THE MASTER IS COMING—A NEW HELL IS RISING
“New Orleans was a city of secrets, and the Duvall sisters were amongst its most dangerous. The girls were ready, trained from childhood to wield magic like a weapon, their curvy bodies trained and honed into fighting machines. But there was one thing they hadn’t prepared for—their fated mates.”
“You won’t know your full power until you find him. And when you do—everything will change.”
“The Grimm Files were more than a curse. They were a prophecy. One that could either save the world—or destroy it.”
The series will revolve around the four Duvall sisters, who are fae—Phoenix, Geneva, Savannah, and Catalina. They will share a stately home with their late mother’s sister, Aunt Maeve. The story will include good versus evil, magic, shifters, and demons. When heavy demonic activity is more prevalent in New Orleans, they know that they must act swiftly, not only for supernatural beings but for humans too.
The third story in the series will focus on the youngest sister, Savannah, a water fae who is a graphic designer by day, and demon hunter by night. She will team up with Gage Tremblay, a Rougarou. Gage has taken a new position as a bartender at the Obsidian Lounge, owned by Edward Falwell. Savannah shows up the day before the grand opening and asks for a job as a waitress, where Gage hires her and starts her immediately. She knows the club is in a place known for magic and needs to find out what is going on. Falwell is meeting in secret with Madame Vesper Nightshade, a centuries-old vampire.
Vesper: And you’re sure no one suspects anything?
Falwell: Not a soul.
Gage and Savannah will team up to try and discover what Falwell and Vesper are up to and hopefully stop the heavy demon activity. What neither one expected was to develop an attraction to one another, but they do, and rather than fight it, they embrace it.
Gage: I’m not your enemy, Savannah.
Savannah: Then what are you?
Gage: Rougarou.
Savannah: Rougarou? Seriously? I thought they were just some kind of legendary wolf-shifters that lived in the swamps.
Gage: No. My kind can live anywhere—cities, swamps, deserts, forests, doesn’t matter. I think most wolf-shifters made up those stories as they don’t like to admit the truth. We’re half demon, half wolf-shifter. Generally, those matings aren’t consensual.
Savannah: How you came into this world—what your parents did or didn’t do—that’s nothing on you. You are who you decide to be. And what I see is a brave, honorable man who, despite a demonic nature, has chosen the way of the light.
The story was a page-turning, action-packed tale in a battle of good versus evil. Overcoming demonic forces that want to control the world, humans, shifters, etc. It is two supernatural beings, a Rougarou and a water fae working together, not for themselves, but for all beings, and their beloved town of New Orleans. The story will bring in other characters from previous stories in this series, and how they all work together when needed. In the end, Gage and Savannah discover they are just right for one another.
Gage: You don’t understand. It’s not safe. I might hurt you, or worse, I might lose myself completely.
Savannah: Safe isn’t what I need right now, Gage. I love you. I need you, all of you. I want to feel every part of you, even the darkness.
