Read in one sitting: absolutely another amazing book written by Franklin. These twists and turns. I didn’t know that I could hate a character more than I hated Professor Umbridge . However here we are…

The Husband’s Revenge by Franklinton Christopher is nothing short of mind-blowing. From the very first chapter, I was hooked, and by the end, I genuinely couldn’t even begin to comprehend how brilliantly it all came together. Christopher spins a story so layered, shocking, and psychologically gripping that you’re left reeling, questioning every character’s motives, and second-guessing yourself at every twist.
The pacing is relentless, the tension electric, and the revelations? Utterly shattering. Just when you think you’ve figured out where the story is going, the rug gets ripped right out from under you in a way that feels both shocking and inevitable. That’s the magic of this book—it’s calculated chaos, crafted so masterfully that you’re left gasping and stunned.
Why four stars instead of five? Only because I’m still trying to process it all. It’s the kind of book that scrambles your brain, lingers in your thoughts, and makes you want to go back immediately and re-read just to pick up everything you missed the first time.

Oh Franklin Christopher what have you done? This book was phenomenal and the cliffhanger amazing. The gripping darkness, jaw dropping twists and edge of your seat plot was incredible. I can’t wait for book #3.

Not only was it an absolutely amazing read, but the plots and twists were out of the world! Beatrice was WORSE than the first book & made me want to jump in the book and strangle her 🙄😡🤦♀️ I had a soft spot for Kyle & Pamela played her place very well! The end was SHOCKING as it was definitely not what I was expecting! Pamela has a hard decision to make, but will it be the right one?
P.S the sneak peak for book three has me on my knees begging lol!

Review - The Husband's Revenge.
This is book 2 after The Husband's Secret.
I honestly thought Book 1 was sick and twisted, but this book was far worse!
It continues with Kyle, Pamela, and Beatrice - 3 of the main character's from Book 1 and The 'Seahorse Syndrome' (don't ask...).
Beatrice is totally unhinged and controlling. Her main goal is to punish men that hurt women but how she goes about this is nothing short of psychopathic.
The plot is littered with narcissistic behaviour, twists, secrets, gaslighting, and lies galore.
If you hated Beatrice in book 1, stand by for jaw-dropping revelations that will have you screaming WTAF.
Brutal, archaic, and scandalous. The emotions I felt reading this were all over the place. There's a book 3 (unreleased) and I'm pleased I have time to process this one before it's available...
This is my 5th book of Franklin Christopher's. If you're looking for rainbows, unicorns, and happy endings, think again. His books are TRULY twisted!!!!

The Husband’s Revenge is a satisfying 4-star sequel that hits the ground running. The best part? Franklin Christopher finally answers the question that has been haunting me since book one: What happened to Sheila?
Getting that closure was worth the read alone, but the new twists kept the momentum going with plenty of jaw-dropping shockers. This book will have you questioning who is telling the truth and what even is the truth. If you're invested in the series, you need to read this one.

Good, but…..
Have to wait almost a year for last book to come out. I will have forgotten what happens by then and have no interest in reading. Also, quite a few grammer/punctuation errors and that started to drive me crazy!

Loved it! It felt a little rushed at the end but then again I don't like books that contain a lot of fluff. This had twists, manipulation, blackmail, revenge, deceit...all the things. Just how far will one person go to protect their legacy?

3.5 stars Well, it’s not a literary masterpiece but it was entertaining lol Mama Witherspoon is a nut job and there are some crazy family dynamics going on. The next book isn’t available until July 2026 so have a while to wait but I will be reading the third book.

It felt like I'd been waiting forever for this book to come out and it didn't disappoint at all. Had me hooked at page 1, I couldn't put it down. Highly recommend, can't wait for book 3

Great book! Easy read, not too long but wouldn’t have minded at all had it been longer. FINALLY justice, or so I thought, surely it will come. Can’t wait for the next installment!
