Let me tell you something about this book (and at 200 pages it is a book): there's no plot. Usually that would bug me--I need something else going on other than 2 dudes gettin' it on and gettin' together. This is 200 pages of will they fuck? Will they get together?
Let me tell you something else: I really don't give a shit. Fuck plot. This is 200 pages of enjoyableness. I smiled the entire time I was reading it. Throughout the will they or won't they, throughout the heartbreak and angst and throughout the bordering on sappy epilogue. I loved the epilogue.
So you should read it. And even if you don't like it, you can stare at these pics and hopefully enjoy yourself a little more.
By the same author as Camaro '68, which is also awesome.

Stiles goes camping with his friends in New Mexico after graduation, where they meet a biker gang. Actually, Stiles and Derek found each other all thanks to Stiles' awesome dog named Yoda.
It's really enjoyable, the sexy times are hot and the epilogue is great. It also put a big smile on my face.

Oh boy. Different strokes for different folks?
I don't know! I liked it enough and then I just didn't. The writing was great but I just lost interest? Ack, I just don't know. I just didn't walk away feeling much of anything.
I needed more dialogue between Derek and Stiles. I don't feel like they talked at all. I guess it was implied that they did but it seemed it was more glances then anything.
Also, the entire book
I was told if I didn't like this I could just look at the pretty pictures. So, I am going to share those pretty pictures with you and tell you to read this review for a totally different and honest opinion. Oh and more pretty pictures because there never is enough.
For me, this was the best part of the book and I had these images in my head the whole time.

Summer loving had me a blast
Summer loving happened so fast
I met agirlboy crazy for me
Met a boy cute as can be
Summer fling, don't mean a thing
Stiles and company are on an after-graduation camping trip.
Stiles and company meet and hang out with a group of hot bikers.
Derek wears leather; is impressively forward, confident, and ultra cool.
Derek of course, is hiding his pain behind this sexy facade.
I agree with Rosa's review - not much happens. But I also agree that I could read this kind of thing all day. That's why we read Sterek right?? The fact that this had some good angst, UST and smex just makes it a veritable winner in my book.

2,5 stars - the story wasn't bad per se, it just bored me to no end.
What I liked:
Not only Stiles, but Allison, Scott, Lydia and Danny see some action with the other members of the 'pack' (mostly off page though). Also, the way the biker gang behaves like a wolf pack was actually well done.
What I really didn't like:
First of all, there is no plot beyond the obvious "when will Derek make his move?". Secondly, the writing gets the job done, but nothing more. It is especially lacking when the author explains in great detail which arm rests on what knee and how much space there still is between bodies (like there is no other way to let a reader picture how cuddling looks like). Because the story has so many different pairings and because everyone spends most of their time together, the author usually tries to describe what everyone is doing ONE by ONE over and over. This made me skim hard. Lastly, Stiles felt out of character (no motor mouth! so boring) and there is very little dialogue between Stiles and Derek in general (which, again, was kinda boring).

This was a very good story. This is a Sterek fanfiction story. For those of you that don't know...Sterek fanfic is based off 2 male characters, Stiles and Derek, from the TV show Teen Wolf. In the show they're both heterosexual but some viewers have fantasized about them together in a m/m relationship and thus Sterek was born. This story doesn't take place in the TV show world and there is no paranormal in the story. Stiles and his friends have just graduated from high school and going camping for a week in NM. Derek and his friends are bikers from NY that happen to be staying at the same campground.
Stiles, Scott, Allison, Danny, Lydia and Yoda (Stiles' dog which is a husky mix) all arrive at the campgrounds and because they've been in the RV for hours, Stiles has to take Yoda for a walk (and Danny tags along). Yoda ends up pulling Stiles through some bushes and straight in to the campsite of some bikers. He and Danny end up talking to 2 of the bikers, Derek and Issac, and there seems to be some attraction between Stiles and Derek. Unfortunately, Stiles hasn't had much luck in the love category and has faced so much rejection that he doesn't see someone as hot as Derek having any real interest in him so he's a bit blind to it at first. Soon however, the bikers (Derek, Issac, Boyd, Erica, Laura, Ethan and Aiden) and Stiles and his friends all start hanging out and it seems like Derek is definitely interested. There are some difficulties though because Derek does have distrust issues when it comes to relationship and it causes some drama. Thankfully, Derek is able to overcome his issues and give him and Stiles a chance and once he does, it leads in to a very nice ending with a very satisfying HEA.
I enjoyed this story very much. I liked how Stiles was portrayed, maybe he should have opened his eyes more but I loved how he wasn't afraid to speak frankly when it was needed. Derek was kind of closed off but not in a way that had me disliking him because he at least seemed to be making an effort, even if it was a bit halting. Together they were just super sweet and I was very happy once they figured things out for themselves and came together for good. :D

Really sweet, lovely sterek biker AU. I'm an unashamed sucker for the all-encompassing, never-felt-like-this-before, I'm-not-even-giving-stuff-up-because-this-is-everything feels, and there were definitely some of those in this.
Also liked the grapefruktsked-y moments, yum.
Something about it felt a bit forced, though. Maybe only language-wise? Got the feeling that perhaps the author might not be a native English speaker (felt almost like a Swedish person's English at times. Gassing sun? Do you want to take this here?).
But still, really enjoyable. A three most certainly inching toward a four!

I didn't like it that much while reading, but the story has a very good ending and that kinda makes up for a lot, doesn't it?
