Amber Nicole's contribution to the Spells Hollow series is one of my favorites. Wicked Witch was charming. The story reminded me of the movie Practical Magic, with the parallels between the Nefari family and the Owens family.

I loved Wynter! From the title, I was expecting her to be at least a little bit evil, but I would say Wyn is more grumpy, bitter, and a little mischievous. Wyn has been hurt just too many times, and I can't help but sympathize with her. Against all odds, she finally finds her guys. The three of them are great. The twins Arsen and  Astor align more with Wyn's personality, but it was Cirrus with his playful and loving personality that won me over. I loved him.

The story went by so fast, and Amber packed a lot into a little. I enjoyed her take on the ghost town, it was a slightly creepier version but in a good way. As Wyn dives into unbreaking the curse, more details about how the curse occurred get revealed, and with Amber's version, I get a better understanding of those past events. The Nefari family curse was interesting, seeing the exact moment of their curse... everything just makes sense, it ties the story together perfectly.

I absolutely loved Wicked Witch. I'm a little sad that the story is over, but Amber wrapped it up perfectly. Plus, I am happy to find out that a very special side character is getting his own story, which I am excited about, heck, maybe Wyn and her family will have a guest appearance.

This book gave me romantic comedy vibes which I loved. There was a big dark evil curse put on Wynters entire family going back a couple generations. With her struggling and trying to break that curse plus the whole romantic comedy vibe I feel like I got the best of both worlds, dark and light.

I really enjoyed seeing the growth and change winter did throughout the book. She was very grumpy and prickly at first and the more time she spent with her men the softer she became and the more she laughed/smiled. With everything she went through in her love life I don't blame her for being the "wicked witch". She only needed to find her path and her men.

Now I really liked the guys. They were all soo very different from each other. With the twins Astor and Arsen, the pace was slower. They already had history so I do like how they didn't rush anything and took their time to hang out and be around each other. They made a move when it felt right. Cirrus was a different story. This man moved quickkkkk. Once you know their the ones why waste time 🤷🏽‍♀️

I 100% loveddd the friendship they developed with Arnie ( the ghost). That ending was beautiful and everyone got their happy ending.
Honestly the only thing that got old for me quick was the different nicknames Cirrus had for her😭 every time he spoke to her was a completely different one. I do gotta say I am impressed he was able to come up with so many.

This was my absolute favorite of the series! Wynter is my favorite of all the FMC, I love her personality and all the men and characters of the book. The twins Arsen and Astor, and Cirrus are the best! And being left at the alter three times, I was glad to see her go to spells hollow and break her curse.

I loved the way Amber showed and explained more of the spells hollow world and we got to see the origins of curse. She did a phenomenal job with this book!

PART OF THE CURSED COVEN OF SPELLS HOLLOW
Standalone
RH

Our FMC, Wynter, has had it rough. She’s cured to never find love. Ouch- that’s cruel. She’s been left at the alter THREE times. No wonder she’s turned into a…b.

When one of her ex-fiance's best friends turns up in her bar with his twin brother, she's had it. But, it's a random encounter with a blue haired stranger that triggers a vision and sends Wynter driving straight thru to upstate New York.

Meet the mates: A fae who is very eccentric, a lawyer and a counsler to highschool kids. Yum.

This book was amazing and kept me enthralled. I’m so glad Wynter and her men break the curse and she’s finally able to get her HEA.

Ahhhh maybe my new favourite from this shared world? Left me a happy blubbing mess at the end so that's got to be a good thing!
Winter is unlucky in love. So much so it's a curse. Get it?
But collecting her harem of a crazy fae, lovesick twin and a slightly reluctant twin they have a great, spicy, fast paced tale- romancing a grumpy Winter to convince her this time she could be lucky in love and try to break her family curse. It was a fantastic read, can't rate it enough!

Wicked Witch is the fourth book in the Cursed Coven of Spells Hollow shared universe. This is a standalone and ends in a HEA.

What a fantastic addition to this series. It was pretty understandable why she was so guarded and reserved. She's been burned so many times. I felt for her. Buuut Cirrus, Arsen and  Astor were really the perfect match for her. This was wonderfully written and probably my favorite from the series, so far. Definitely looking forward to the next adventure!

