2.5/5 is probably fairer. It doesn’t really have any overlap into real life or careers. Unless you play sport competitively it’s not really that useful and as it talks about his career in hurling a lot you’d probably need to be interested in hurling too. I don’t play sport competitively so I don’t know how effective these techniques are but was still interesting to read.
