So much information for all scenarios. As a T1D Mom I feel this will be my new bible to refer to for a long time.

Absolutely essential reading. So many useful diagrams and info about what is happening behind the scenes and how diabetes medications, tools, and strategies actually work. I like the info about AIDs in this edition. Love all of the tips and tricks for basal/bolus adjustments, exercise, carb counting, avoiding the spike, and effectively treating lows. And it's awesome to read a book from a professional with diabetes himself, so he gets it -- sometimes we'll feel the impulse to binge during a low or rage bolus during a high, but then how can we deal with that impulse in better ways going forward?

Good book, very informative. Written more for the American market, still relevant for UK audiences. Will be revisiting in the future