It was okay. Finally we've got a witch that actually uses magic. I just don't get how giving birth removed the curse?

I absolutely loved this story, and it's my favourite up to now. It had this easy flow about it and made me laugh throughout the story. Poor Wynter never seemed to catch a brake with love. All because of a curse that has followed each generation throughout the family. But one fateful night, the blood moon calls to Wynter with a vision that will send her on her way to spells hallow. She'll meet some amazing characters like Cirrus who was so funny and just cracked me up throughout this whole story and had a habbit of turning up in funny pyjamas and calling Wynter with words of endearment and never quite getting them right, like my little porky pig which was really funny and then there's Arsen who's been in love with wynter for so long and brings his twin brother Astor who's slightly grumpy and seems to have this love hate with his brother which was so comical. Wynter will definitely have challenges as she tries to face the curse head-on, but at least she's not alone, along with a few surprises thrown into this crazy mix. She'll have visions that will help her on her way, which i absolutely loved as it gave us an insight into the past but also the present. I loved wynter characters. Even though she started of meen, you could see there was a loving witch just waiting to come out and learn to trust again. With all the drama going on, they definitely knew how to have a good time, and i think this story is all about second chances and learning to trust in someone more than just yourself. The ending was heart felt, and I really got emotional for Wynter and her ghost friend Arnie, who was such a great ghost. I'm just sad it's over.

Wicked Witch: The Cursed Coven of Spells Hollow is a captivating paranormal romance by Amber Nicole that will pull you in from the start. Wynter’s family is cursed to never find their soulmates, leading to a life of heartbreak and isolation. Over time, Wynter has transformed into a wicked witch, but she’s determined to break her family's curse and keep the men she loves.

The character development in this story is truly compelling. Watching Wynter open up to love is a rewarding experience. Rus brings a delightful blend of silliness, goofiness, and just the right touch of unpredictability, making him everything Wynter never knew she needed. Asher and Arsen face the challenges of understanding magic and navigating a relationship with a witch and their best friend. The world-building and magic woven throughout the narrative are rich and immersive, with imaginative descriptions that draw readers deeper into the story. There is a perfect amount of spice as Wynter accepts her future and learns to trust the three men who will help her break her curse.

Wicked Witch is a great addition to The Cursed Coven of Spells Hollow series. It functions beautifully as a standalone within a shared universe where each main character must confront and break the curses plaguing their families. If you are a fan of steamy paranormal why-choose romances that explore themes of found family, magic, witches, supernaturals, curses, and fated mates, then this book will undoubtedly capture your heart and imagination.

My favourite of the series so far!

Wynter isn't really wicked in my opinion. Maybe a little bitter, sarcastic and reluctant to get involved again but who can blame her after being left at the altar or cheated on in her past relationships. And as for her little ED curses well I think anyone with the ability would do that in the circumstances!

Cirrus, Arsen, and Astor all know each other prior to the relationship with Wynter. Arsen and Astor are twin brothers and Cirrus is their friend who also unbeknown to them is fae royalty. Arsen has been in love with Wynter for years although she doesn't know that so they do have a bit of a background.

The storyline to this was really good. It wasn't particularly angsty and no third act breakup so it is quite a nice light read but still none the less totally engrossing. Although a standalone I think it integrated really well into the series and gave the impression that the other stories in this series were taking place around the same time without involving those characters in this story keeping them totally separate. I particularly like the mention of Arsen's childhood imaginary friend. That is a totally "wow" moment!
This was funny in parts and the story had a bittersweet ending (don't worry it is a HEA). I highly recommend this book

Oh, the Candy Man can!

Read Wicked Witch for some sweet, cute, and spicy fun. I loved it, it may not have had any dramatic battles, but it was a sweet romance that had me hooked. I loved Wynter, a snarky witch learning to love again, and her three delicious men Ciruss, Arsen, and Astor.

