stiles had about how, when choosing baby names, you should ask for lots of outrageous names first and then negotiate down to what you really want in order to get your way. This cracked me up.

Re-read 09/25/15 - 09/26/15
It's funny to come back and read a review you wrote a little over a year later. My original review kinda makes me chuckle. It is not wrong though.
I loved this just as much this time. I am so glad that the author did not end the book at the 24% mark like they originally planned. When I read that last night I was like what? I can't imagine if the book had ended then and we didn't get all the awesome that came after. Oh, and the baby's name? Right on!

I am floating on an absolutely fluffy, rainbow colored, glitter sparkling cloud right now. Throw in some cute puppies and bunnies and just picture it. THIS BOOK WAS SO HAPPY. So pretty and just so f'n good! I laughed and I cried and I fretted. I love Stiles pregnant (MPREG) and I really don't do pregnant. I love Derek all Alpha, jealous and MINE. I love pack love, cuddles and feels. This had everything. Oh wait. This had ZERO sex and I just realized it. That tells you something because I didn't even miss it at ALLLLLLLLL!!! I don't think I have ever read an established relationship Sterek. I loved that and even better, in the 90% range I was rewarded for that love. My God these two could keep me reading and happy for the rest of my life. I am seriously checking out more from this author because this one rocked my socks off! L-O-V-E-D it! I feel like it just flowed beautifully and that the characters were spot on if you watch the show. The only thing that killed me a bit was that end. It was beautiful but then it was just over. I needed like two more chapters or at least an epilogue. More, more, more!

No sex in this one. None whatsoever. No kissing, no smexing, no nookie. Luckily also no fade to black scenes. There is just no mention of it at all. But that never bothered me. FTB is the worst, but I never missed the sexy times here. There's enough love to go around. And lots of pack feelz.

I admit I was very reluctant to read mpreg. My scientific brain can obviously accept paranormal stuff but it has a very hard time wrapping itself around the idea of a male being pregnant. The actual how and why is glossed over here so you do have to suspend belief because there is no rational explanation… however, once you do that, the story was absolutely wonderful.
As mentioned by others, there is no sex in this and like some others, I agree that it wasn't missed (well.... of course it would have been much appreciated.) What you do have is the MC's personalities perfectly depicted to a "T". Derek is his usual taciturn, grumpy self but also possessive, protective and sooo in love with Stiles. Stiles too is his typical impulsive self but his strengths really do shine and he comes into his own with perhaps a new twist that he's more than just a human among wolves.
For those too who might scoff at this due to the lack of smex and the fact that they're already an established couple - don't. There are nuances to their already evolved relationship and their feelings toward each other change and strengthen in this story. It does play out month by month but it's more than a play by play of the pregnancy; there's even a baddie arc interspersed in there.
As per my usual disclaimer because this is fanfic, your love of Teen Wolf will enhance the read - but if you're not a fan, it shouldn't detract at all. Really - not at all.
And those flashbacks at the end??!! Swoon!!

Mpreg is so weird. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to just 'get' it but this one was okay and it was also enough to put you in a sugar induced coma.
I'm not complaining though because that is exactly what I was in the mood for. Over the top sweetness can be exactly what the doctor ordered sometimes.
No smexy just cuddles and lots of 'awww' moments.

I usually hates mpreg, fluff and too much cuteness in books, and this sterek fanfic has all three components in spades. And yet, I loved this book. It just has so much heart, and it left me with the fuzzies after reading it. So, five heart-warming, happy-feeling, drinks-all-around stars. Jay!

