Cute but predictable

This book needed a good editing. There are so many typographical errors its almost distracting. As for the story it self, it was fine. Boy meets girl and decides to clean up his act. Add an unknown daughter to the mix and surprise the girl is a social worker or better yet his own social worker to make sure everything is handled all on the up and up.

It's A quick read since there isn't A lot of depth in this characters.

OMG this was absolutely steamy page turner and the suspense was intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even put it down. Lance and Chloe had and sexual relationships long time ago that will change one of their lives forever. After all years later Lance came home as he ran into Chloe with a child by her side. Will Chloe let it out the bag that he fathered her child? Will he believe her in this moment? Could they rekindle their romance again after this years.

If you enjoy falling for a man who loves his daughter and would do anything to keep his family together, this is your book! The swoon that happens watching the MMC become a girl dad is unstoppable and the MFC is there for it and supports him all the way like you hope people in real life would do! There isn’t a struggle this family couldn’t work through. It’s also nice that you don’t need to know anything rugby related to follow the story. And the spice level is smoking!.

While I really enjoyed this story for the most part, I couldn't help feeling a tad lost when we jumped forward suddenly, completely blowing over the first spicy encounter. Then the author follows up with flashbacks to fill us in with how good it was. That didn't work for me. The rest of the story was great. There's lots of angst, suspense, and some good hot spices near the end. The author does know how to write a 5 year old's dialogue too, which added some fun to the story. A good romantic read.

A bit fast-paced for me and the title didn't seem to quite match the story.

I would have liked to read more about each of the characters but it felt like the book just skimmed over the surface.

If you are looking for a light quick read this would be perfect for you.

He grabs Mia from behind and then realizes she is NOT Gracie. Is he is for trouble! Mia is supposed to be his assistant at his new job! That means romantic trouble. He is taken in by her eyes and her curvy body. This will be a memorable read!

Lance has been delt a tough set of cards. To go five years without knowing that he fathered a child was devastating. But he had me swooning with how quickly he adjusted to being the protector of little Isabella and how he fell for Chloe. Isabella got so lucky and is so blessed to have Lance for a father and her mother knew that he would be great at the dad thing because she named him her sole guardian in her will. The love between father and daughter was so sweet and the journey one full of love, trust, and total dedication to ensuring Isabella is safe. Lance may be an athlete, but he is an athlete with a big heart, compassion, and who goes after what he wants with gusto. He, Chloe, and Isabella make such a beautiful family. This was swoon worthy, spicy, but not over the top, and made me fall in love with sports romance all over again!!
