My ex-fiancé is marrying my evil stepsister… My plan for sweet revenge? Begging three hot hockey players to be my pucking wedding dates.
It’s perfect. Except for one tiny problem. Did I mention… they’re my BFFs?
Even worse, I broke rule number 1—never sleep with your best friend... When I gave my v-card to Theo years ago. And his two equally gorgeous brothers, Gray and Reid, have zero clue.
It started with a wedding invitation… But will it end with all four of us at the altar?
THREE PUCKING WEDDING DATES is a spicy why choose hockey romance with no cheating and an ultra-sweet HEA guaranteed!
So I hate to give a less than stellar review, but if you are going into this thinking this is a hockey romance, you will be disappointed as it is a romance that has characters that are hockey players. The difference is you see very little hockey played, what you do read is so far from real life as a professional athlete that it kind of took away from the premise for me. No way you get time off before championship games, no way you skip practices, no way you just leave and go out of town. Frankly the FMC was so scattered for me. She was a figure skater, but yet clumsy? Couldn’t dance? Had 2 left feet? The dancing itself seemed odd. I thought Gray was her BFF, but then in comes his sister who randomly appears and all of a sudden she is her BFF. I don’t know it just didn’t mesh for me. Even the epilogue bonus scene you had to sign up for the newsletter to get was weird. I think everything could have been projected better in a different timeline for the readers. It had positive outlines, good premise, but just so much filler of odd things.
Why choose hockey romance? I was here for it, I did get a little confused because part of it ended up reading like a best friend brothers trope and not a friends to lovers which is kinda how it’s described but it was good.
If your a fan of the friends to lovers, why choose, bridesmaid in stepsisters and ex fiancés wedding (mouthful lol)
I’d say this is more of a 3.75 ⭐️ rating for me but there is nothing wrong with the story just some personal things I didn’t connect or like necessarily.

I wanted to like this, but the behavior of all characters was far-fetched and the FMC’s living snd working situation made zero sense. I couldn’t even push myself to read the first 100 pages.
From the very first page we find Oakley in a showdown between her, her cheating ex fiancé and her crappy stepsister who participated in the cheating.
Not only has Georgia stolen her fiancé, she’s also pregnant and demanding that Oakley be a bridesmaid in their wedding.
Stuck trying to placate her father, Oakley agrees and takes it a step farther by telling the room that she’s bringing not one but three dates. Everyone is shocked but then again so is she.
Panicking she calls the only people that can help in this situation. Her three best friends who happen to be NHL stars.
Gray shows up and whisks her away to New York. It’s obvious he’s always had feelings for her but she’s adamant that they remain only friends.
Reid is your typical play boy. Flirty and confident. From the get go he doesn’t recognize Oakley and of course hits on her.
Theo is cold toward her. He doesn’t say anything and storms off giving the impression that the two of them have a history.
Things begin to heat up between Oakley, Gray and Reid despite Gray’s actual feelings for her. She’s adamant that she isn’t interested in a relationship right now but they decide to push the boundaries of friendship.
Theo’s attitude is getting to the point that I’m going to be mad if/when Oakley forgives him.
Gray punched a dude and got benched because of a few words but he and Reid are letting him treat Oakley like garbage while she’s staying in a house where one of three owners is constantly spewing vitriol at her.
The cat comes out of the bag and things heat up between Oakley and Theo, but the next day he’s still acting standoffish. Avery, her new friend is very persistent in trying to get his attention and oblivious that he wants nothing to do with her.
As the boys and Oakley grow closer in Hawaii, their sister and Avery up and disappear mysteriously overnight.
Despite Oakley calling, Iris continues to ignore her until she finally answers and admits that she knows everything and that she’s cutting her out of her life, leaving Oakley devastated.
After some sincere apologies things with Iris and Avery seem to settle down.
The boys win their championship and the wedding … doesn’t go as planned, but they make do.
I did not like the ending. For such a long story (over 400 pages) I expected a lot more. Instead we got cheesy conversations with bridesmaids who were pretty irrelevant to the story as well as the unrealistic ceremony. The last quarter of the book wasn’t for me.
The epilogue gave no glimpse of the future or answers to questions left open.
Would I read it again? No. Would I recommend it to a friend? Not without warning.
Sorry, but no!! I was really hoping to add another RH author to my ever expanding go to list, but after reading this that won't be happening! I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, and I hate to dnf books, but I just couldn't continue past 40%. I absolutely hated the Fmc. She strung along her supposed best friend for years (although i never found out how long as this book was missing A LOT of information). This poor guy tells her on her 18th bday that he loves her, and she turns around and sleeps with his brother!! She says its because she didn't want to lose him as a friend, but apparently she was best friends with all the brothers, so it obviously wasn't that!! Even years later, when he tells her he still loves her, she just starts making out with him and his brother. Just no. Nope. No way!! But even if I liked the fmc, I don't think I would have made it through the whole book. The writing itself wasn't bad, but the author omitted so much info and what there was didn't always make sense. There are 3 brother who somehow are all on the same NHL team? And are these brothers the same age, so fraternal triplets? Maybe they are even quadruplets because they have a sister that is somehow also her best friend, but isn't mentioned until she just shows up! And how long were they all apart? I think at some point it was at the end of highschool, but I still have no idea how old they are. What do these people even look like? Other than the fmc having long brown hair, the sister has red curly hair, and I think at least one mmc has dirty blond hair? Just no descriptions! And how do these players not have to travel, and get to miss practice? Im not expert (but I am Canadian) and I'm pretty sure you cant just take time off without some sort of penalty!!
I really enjoyed this book. I was confused during certain times because I couldn’t figure out if the brothers were triplets or if they were age gaps. I enjoy that they all play hockey together. It’s unique that three brothers play on the same hockey team and they’re all very good. Oakley is a different character very unique girl. Sounds like a Cinderella story of her father was remarried and she’s the light of his eye but she’s treated like crap by stepmother and stepsister. She’s super nice and gets pushed over by them as well. I love how the friendships are shown that things created as a child can grow and distance doesn’t always take away the importance of friendship or how close you were Just makes it grow. I’m really enjoying how these friendships make her grow and stand up for herself in a different way where she becomes powerful instead of just bitchy.

