"A writer's life for me."

Dawnlyn Holman writes the kind of stories she wanted to read growing up. She remembers writing stories and screenplays as a child and she’s spent her whole life honing this skill; finally ready to share her work with the world, she’s a driven, up-and-coming author. Her fantasy worlds are nothing short of exciting and she hopes to give people a thrilling place to escape the day-to-day boring bits of life.

As a high school English teacher, she hopes to instill a love of reading in that age group. When she’s not working at her day job or writing, she can be found planning her next travel destination, watching movies, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family. She’s a 2021 National Novel Writing Month and Camp July 2021 winner and hopes to make writing a more serious endeavor. Dawnlyn lives in Pennsylvania with her two cats and one dog who patiently listen to all her ideas but never seem to have any real input.
