Not a page turner. Alexandras indecision and Blaise stalker behavior was annoying as hell.

Then Came Indecision which is book two of the Southern Love series by E.L. Todd. This book is not quite as good as the first one. It isn’t a rehash of book one which is good; but it just doesn’t pull the reader in as much. The characters are well-developed and realistic. The reader may find himself wanting to interfere and tell Alexandra to straighten up and make a decision. Her indecision is very intense in this book. The plot lacks a little. It is a little slow and dull. However, overall, the book is a good book.
Alexandra has found out about Danielle living in Blaise’s house. When she confronted Blaise, he couldn’t tell her why or anything since he had promised Danielle he wouldn’t. She broke up with him and finds some solice with her friends Lisa, Hannah, and Gabe. The first thing she notices when she is with her friends is that Gabe is hitting on her and it bothers her. She confronts him and he backs off. Blaise had noticed this before but Gabe was afraid of Blaise so backed off while he was around.
Paul, Alexandra’s ex-boyfriend from New York, shows up in Georgia. He is determined to get Alexandra to come home with him. He told his parents he had an internship in Georgia which explains his absence from the family law firm. He has not told them about Alexandra’s breaking up with him. He smothers Alexandra with dinner plans and wants to move into her aunt’s house but Alexandra puts him off. Finally Aunt Martha invites him to stay at the house but Alexandra insists he sleep on the couch. Paul has other plans.
Blaise keeps trying to convince Alexandra to listen to him and accept his explanation. He is an honest man and doesn’t lie. However, since he can’t convince Danielle to tell Alexandra the truth, he has no proof. It doesn’t help that the town thinks he is living with Danielle too.
Alexandra keeps going back and forth between Paul and Blaise. Her indecision keeps everyone concerned and everyone but Aunt Martha begin taking sides.. Who will Alexandra choose?

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
This was so good! There was a seamless transition from the first book which I like.
I found myself so invested in Blaise and Alexandra that the thought of Paul coming for her just made me mad. As I was taken through this story I started to feel for Paul and actually ended up liking him. Believe me, I did not want to like him at all! He is just too perfect and patient. He loves Alexandra and is willing to do what it takes to get her back.
Alexandra spends this book so torn. She has a secret...Paul is back! She loves them both and needs them both. She is in constant struggle with herself and at times I just wanted to shake her! I can't help but feel for her because she knows her true love is Blaise. She just can't give in to her doubts. I feel like she is settling for Paul and that is not fair to him. She doesn't tell Blaise that Paul is in town and manages to keep it from him until her friends spill her secret.
Blaise's life is a mess in this book. He can't get Danielle to confess the truth. He is still standing up for her and pretending to be with her. When he finally ends it and confesses to Alexandra it is too late. She won't believe him even though I believe she truly does. Everyone around her keeps telling her he is a user and a liar. He finds out her ex is in town and they are together! His family business is potentially ruined and he finds out his family caused it. He has a deep and true love for Alexandra and you can feel his pain throughout this book. He needs her to survive.
This book made me feel so many different emotions. I expected to hate Paul and dislike this love triangle. I surprisingly didn't. This book had a few editing errors (Lana was now Lisa?), but it is so well written you can overlook them. I can't wait to see what happens next. I am hoping for a happy ending for Blaise and Alexandra, sorry Paul. This was a solid 4.5 star read!

Blaise, Alexandra, Paul!
hmmm love triangles! What a choice, we spend most of this book focusing on Alexander, I am totally torn with what decision she should be making. I get that she is a kind, caring compassionate person, her actions show through every time. Her friends try to console her, but she doesn't really let them get that close! So although she is a strong independent person, she struggles with her emotions for each of these men. Both can't accept she can't be with either of them, although Paul, shines through, is there more than once when she needs him! At the party! I was so hoping Blaise was going to be her knight! he couldn't seem to do any thing right, she hurts too much, he just couldn't help protecting the wrong girl!
This book starts immediately where that last one finished!
We knew she was amazing, and being the hero she was, she proved it! wonder if she'll choose the right career path?
Her loyalty to her friends is second to none, protecting Gabe's reputation, especially when he didn't need too.
Situation after situation brings Alexandra closer to both men, what an exhausting time!
Blaise kept letting her down, he made a big mistake at the start by not telling Alexandra about Danielle, and I'm not sure how he is going to get out of situation!
She says she is moving on with Paul, but we can all see where her heart lies, she needs to think about herself, that's what appears to be missing!
we end on another cliffhanger! I'm hoping her choice doesn't turn around and bite her in the bum!

