I was definitely one of the "hit the snooze button repeatedly" people because I just wanted to sleep in as much as possible. I picked up this book after seeing it posted on a Facebook group and I wasn't disappointed. I've been doing a lot of the ideas listed in the pages for the last few weeks and I've found that they really do make a difference! This was a quick and easy read, and funny too because I saw myself in a lot of the examples of a night owl and also the way I am now.

Great little book and you can't go wrong with the price. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for ideas to change up their sleep routine.

I downloaded this book because I am a morning person. This book made me realize that I am on the right track and should continue doing what I do in the morning.
