Some useful tips, surrounded by a lot of quirky prose. The kindle version is badly laid out which detracts for me and the grammar isn't perfect, so if you are picky that might annoy too, however, it seems to be written as the author speaks, so feels quite natural. It reads like a blog, and along the lines of Dana White aka A Slob Comes Clean. I think Dana is more succinct and her humour hits home with me more so that I don't mind so much that she calls herself a slob. In this, the author calls herself 'lazy' (and yet later she comments about negative self-talk) and it grated with me. I feel self-compassion is really important in this judgy day-and-age. We don't need to be judging ourselves as well.