This was a very good story.This is a Sterek fanfiction story. For those of you that don't know...Sterek fanfic is based off 2 male characters, Stiles and Derek, from the TV show Teen Wolf. In the show they're both heterosexual but some viewers have fantasized about them together in a m/m relationship and thus Sterek was born. In this story, it appears that some but not all of the TV show took place. Now it's a few years later and Derek and Stiles are an established couple. Boyd, Erica, Isaac, Scott, Allison, Lydia and Jackson are all part of the pack (Allison is still human, Lydia is a werewolf and Jackson has free will but still shifts into a lizard creature instead of a werewolf).
Derek is out of town for a few days to visit the Alpha of another pack that's nearby that used to be friends with his parents. It's the morning after the full moon and Lydia and Stiles are up and making breakfast for everyone else. Stiles doesn't know what's going on but suddenly Lydia won't let Stiles do anything and takes over the cooking (which is totally unlike Lydia). Stiles is thinking that she's possessed or something but soon the whole pack starts acting strangely protective around him. Stiles starts to suspect they're buttering him up to for something else (which is worrying him) when someone (guess who) lets the news slip...that Stiles smells pregnant (in this world, male pregnancies are rare but possible). Stiles is surprised but happy and can't wait to tell Derek when he gets home. Derek, having been happily in a relationship with Stiles for years and happy in a pack, is better than he used to be. He doesn't smile easily but he has loosened up a lot and can enjoy life a lot more now. When he finds out that Stiles is pregnant, he's overjoyed as well as overly protective. Things go pretty well for Stiles and that pack as things progress and the interactions between all of them are sweet and fun (and sometimes even hilarious). I really liked the way the story played out and there was enough extra stuff going on to keep things interesting without overshadowing the main story line. The story ends with Stiles and Derek (and their baby) starting their HEA.
This was a very enjoyable story. Stiles and Derek weren't exactly like the TV show but they're the way I could see them being after a few years of maturing and being in a relationship together. Their relationship was sweet but since it's established the majority of the strong emotions are of the protective/loving type (sexually it's pretty much just cuddling and a bit of kissing in the story). When the story begins, Stiles is a non-magic user but I liked that he found he had some ability and plans to delve into that more...I just wish I could see more exploration of that. Maybe if I'm lucky, the author will do a followup? Overall, I found this to be a very enjoyable story with lots of emotions as well as a bit of action to keep things interesting. :D

Oooh I just loved this fluffy goodness! This story basically chronicles Stiles' pregnancy. I kept smiling the whole time except for a very angsty chapter when I started seriously worrying for a bit, but then all was well again. Stiles is pampered and taken care of all throughout this fic and there's baby kicking and ultrasounds and cute nicknames and all sorts of good feels. There is absolutely no sex in this one but honestly, I didn't notice until about halfway through the book. It's just so cute and adorable a story that the steam isn't missing at all.

I'm reading this and at one point, I'm thinking, Did I read this before and not mark it? Actually, no. It's just a little similar in a few places I believe to I Know Where Babies Come From, Derek mini series but that's a best guess unless I want to reread it, which not now...
Back to what's on hand. This is another awesome example of quirky Stilies that is great to read. Of course bummer on no sexual intimacy but that doesn't make it bad. It still works... great.... really :)

My teeth ache that was so sweet! My one really big want from this story was more background into the building of how they got together, we got a glimpse but not enough for my liking. I guess we didn’t because would involve sex scenes and this one is so clean it squeaks.

This is a prime example of why I will always and forever love freaking FANFICTION.
I found this genre through fanfiction. If it wasn't for someone actually plagiarizing a M/M book, no lie, I won't be here today. Well maybe not that drastic. I'm hoping I would have found myself here eventually.
My first fanfiction ever was Buffy the Vampire Slayer so all the Xander stuff made me tear up and smile so hard.
To me, a sign of a good fanfiction writer is when someone like me who has absolutely no freaking clue who anyone is loves the story. I didn't know any of these people. I vaguely know the two main characters. I actually just know their names to be honest.
But I didn't miss a thing. I followed right along, laughed so hard, and awwwwwed at the appropriate times. I didn't need to know anything about anyone or background information. A good fanfiction writer will take care of everything.
I absolutely loved the flashbacks on that last chapter.
This was just really good. The only thing now is that I found a new writer to stalk and I have to find time to read all the stories written by this author. And that is never a bad thing! ;) Excellent! :)

This was just really good. The only thing now is that I found a new writer to stalk and I have to find time to read all the stories written by this author. And that is never a bad thing! ;) Excellent! :)