This is the 2nd book in this series.
I wasn't sure how I was going to like the next story. I was hooked within the first few chapters, Nothing like the first book. The story is progressing nicely.
I love the chemistry between all the main characters.
Paul is a very sweet guy that loves Alex with all his heart. He will always be there for Alex with no questioned asked. I don't know of any guy that would hang around to get a girl that says she still loves another. Paul is in Georgia and isn't leaving without taking Alex back to NYC with him.
Blaise is trying to do the right thing by protecting Danielle from Evan. This has caused nothing but heartache for his relationship with Alexandra. Alex has told Blaise repeatedly that she no longer wants to see him unless he can provide proof of what is going on with Danielle. Danielle refuses to tell Alex the truth behind what is going on with her and Blaise. Blaise has been a player all his life. Now that he has truly found his soul mate in Alexandra, she won't believe him.
This portion of the story has many twists and turns. Don't want to say too much, don't want to give any spoilers.

Alex is so in denial over not being a nurse even when she saves two lives from a van that is seconds away from blowing up.
Someone ruins all of Blaise’s cotton and also sends his workers to the hospital. It puts his year’s work in danger. He finally figures out who is behind it, but he feels the betrayal is too deep.
Evan is still pursuing Danielle and the one time it happens, when Alex is there as well when Blaise is trying to protect her.

So I adored Then Came Alexandra and as always with a good series it leaves you yearning for more, so when I started this I was so excited! This is one of those series that sucks you in and boy was I pulled into it! I actually found myself wanting to strangle Alex at parts in this book lol. I really enjoyed the story and even though it really did wind me up in places I cant deny I was hooked and that was probably one of the biggest reasons I couldn't put it down because it really had gotten under my skin! I needed to know what happened to some of my favourite characters and I weren't putting that book down until I was finished! If you're looking for a series that entraps you and leaves you wanting more then look no further :D Thank you E.L. Todd for another amazing book!

I received a free copy of this book for an honest review. I couldn't put it down. It kept me on edge throughout! It starts off where the 1st one ended with Paul in Savannah wanting Alex back. Blaise loves Alex and is trying to prove he isn't a liar. Problems with his farm and getting rid of his ex girlfriends keep him busy. While Alex reconnects with her ex Paul. She struggles with her feelings for both men and the emotion and turmoil she fills is heartbreaking. It ends with Alex making a decision, but know more ups and downs are to come! Looking forward to the third book and hoping for Alex and Blaise's happy ending.

OMG what a book so much happened I was heartbroken al the way through I felt so sorry 4 Alex but I really felt sorry 4 Blaise he as done nothin but try 2 potect everyone but its just not workin I don't know if I like Paul I m still sat on the fence about him I think he's sexy but there just something I m not sure about an I do feel sorry 4 Alex but I think she could of told the boys who she really wanted I know she luvs them an then the gage thing I would of killed him I m just dyin 4 the next 1 hope its as action packed but I know it will xxx

Alexandra is still hurt over Blaise lying to her the entire time they were together. Paul has come from New York and swears he won't leave until she comes home with him. Everything that happens seems to push her closer to Paul but her heart still loves Blaise. She asks Blaise for the truth but he continues to tell her he was never with Danielle. She has to give Blaise up. She can't live with the lies. But will her heart let that happen?
Another great story that I couldn't put down. Can't wait to see what happens next...

Really good love triangle/love story, Will definitely keep reading to find out what happens. However, the book is riddled with grammatical and spelling errors, the spelling errors are probably from auto correct, but it definitely needs a once over by the author and maybe a second reading by an editor.
