Celtic Mythology: The Gods, Goddesses, and Heroes Handbook is delightful reference book for all ages. Comprehensive, but approachable, and packaged with beautiful illustration and a certain whimsy. For lovers of fantasy, history, and folklore (or all three, if you’re like me), Celtic Mythology and the other entries in the World Mythology and Folklore series belong on your shelf!

Warm thanks to the team at Simon & Schuster for the review copy!