The plot was pretty good, and I really liked the characters. But honestly the spicy scenes just ruined it for me. They were all over the place. When I read I see everything like a movie in my mind. For example, when you have characters sitting and then suddenly they're standing like they weren't just sitting, it takes me away from the story. There needs to be a continuity in scenes and when they're all over the place it ruins the story. It's hard to describe, but the scenes really killed the story for me when they should have made it better. I am a big smut reader. But this book would have been better if it was a closed door romance.
I genuinely liked the characters and the story although some of the transitions were odd like when Theo was in the room with her when he was just on the ice in a game. But what really rankled was the final few pages where everything just came together and HEA for all…could have used a chapter to more fully close the book. Ultimately a good read but ending was blah.
I swear, many times I went back pages to see what I was missing. It's like passages were cut out and I missed what happened. Certain story points were not circled back to, or just became a non-issue.
If you're craving a romance that blends sweet revenge, best-friend-to-lover tension, and a sizzling "why choose" twist, Three Pucking Wedding Dates by Laylah Snow is an absolute treat. From the very start, the setup had me hooked: imagine attending your ex-fiancé’s wedding to your nemesis of a stepsister—and your plan involves three hockey-playing best friends, including one you’ve secretly already crossed the line with!
Laylah Snow nails the tension between friendship and romance, bringing us a heroine whose heart has always held something special for Theo, her first, while his equally magnetic brothers, Gray and Reid, offer a whole new level of charm and chemistry. The dynamic between all four characters is playful, supportive, and charged with that electrifying question—what happens when best friends are faced with feelings that go way beyond friendship?
What makes this book stand out is the well-blended humor and heartfelt romance, as each of the hockey-playing BFFs brings their own brand of protectiveness, charm, and heat to the mix. And while the premise centers on sweet revenge, the focus shifts beautifully into a story about taking risks, trusting your heart, and embracing the people who love you just as you are. The "why choose" angle is executed perfectly, with no jealousy or competition—just genuine connection and a shared journey to happily-ever-after.
Snow’s writing captures everything you’d want in a spicy, fun, and heartwarming read. With a quirky plot, steamy scenes, and a dose of laugh-out-loud humor, Three Pucking Wedding Dates delivers all the feels, balancing laughable revenge with a romance that leaves you rooting for all four characters. Whether you’re here for the hockey players, the best-friends-to-lovers angle, or just a unique twist on a HEA, this book will leave you with a big smile and a warm heart!.