I adored Ciruss. Wyn’s Candy Man Fae! The way he talked and behaved gave so much humor to this book. I enjoyed the ever-changing nicknames. My favorites were: his little rainbow pants, my little bouncy ball, my little snapping turtle, and my little love dove. I definitely plan to use some of his saying in my everyday life. For example, when asking someone for help “that would be rainbows and kittens.” I think my favorite line in the whole book was “Normal is boring. I want a life full of kittens and kisses.” When he dressed her in a unicorn onesie and himself in duck pajamas and they went to the diner dressed like that. Hilarious! The short visit to his home, made me think of Candy Land, Hansel and Gretal, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

You will not regret checking this book out for a quick read that will leave you laughing and swooning over her men. It did have a bit of a teary end, but in a good way. I devoured this book.

Really not so wicked!

This was a great book in the Cursed Coven of Spells Hollow world. Wynter has had horrible luck in men… and so has all the other women in her family. She is either left at the alter or is stood up on dates. She is done trying at this point. Arsen has been secretly in love with Wynter forever but since his best friend was the one who left her at the altar, he was axed from her life. When he and his twin brother, Astor, see her again, he just knows that she is still the one for him. When their new best friend, Rus, nearly steals her out from under him again, he knows he has to make his move. Rus, who is actually a fae hiding out in Earth knows that Wynter is his mate, but they share a vision of her needing to go to Spells Hollow to break the curse, so he secretly follows her across the country.

Initially she is mad but gets over that pretty quickly after seeing what she will need to do to break the curse. What she DIDN’T expect was that Arsen and Astor would come to Spells Hollow as well. They will each need to bond with her to fight the evil that has happened to this old coven town in order to break her curse of not having love in her life.

Loved the story!!! Although I didn’t find her particularly wicked lol. Great read within this universe.

This story is more of a sweet RH romance and has definitely less violence than all the other installments in this shared world. Even Wynter's wickedness isn't so prominent in the beginning of the book. Yes, I can see her being closed off and distrusting after being left alone at the altar three times, but really cold and cruel - not so much. And ever since Rus bulldozed into her life, it is impossible to overlook the natural goodness that is the essence of Wynter. The story for me was dreamy, shyly hopeful, and sweet, with lots of funny moments (ducky pajamas still my favorite) and definitely worthy sexy times. I enjoyed Wynter's men, their differences and determination to help her break the curse, although I missed some relationship building between Astor and Wynter - it was like suddenly there was a magical switch and they hit it off. Also the whole curse was a lot in the background and breaking it felt quite anticlimatic, as there was no resistance from the "evil", not even any fight, and the evil sorcerer did not make the slightest appearance aside from a memory, which made the story a bit detached from the shared world. On the other hand I loved the side plot related to Arnie, and all in all I really enjoyed this book.

Wicked witch by Amber Nicole part of The Cursed Coven of Spell's Hallow.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌶🌶💀
Meet the Wicked witch from Texas, Wynter. Her heart has harden from all the brokenhearts of being left behind. But on a blood moon Cirrus walks into her bar to meet his best friends, twin brothers, Astor and Arsen only to be under her spell. A passionate kiss leads to a vision to return to her ancestral town Spell's Hallow to break an old curse. A witchy adventure follows.
A peotic romantic comedy filled with magic, ghosts, curses, love and small town life. Quirky characters and swoonworthy declarations of devotion. Fun witchy read ideal for Halloween.
Tropes
Why choose. Fated mate. Witches. Magic. Small town. Pregnancy. Found family. Stalking. No MM.
Quotes
“Oh, my little viper, retract the fangs. I won’t bite… hard,” I joke, and she purses her lips giving me a once over. “No thanks,” she snarks, then spins and flips her fragrant dark blue hair, smelling like the sweetest candy, whipping me in the face, and… Yup, it's official. I think I’m in love.

“No, I don’t know anything, Cirrus! I’m just flying by the seat of my broom at the moment, and I’m losing my damn mind while I’m at it.”

“Wicked Witch” is a fun addition to “The Cursed Coven of Spells Hollow” series. It’s once again a short standalone, set in the known world of Spells Hollow but with a new curse and an entirely new way to break it. The best way to explain the atmosphere, is to say it’s cute, funny and a little over the top at times. But that made it all the more fun.

