If you love A Nightmare Before Christmas and Hocus Pocus, you’ll find this enchanting paranormal cozy mysteryeerie-sistible!
My life in the “real world” was going just fine—decent job, cozy apartment, and a sassy cat named Poe who loves knocking over candles. But then my father, the Jack O. Lantern, sent an urgent message asking me to come home.
Now, I’m back in my small town Pumpkin Hollow, where black cats and broomsticks talk, everything’s pumpkin flavored, and everyone knows your business. Unfortunately, not all life’s a treat. There’s a grave problem with the magical pumpkin patch. Dad wants me to help fix things, but I don’t know if I possess what it takes.
To save Halloween (no big deal, right?), I have to team up with my snarky familiar cat, our resident old hag Agatha, and grumpy newcomer Nick Grimstone - a gargoyle with the charm of a tombstone. Together, we’ve got to figure out what’s going wrong with the town’s special magic before Pumpkin Hollow—and Halloween—are lost forever.
Witch Way Home is the first book in the Pumpkin Hollow Cozy Mysteries series full of magic, mayhem, and pumpkin-spiced fun!
I enjoyed this book, especially the sudden flashes of humor. I have always liked books by this author. This is the first book in a new series. I look forward to reading more about Pumpkin Hollow!
I did subtract one star for the cliffhanger ending. I know authors do that to get you to read the next book in the series. Authors take note! If the current book is good. I'm going to go ahead and read the next one. I don't need to be left hanging at the end of the prior book! Put that cliffhanger at the beginning of the next book so you can grab the reader's attention right away!

This is a very cute cozy mystery, with Halloween one of the central themes, suitable for people of all ages! The hint of romantasy and earnestness in the main characters is a great ingredient for this spellbinding tale of magic, mayhem, and family - whether blood or forged by life's trials.
Loved it! And perfect for an October read. Halloween is in danger. Luna has been called home to help her father figure out what is killing the magical pumpkin field, which keeps Halloween alive. I loved the story and the characters. Cannot wait for book 2.
I am so excited that Bella has begun writing again! I absolutely loved the characters of Luna and Poe (obviously how can you not!?) I am so eager to see what happens in Pumpkin Hollow after this. If you enjoy cozy little mysteries this is a Great one especially if you're a Halloween lover
Can Bella Falls write a bad book? I certainly don't think so. Her books are such fun to read, filled with that cozy mystery feel, entertaining characters, perfect touch of magic and paranormal. This is the first of a new series, Pumpkin Hollow Cozy Mysteries, and I can't wait to read more! Just plan delightful.
I read the book in one day it was a fast read and I love the storyline I hope there will be more books in the series and I can't wait to read them I love the details in the book and how they were shown and presented kept me interested to the very last page but I'm just hoping there will be more in the series I'll be waiting
Typical paranormal cozy, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. There was nothing wrong with the writing or the storyline, really. For me, however, there wasn’t anything particularly appealing about any of the characters. I just didn’t really like any of them much.
Great book with dealing with grief from a family members death. Great quotes regarding how our impressions may be different from the one who has passed