I haven't written a review in a long time. But this book was... WOW! And it had everything I look for in a great story. First of all, it was a long story, I think it is almost 500 pages long (it might be a little less, I can't remember exactly; I looked at page 358, and I still had well over 100 pages to go). I love long stories, they give you enough time to work out the characters, get background stories, and read more of what goes on after something happens, the story doesn't just end right away. It's a three man harem story, you can't go wrong with three men and one woman. I find there are a lot of us women who would love to have our own harem in real life, but, for whatever reason, don't, so we turn to these harem romance novels to get our fix, and this one is definitely above expectations! The lead character, a woman named Oakley Price, is adventurous, kind, outgoing, determined, persistent, loyal, clever, and deserving of all the wonderful things that come into her life. But with the good comes the bad, and no book would be complete without a few bumps in the road. The guys, brothers Theo, Gray, and Reid Archer are professional hockey players in the NHL, and they're just a few games away from the championships when Oakley comes into their lives. There is some drama within the four of them; that's all I'll say, but it's not all roses and sunshine right off the tip. I recommend this book to everyone (who is 18+, of course, hahaha), and I've never done that before, but it's too good of a book to pass up! Enjoy!
This is the first book I have read by this Author and I was very impressed with her writing style and how the characters came to life on the pages, and the story was well thought out and delivered. Oakley Price discovers that her stepsister Georgia, and her fiancé Dan were in a relationship while she was still engaged to him. Then her stepsister had the audacity to invite her to her wedding as a bridesmaid. When her stepmother tells her that she can have a plus one come with her, she said that she was going to have three, her three best friends who played in the NHL in New York. Oakley then sends a text to the guys, Gray, Reid and Theo Archer inviting them to be her dates for the wedding. Gray has always been in love with Oakley and she like discovers that Reid also has feelings for her, Theo was the one who took her virginity when she was 18 years old and has treated her with contempt ever since, but she discovers that he has always been in love with her and didn’t want to stand between his brother and her. The three guys are happy to share Oakley and things progress to the point, where at the wedding, Dan tells Georgia that he does not want to marry her. I’m so the guys ask Oakley to marry them and the priest performs a ceremony, and you go on to assume that they have a happily ever after.

“Actually, Georgia, I’ll be taking not one, but three dates to your wedding... I hope you didn’t think you were my only choice all those years.”
The drama!! I really enjoyed this book. I loved Oakley and the three guys- Gray, Reid, and Theo (though Theo not as much as the other two). Oh I was seething for Oakley when not only did her fiancé cheat on her with her nasty stepsister- whom she's never gotten along with- but now they're getting married and having a baby and she's just expected to go and be happy for them. Oh how I wanted to rage! Obviously Oakley will get a better HEA with her three sexy best friends, but I can't imagine how she could really be feeling in that moment.
I loved that Gray dropped everything to go see her and find out what happened. I enjoyed seeing how her relationships with them deepened and feelings got involved. I liked the playfulness and banter. And of course I wanted her to show up at that wedding with her men and put her stepsister and stepmother in their places. And make her ex jealous as heIl. It was easy to get hooked to the story. Finally getting to the wedding felt a little rushed and I wanted more from that scene- both from Dan and Georgia, and for Oakley and the guys.
This is the first book I've read by this author and I would read more. 4 stars.
“Oakley,” he murmurs into my hair, “just remember that you’re worth so much more than what Dan made you feel like. You deserve all the happiness and love there is.”
Wow this really was great to read. Being a first time reader for this author I must say, that she has proven to me how good she really is. I mean there wasn't to much of the sexy time and there wasn't to much anger it was just right. And to top this all off it was a story that kept my attention and to me that is very important in a book. So really Laylah Snow has done a stellar job of this. Oakley has been invited to her stepsisters wedding, but her stepsisters is marrying her ex fiance of all things and they expect her to be happy for them. Not happening so she throws off a text to three men, so when one of the said men (Gray) turns up at her doorstep she is surprised to say the least. Next thing she knows she is off on vacation to join the three men. But something is wrong with Theo they all used to be good friends now they have grown up she has found she has feeling for all three.
This story certainly kept me on my toes, so its a no brainer when I say I'm definitely looking forward to the next book by Laylah Snow!!.
I love reverse harem romances. The Archer brothers were a well written MMC. Their personalities were complimentary, and their chemistry was relatable. I am particularly proud of how they acknowledged challenges and immediately addressed them. I have concerns with Gray, but I'll address those later. Oakley and her father were likable characters, but they were very weak. Keeping the peace at the expense of your self-worth has negative e effects on your mental health. Oakley was led through life and allowed everyone in her life to dictate her choices and happiness except Gray. She was insultingly firm on her stance with him. I didn't see the devotion and love he gave being returned. I know Iris had a purpose, but her juvenile reaction to Oakley and her brothers made me cringe. I couldn't stop reading this story. It was so good. The hockey references seemed authentic, and the storyline had great pacing.

It is fair to say that Oakley is not having a good day. Not only has she found out that her fiance cheated on her with her step sister, but Georgia is pregnant, they are going to get married and they want her to be one of the bridesmaids. Put on the spot she accepts but says she'll be attending with three wedding dates. Now she just has to get her childhood friends Gray, Reid and Theo to agree.
The story concept is great and the heat between the four main characters is steamy but the dialogue didn't always flow. Throughout all the misunderstandings, tension and social astigmatism I found Oakley to be a little frustrating at times. It was easier to like and get on board with the three men. That said, a fun hot read.