My favorite character in this story is probably Cirrus. He’s like an overgrown toddler with ADHD, an absolute cinnamon roll and he loves with his whole heart (and every other organ in his body). I’m tempted to do a reread of this book and make notes of all the nicknames he gives Wynter; there is some impressive creativity there… The twins definitely add some calm to this family, but I love how they balance each other out while appreciating each other as well. There is no MM in this book, but these men are close friends and that’s exactly what Wynter needs to heal.

I enjoyed this latest standalone in the series, and I’m excited to find out what the next book will bring.

Anything and everything that Amber Nicole wants to write, I’ll want to read. Like no joke.

This book is part of a shared world. The story is that the descendants of this witch will be cursed, never to find love. And Wynter Nefari has certainly seen love come and go from her life, after all, she’s been left at the altar three times! After the third time, she becomes jaded, she’s surly and definitely always moody. Then she meets Fae Prince Cirrus. Absolutely love this guy. He’s just so….bouncy. He’s energetic, he’s lovable, he only has eyes for his mate Wynter. And he’s bound and determined to get Wynter and 2 other guys together. Astor and Arsen are guys Wynter knows from before. Arden’s friend Erick was one of the guys that jilted Wynter. He also harbors feelings for a certain blue haired witch.

This book was a nice little cleanse from the dark romance. It’s a rom-com with a little magic thrown in. Such an awesome read!

Fair storyline
This addition to the world follows Wynter who after sharing one kiss sees a vision telling her to go to Spells Hollow to reverse her families curse! Her kiss is with a wildly quirky Fae who is certainly a character; he’s best friends with twins Astor and Arsen - both having known Wynter when she was younger. It’s said that Wynter has become ‘Wicked’ due to being jilted three times but honestly I struggled to see what about her was wicked, she’s scowls, is sarcastic, she’s a bit snappy - that’s about it. You find what her family curse is and what she has to do to reverse it, which allows the characters to develop their relationships. A fair addition to this world.

Ok I am not going to lie I am at a complete loss with this book because this is not your typical read by Amber. And I am not really sure how to describe this book. Compared to her other books this one was silly and outlandish while also bringing out the emotional and spicy side of the story. (I won’t lie I still haven’t recovered from that ending.) this book is a very fast paced read. I won’t lie I felt like I had only started reading Wynter’s journey and then it was over in a blink of my eye, when in truth hours had gone by. I loved watching the four of them piece this little family together from parts that kind of looked like they wouldn’t necessarily go with one another. But they did. They all fit perfectly. And now that it’s over I can’t wait to read more. Please add this to your aTBR you won’t be disappointed.

Wynter's massive string of bad luck has her ready to throw in the towel on all relationships. Her curse has left her feeling empty and alone. Even when a blast from her past, in the guise of some seriously hot twins, show up, she's not sure she wants to even attempt to muster up the energy to be nice, let alone get flirty. When a vision hits her, hinting at a way to finally break her curse, there is no way she'll turn back, especially when her chance for lasting love is on the line. I enjoyed this book. The chemistry between the characters was pretty instant and I loved Cirrus' antics and endless pet names. There was less action in this book, versus some of the others in the series but I still loved the story. While Wynter was definitely jaded, I definitely don't think she had made it to witched witch level and I'm glad to see her get her happily ever after.

She may be titled "Wicked Witch" but I found Wynter more grumpy, and done with relationships. Though I'm not surprised given her past. All she needs is a break and when she has a shared vision with a mysterious blue-haired Fae of needing to go to Spells Hollow, it might just be what she needs.

I love the fact that Wynter forms bonds with not just people from her past, but also a new character in the shape of Cirrus: a hilarious, quirky Fae who is determined to try a different pet name on Wynter every time they talk together. Add to that the very human twins Astor and Arsen we have the perfect trio of men with our FMC.

The trip to Spells Hollow is long, but their mission is "simple" or so it seems. But we don't pass the final hurdle right until the end and it was the perfect ending for Wynter and her men.

Can't wait to read more from this shared world.

I loved this addition to the series, and even with just the title and cover I knew I would like the character and book, but I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I did. My heart immediately felt and fell for these characters and their stories.

