About the author

Hiro Mashima (Jap: 真島ヒロ) is a Japanese manga artist.

He gained success with his first serial Rave, published in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from 1999 to 2005. His best-selling work, Fairy Tail, published in the same magazine from 2006 to 2017, became one of the best-selling manga series with over 72 million copies in print. Mashima began the currently ongoing Edens Zero in 2018.

Fairy Tail won the Kodansha Manga Award for shōnen manga in 2009, and Mashima was given the Harvey Awards International Spotlight award in 2017 and the Fauve Special Award at the 2018 Angoulême International Comics Festival.

Continuando con la misión, empezamos con una celebración por haberla cumplido. Aunque algo pasó con Gray que no alcance a cachar y tiene que ver con el gremio del tártaros. Flare vuelve con su familia de gigantes y el equipo descubre que el arbolito, cuyo nombre ya se me olvido 😅 es uno de los miembros fundadores de Fairy tail.

Por otra parte hay un ataque al Consejo mágico, mueren todos y varios funcionarios más. Fueron atacfos por uno de este gremio oscuro y resulta que son 9 demonios del tártaro, todos creaciones de zeref que fueron invocados por alguien que aún no aparece pero es el más poderoso, obviamente 💁🏻‍♀️🤣

No sólo persiguen a los miembros actuales sino que a los antiguos también. Y el grupo de Luxus se ve envuelto en una de las batallas por proteger a yayima, sin embargo no contaron con que el personaje pudiera inmolarse y soltar un veneno mortal sobre ellos. Luxus se lo comió, lograron sobrevivir pero su situación es crítica. Necesitan un poco del vebeno para hacer un antitodoto.

Ahora, como saben que los malvados van tras los ex miembros del consejo, y con ayuda del lacho del loki 💁🏻‍♀️🤣🤣 se dividieron en grupos para protegerlos mientras consiguen información y en eso estamos xd Natsu, Lucy y Wendy vs el demonio bomba que tampoco puedes tocar o explotar, aunque al parecer Natsu tiene un truco 😅 esto va a salir mal xd

This series became a vicious parody of itself somewhere around the beginning of the tournament arc. By this point it has come full circle, being so bad it's good again, but not in the same way it was good originally. Instead of meaningful scenes, we get butts, and instead of overarching story, we get enigmatic intimations and corny jokes interrupting every segment of dialogue.

I'm quite impressed by the start of this new arc.
The story suddenly has become more serious, dark. I quite like this turn-around in the series. A really nice surprise!

Unas peleas cortas, pero con muchísima información, e información de la buena. Estoy segura que estos últimos tendrán los arcos más potentes y fuertes, al igual que respuestas que se vienen gestando desde el mismísimo primer tomo. Estoy ansiosa, pero tengo mucho miedo de lo que ocurrirá. Estoy súper encariñada con todos, me encantan todos los personajes, y, sobre todo, amo el espíritu de Fairy Tail💞

Yajima-san!!😱😱😱 Tartarus is so terrible! What’s devil’s curse?? Many different kinds of power have appeared so far. Dragons, gods and this time is devils? The characteristics are being complicated but the story stream and construction are being brief or carelessness.

The guild has managed to save the village of Giants, as they were hired to do, but a new threat is coming. Powerful magicians are attacking old members of the council, though why isn't exactly clear. Fairy Tail members are sent to protect them. Laxus gets to be a BDH, which is awesome, then Lucy and Natsu and Wendy are sent to guard an old council member who just does not want to admit things could be a problem.

But mostly, this book is taking the time to introduce us to our new villains, Tartaros. We get to see a few of them, learn their powers and how they interact as a group. It's a decent volume, and is getting me psyched for this arc.

Absolutely WAY too much fan service in this one for me.
I mean don't get me wrong. Sometimes fan service is good. But this went insanely overboard.
I don't think the creator thinks they have female fans at this point.

Je vais parler du tome 41 au 45 dans mon avis (sans spoilers).
J'ai beaucoup aimé ce que j'ai lu dans ces volumes; on voit clairement l'évolution pour certains personnages et ça fait beaucoup de bien.
J'ai été très émue pendant plusieurs scènes.
Et malgré le "fan-service" beaucoup trop présent (comme d'habitude); j'ai beaucoup plus apprécié ma lecture.
On sent que tout bouge, comme si ça allait déjà vers la fin, alors que pas encore. J'ai hâte de lire la suite !

I will talk about volume 41 to 45 in my review (without spoilers).
I really liked what I read in these volumes; we can clearly see the evolution for certain characters and that does a lot of good.
I was very moved during several scenes.
And despite the too much "fan-service" (as usual); I enjoyed my reading much more.
We feel that everything is moving, as if things were already going towards the end, when not yet. I can't wait to read more !

Real solid volume this time around. With the conclusion to our hero’s saving the giants, we see them relaxing and learning more about the history of fairy tail. While this is happening, one of the most dangerous threats yet starts to emerge with devastating blows one after another. With this barely scraping the top of their plans, what will our heroes do to face this new type of dark guild?

I really liked this volume and the ending definitely hooked me. I appreciated the foundation that was set in this one and learning more about the enemy. Also, the last few pages definitely highlight Natsu’s ability to think outside the box when solving problems.

Succubus Eye sollte also Wache halten. Warum? Hat man erwartet, dass da noch was passiert und was sollte das dann sein? Dämonen, die Dämonen beschwören…
Oh, sterben jetzt ernsthaft Leute? Sie sind zumindest nicht niedlich/relevant genug, um zwingend zurück zu kommen. Um Org tut es mir etwas Leid. Natsu lässt den Gegner nicht ausreden. Wie unhöflich. Für die Bösen gehört das zum Kodex.

That was a hell of an opener to an arc. Poor Laxus and team. That's what happens when you too powerful, you get taken out early in arcs so you don't solve them too quickly. Also, good foreshadowing with Natsu, which I kind of wish I didn't know the secret there.

When I read FairyTail, there is always that epic thrill of a fight. Sometimes it is a bit formulaic, but I like the varied designs of the characters 🥰💪
