★★★★! Seduce Me, book 4 of 5. Aloof Billionaire Blake Barrington & his Lana from friend Julie’s POV including Julie’s journey of finding herself!

Books in series should be read in order:
Book 1: The Billionaire Banker - Blake & Lana
Book 2: Forty 2 Days - Blake & Lana
Part 2.1: Exposed - Blake & Lana
Book 3: Besotted - Blake & Lana
Book 4: Seduce Me - Julie’s story
Book 5: Love’s Sacrifice - Blake & Lana

The Billionaire Banker series has followed Lana Bloom and Billionaire banker, Blake Law Barrington, from one of the wealthiest and most powerful families in the world. They have come a long way since Blake spotted Lana in a restaurant trying to sell her virginity to her creepy boss.

In Seduce Me (book 4) we are invited to attend Blake and Lana’s wedding and observe them in the days leading up to and following their big event. Aside from prologue and bonus chapter told from Blake and Lana’s POVs the story is in Julie’s POV.

Julie grew up with Lana and has been in love with Lana’s best friend Jack for as long as she can remember. Finally with Lana’s upcoming nuptials she sees her opportunity finally capture Jack’s attention.

Seduce Me is very much Julie’s story about finding herself, coming to terms with her past, present and future. It is also her journey of sexual exploration with elements of BDSM. I won’t disclose who the hero is, just dive in and see if you can figure it out for yourself.

It was my absolute pleasure to get to read more about Blake and Lana and get a better understanding of their love for each other and Blake’s deep devotion to his new family. There are secrets revealed as well as shockers. This story is not to be missed as it is an integral part of Blake and Lana’s story.

I give the glimpses of Blake and Lana 5 stars and Julie’s story 3.5 stars. Overall a solid 4 stars!

4.5 Super Seductive Stars!!

"It is not sex, it is attention, it is flattery -- that is what no living man can get enough of."

This is the fourth novel in the Billionaire Banker series written by Georgia Le Carre. This story tells the tale of Julie Sugar's trip to self-discovery of her own beauty and sexual awakening. Readers also get the bonus of attending the nuptials of Lana Bloom and Blake Law Barrington through Julie's POV as a bridesmaid in their wedding.

This wedding has the best of everything money can buy. No extravagance is too much for the woman Blake loves.

Julie Sugar has been in love with Jack, the boy next door, since grade school. Just one problem, Jack has had eyes for Lana as long as Julie has loved him; no one else exists in his heart. At the wedding, Julie meets the dashing, mysterious artist, Vann Wolfe.

Jules has found renewed hope in Lana marrying Blake. This is her chance to catch Jack's eye. Vann sees something in Jules he likes. So when the opportunity arises, Vann seizes it. He offers Jules help in seducing Jack by promising to teach her the art of seduction. Twelve sessions, three days a week.......what could go wrong?

I'm not going to tell you how this plays out with Jules and the two handsome gents....ya gotta read to find out!! What I can tell you is that Ms. Le Carre delivers in giving us smoldering scenes that will leave you squirming in your seat, clenching your aching sex, until you do something for that much needed release!! This book comes with my approved D.R.I.P. warning!!

"I need to get my mouth on that wet, unbelievably delicious pussy of yours."
"How do you know I'm wet?" I pant, on my back.
"Because my little puss in boots," he says very softly, sliding my knickers down my legs and dangling the little red thing, "I saw this..."And clearly I see the wet patch in the gusset. A small shiver goes through me. "And became very hungry for pussy butter." He goes to put his mouth between my thighs, but I palm his throat, as he had done to me on our first night.

**A copy of this book was kindly gifted to me from the brilliantly talented Georgia Le Carre in exchange for an honest review. Thanks so much!!**

3.5 I'm a little indifferent STARS

Ok...let me explain.

I liked Vann and Julie well enough, but the thing is I just didn't sign up for this.

I was expecting the continuation of Blake and Lana's story. Yes, we got to see a bit from the wedding and such, but for the most part we followed Julie. And honestly, Julie is a difficult character to like. She has big issues and I didn't really connect. Vann is fun and you definitely need to stick around to see what his deal is...but in the end I didn’t care enough.

All in all an ok read. The beginning dragged a little, but the last 30% were really good.

On to the next/last one. ;D

5+ Surprising STARS

❤ Ladies...Blake Law Barrington is back and ready to tie the knot ❤

Well, what to say...this book was a very pleasant surprise. I was a bit skeptic about how a forth book about Blake and Lana was going to work from the POV of a total anonymous person and one who hated Lana, but Georgia didn't disappoint me at all...this book is awesome!!!

Julie Sugar, a friend from Lana's childhood and neighborhood, her bridesmaid is going to deliver a detailed description of all what's happening with Lana and Blake, their life and their dreamy wedding...first because Lana will invite her a lot in her houses and go out with her, but also because Julie likes snooping and because of Vann obviously. So she's like a third pair of eyes who follows them, is like a book told in third person from the writer practically.