Getting the backstory on the family and its curse made me believe this was the family’s curse bc of how deeply and hard they love. And Wynters inner monologue, as well as the backstory of her Astor, and Sin, reinforces that. I loved that She and the brothers had a history, and that it technically wasn’t tragic or ended badly, but still sad. And that they came back together like fate intervened.
Cirrus is honestly my favorite if only because he comes in like a hurricane and without ever figuring out how he does it, he just made everything work. Flying in and causing chaos just WORK for him and I was living for it the entire wild ride.

Wynter isn’t wicked she’s been ditched at the alter 3 times no less that would make anyone put their shields up and protect themselves.

The books follows Wynter’s journey to break her family curse. Is it possible she could end up with everything she ever dreamed off. It’s unlikely given her past.

As she gets summoned to stars hollow Rus also sees the same vision and he’s all in, he just needs to get the others on board and get Wynter to accept his blue hair. Rus instantly knows who Wynter is to him but has to be patient and let things play out hoping they go the way he wants with interference from outside parties or curses.

I love how this book isn’t a stand alone but the start of its own spin off series. I can’t wait to read more! And see what happens with Summer and Autumn along the way.

Another great book by Amber Nicole. This one was about Wynter. She owns a bar/bookstore. She is a witch. She was at her bar one night when Astor and his twin brother Arsen walked in. They haven’t seen Wynter in years. They were good friends with her ex Erick. He left her at the altar and they all lost touch. Cirrus was also there that night he was friends with the guys. He didn’t know Wynter and he went and talked to her that night and they ended up kissing and they both had a premonition. She was told to go to Sleepy Hollow and she didn’t know why but her family was cursed and she found out this she needed to go in order to break it. She didn’t know how to do it. She went to the town and it turned out Cirrus followed her. He ended up calling the guys and told them to come meet him. They never left. Cirrus had his powers well.

What a fun addition to this series of Spells Hollow. I am really enjoying the different authors with their different stories. I have found some new authors I like, and would like to follow. I find each story fun and unique.

Wynter girl, you have had it rough. Being left at the alter, she has become bitter and hopeless. Will she ever find someone. Well fate steps up and offers her three men that, if she lets in maybe, just maybe she will find her happy ever after. Cirrus, Wynter is no match for him I think. He would wear anyone down. He was so fun to read, and all of his nick names, had me guessing what he comes up with next. The twins are an added plus.

Overall this was an great addition to the Spells Hollow series and I really enjoyed this short read.

Wynter is a witch, so disappointed in the ' love' department and cranky. Her family had been cursed so long ago. Cirrus, Astor and Arsen are her's according to her vision but is she ready, will they stick around? Then there's Spells Hollow, the curse, all the trapped spirits, and everything is cold and heavy there.
Amber has written a wonderful story that I could hardly put down. It's full of Wynter's doubt, the strength of her men, suspense, action, family, spice, and humor. Oh the little nicknames Cirrus has for Wynter. Made me smile so many times. And when he dressed her in a unicorn onesie and she ran across the road to the diner for coffee all while he was dressed in a duck onesie. I almost spit out my water.

This book was really good! I loved learning about the curse of this family, well the women of this family. Once she meets the quirky crazy Fae dude she gets hit with a vision about this town where the curse started. She goes there so she can break it. Because this curse will not let her be happy. She is cursed to never find happiness in love or her love life. She’s been left at the alter several times. She’s been through it & it made her an angry wicked little witch. Until him. She goes and he follows. Then he see’s she’s meant to be with two more and takes it upon himself to invite the twins she has a history with. I loved this book & wish I had started from the first one. I am definitely going back to read them all now! So good! Highly recommended!!

There's a curse on the Nefari family, and it's time to break it!!! Wynter meets her Fae mate, Cirrus, which leads them to Spells Hollow and a bunch of shenanigans. I mean, Rus had so many nicknames for Wynter I was laughing out loud, and the way he speaks is down right hilarious. He then involves Aster and Arsen and insanity ensues.

For me, this was a feel good read, and a break from the normal types of books. This is exactly what I needed with all the negative in life right now. I enjoyed this book immensely.

Please note that I did receive an ARC of this book and the opinions expressed in this review are my own.
