Scratching the surface.
I originally thought it was aimed at the individual but it's aimed more at the sales profession. That's not to say there weren't some pieces of good advice.
This book lists steps you need to take but doesn't provide resources to help develop those skills.
This book also could have gone to a second proofreader before publishing.
