This is a fascinating book! The book is divided up in three sections: Why Nutriviore; Nutrients and your Health; and Nutrivore in Practice. It is easy to read with excellent visuals, understandable information, very well researched, includes a few recipes, and helps you to make sustainable changes in your eating habits over time.
I must admit I love supplements and as I am reading I realize that I need to think more about eating whole foods, and the book is giving me a nice roadmap to change. Nutrivore is an excellent read that everyone will learn from and enjoy! I highly recommend.
