Anxious Attachment Relief Blueprint

This book does a great job in explaining what anxious attachment is and how to overcome it. I wish i had read a book like this many years back when i really struggled with this type of attachment. I remember struggling to build a healthy relationship and not setting any boundaries and letting (or allowing) people walk all over me. Having awareness is key to get started and then placing healthy boundaries with people so the relationship can grow and both parties enjoying each other.

comprehensive and easy read

I have studied of the different attachment types before but I definitely didn’t know how in depth the topic can be of any one type. Definitely urge the author to cover other attachment types if not done so. I also love the summary at the end of each chapter, which made it easy for me to refresh and read the book fast. Definitely a good reference book for anyone with anxious attachment.

Well-written and helpful.

This is a well-written, easy to read book about (mostly) anxious attachment; what the source could be; and how to manage it. Actually, it goes onto give you useful exercises to turn your attachment style into your superpower. This book is all about self-care, self-acceptance, and personal growth. All in all, it's a good, positive read.
