A very challenging devotional. Comes at the Christian life from a new perspective to me. It was easy to get defensive about various challenges the author presented but fighting against that defensive was is worthwhile.

Not your typical daily devotional, this devo challenges and broadens Western Christianity to imagine belief without borders by sharing true stories of missionaries taking the message of Christianity to the underground churches throughout China and beyond.

This was an amazing and challenging devotional...just the way I like them haha! It was so neat to wake up each day and read the stories of men and women living in much different circumstances than me living out their faith so boldly. I pray I might have their boldness.