This is the first story I have read from this author. It is longer than I typically read, but I truly enjoyed it. The emotions flow from Oakley. She is upset, afraid, jealous, in love and feels lost.
Oakley needs a date to her ex-finance and her stepsisters wedding. She tells everyone that she will show up with 3 dates. Gray, Reid and Theo are Oakley's best friends, brothers and NHL players.
Will Theo quit being cold and help Oakley with her wedding date? Will Theo fall in love with Oakley like Gray and Reid? Or go after someone else entirely? Will all of their friendships turn into a loving relationship? What will her family say? What will the guys family say? How will the fans react? Let's finish reading to find out!
I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Oakley, Gray, Theo, & Reid. when this book opens we find that Oakley is being invited to her step-sister and ex-boyfriends wedding. Why is he her ex well he cheated on her with her sister. After being asked by her dad to be there for family or at least for him she agrees but tells them she is bring 3 dates instead of just 1. Grey, Theo, & Reid have been friends for years now. So when she writes them and tells them she needs them all to help her they jump to help her. Can they all find a HEA or will outside pressure make sure that never happens?
Amazing story by this author. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Picked this book up through an ARC copy. It's the first I've read by this author, and I really enjoyed the book. I like all of the characters, their interactions between all of them. It made me smile and laugh. It was an awful postion for Oakley to be in, and her best friends since childhood came to her rescue, to make a bad situation more tolerable. Along the way, their feelings become deeper than friendship between her and the 3 brothers; Theo, Gray and Reid. Is it just a fling for them all until the wedding is over, or can this be her 'forever' with all of them?.

Really original, not just a simple reverse harem. Oakley's fiance cheats on her an send her life in to a very interesting direction. Theo, Gray, and Reid are hockey teammates and brothers as well. They all grew up with Oakley, so there is quite the history between the four. But nothing prepared them for how not platonic their relationship ends up being. Oakley and her men have a bumpy ride getting to their happily ever after, but that is what make this book so amazing and unique to read. This is the first time I have read anything by Laylah Snow, but it will definitely not be the last.

Wowsa this book is so good and will definitely have you engrossed from the beginning until the end and the storyline flows throughout the book. Oakley's been hurt big time by her step sister and fiance but when she text her 3 best friends aka hot hockey player brothers to be her for date to the horrible wedding but will lines get crossed and feelings hurt or can these brothers show her what true love is all about? Very smoking hot story with all the right feels and so much more .it's tantalizing and captivating and will definitely have you hooked from the beginning until the end.

When Oakley catches her fiance with her stepsister, the last thing she expects is to be forced to be a bridesmaid at their wedding. In all her hurt, she then promises that she will bring not one but three hot dates along with Hera and turns to her three BFFs for help.
Theo, Gray and Reid are the famous hockey playing Archer brothers and they have one weakness, Oakley. So when she shows up out of the blue with an SOS call to attend this wedding disaster, they will all have to deal deal with feelings from the past coming to the surface.
Great story about found and lost love with all the feels.
I read this book voluntarily for an honest review.
WHAT? DNF, more like could not finish, I was so confused, Read the intro and was intrigued, read the first chapter and was like, he'll yeah! You tell them girl, then she texts her friends who are not really friends anymore, and what seems like the same day, one of them shows up, and she leaves with him, then the fever dream starts, cause its all just random, bullshit and animosity, and surprise sisters, And how does a full grown man get drunk from the time it takes her to go to the bathroom and come back out. ugh there so much that I didn't like, first time reading anything by this author, and I think it will be the last.
Here, we met Oakley in the aftermath of her breakup with her cheating fiance, who is then manipulated into not only attending but being a part of the wedding to said ex and her step sister. Oakley makes an impulse announcement she's bringing not one but three dates to the wedding. Leaving her to turn to her best friends brothers (they are her friends aswell) to be her dates.
This book captured my attention right from the very beginning and had me up until the wee hours of the morning so I could finish it in one go, I could never find a good place to pause always saying just a little more. I really enjoyed all of our main characters in this book, and oh boy, what a piece of work her step sister and stepmother were.
This was a first by this author, but it won't be the last. I look forward to reading more.

Wasn’t expecting such a great storyline. Each character is unique and has their own personality. Oakley is shocked to find out that her fiancé cheated on her with her stepsister. When she is asked to be a bridesmaid in the wedding is an all time low. An impulsive decision leaves Oakley committed to bringing three dates to the wedding. Would her three best friends be willing to save her. Loved it.
