Discuss various life topics from career like continuous learning, making choices, handle pressure, getting through hard times, handle changes, opportunities, etc to happiness, youth, confidence, taste, health, love, marriage, etc. Each topic has perspectives from 7 years ago and now, which witness her learning, feelings and growth.
Admire her courage to try new things, divorce, war reporting, and back to school at 48.

人的一生，正是有不同的阶段，才会过得有意思
任何时候开始学习，都不会太晚
在伊拉克，在巴格达，看到的是认真生活着的人们；幸福来自自己的感觉，而不是外人的判断
不要忽略时代的因素
没有长远的计划，会有一些短计划
把自己的感受说出来，不需要得到什么
空闲的时候，做一顿好吃的，种植花草，把书柜填满，装饰房子，泡茶，看书聊天八卦，听讲座，看电影，看剧场演出，可做的事情很多，生活变得愉快，而不是紧绷的事情。
