Disappointed
If all you want is a description of Mahjong. This is a book for you. If you were looking for underground tips and secrets you will be disappointed.

Great read for beginners of Mahjongg. She shares a great deal of tips. I learned a lot even though I had lessons from 2 great teachers. Lot's of necessary detail. Learn to play your own game. I love the game so, it was extremely helpful for me. My mama did not teach me. I learned in retirement in my mid-60's. Always hope for newbies.