Lana and Blake's wedding was dreamy in all...made me want to marry immediately :D Their life together is amazing, he loves Lana beyond everything and they have this great family who would make jealous everyone...so I totally sympathized with Julie in that regard. I mean you live in a horrible neighborhood, in a filthy home, with a mother who doesn't have regard neither for herself nor for her children, you was bullied from a young age and the only guys who ever had sex with you treated you like trash...so it's normal that this girl feels the way she feels.

Now what I like from Georgia more is the way she makes you live the story, live the characters...even though you might hate them, you're involved emotionally in good or bad with them...so that's a quality of her writing that I love. I loved also the fact that she tries always in her books to touch also different sensitive and problematic subjects of our society:...bulling,racism,taxes,materialism ect.

So lets turn to the storyteller Julie Sugar. I sympathized with her just from the beginning, the way she was trying to create that little oases of her in that dirty horrible house and was struggling to change particular aspect of herself that had made her suffer all her life and had left her with an extensive damage of self esteem, need for care and love.

She materialized all her dreams in the persona of Jack (Lans's best friend) and idealized a life with him into obsession and that's also why she "hates" Lana. Because Jack loves Lana and not her. But if you see deep into this girl, she doesn't really hate Lana, you see how happy she gets anytime Lana or Billie give her a hug or kiss her cheek or involve her in their life...I think Julie's hate is more to herself than to others, and only when she begins loving herself she will find true happiness and that's what happened when she met Vann.

Vann Wolfe...this sexy, beautiful, blond guy with long hair and a physic to die for..he's an artist, a painter and has a BIG SECRET...I love him because he's so wicked and kinky and I love crazy artists... and their sex is so hot!!

"How much will the... training cost?" There is a pause. Head bent, I am hanging on his words.
"My cock in that sulky little mouth of yours"

---------

"How many licks before I touch your soul?" he whispers.

--------

He covers my throbbing pussy with his whole hand. "I am going to eat you until you scream." Than puts his mouth where his hand has been and sucks me so hard I gasp.

I want to thank Georgia for Vann...Why?

I loved everything about this book, I loved Lana and Blake as usually and can't wait for book 5. I was pleasantly surprised with Julie and Vann and can't wait to read about them too.

Now a small request about Billie...I want a book with her and this "007" guy :D

This story is told from the POV of Julie Sugar, Lana Bloom childhood friend, which in secret hates Lana and tries to imitate everything about Lana.

Lana day has finally come, the day she marries Blake Law Barrington, his love for Lana is untouchable and he wants her to enjoy her day so he hires a planner to do everything and don't want Lana to stress about a wedding. Her only task was her dress and her bridesmaid, which Lana chose her best friend Billie and a childhood friend Julie Sugar. Lana seems to avoid Blakes ex's Victoria as she starts to show up everywhere Lana & Sorab goes or so she thought, until she showed up at the reception and try to destroy the memory of the best day of Lana life. But Blake to the rescue, he would not have his bride humiliated in front of the vultures who would like to see her downfall. Blake cue the music and their first dance started. He looked into Lana eyes "There is only you and me and our love.

All their childhood life Julie has wanted Jack and was the real reason she hated Lana cause she knew Jack loved Lana and always protected her. Now Lana big day is coming and she ask her friend (or so she thought) to her bridesmaid. The only reason Jules said yes and because just one more moment with Jack is all she wanted. However she met Vann Wolfe and he convinced her he would teach her the art of seduction to get the one man she ever wanted. But which man does Julie Sugar wants?

Wow Georgia, you've done it again. I wasn't convinced I was going to love a book written in someone other than Blake or Lana's perspective, as much as I did the previous novels - how wrong was I????
The majority of this book is written from the perspective of Julie Sugar, one of Lana's bridesmaids and I went through a whole range of emotions with regards to this character, starting with dislike, to pity as her life was revealed, to thinking she was really sweet and deserved her own HEA!
Georgia has cleverly weaved a continuation of the complex love story of Blake and Lana and their wedding, with a whole new story and expansion of the world she's already created.
What I loved, descriptive emotions, more reveals of secrets and she gets steamier with each book she writes. What I didn't love - NOTHING! Georgia's writing is very readable, but on so many levels so much more intelligent than the average books I read and it's clear that she puts her heart and soul into her novels. Can't wait for what ever she publishes next!

Georgia Le Carre is a brilliant writer, and this book really proved that to me. The main reason for that is that the heroine in this particular book (Julie Sugar) did not appeal to me at all in the first half of the book. She was a screwed up, selfish, bitch, and I figured I was going to hate this book with having to read about any kind of love story for her. The thing was though, even with the fact that I couldn't stand Julie; I was riveted to the story anyway! Of course the bonus was that we did get to witness the marriage of Blake and Lana, and it seems that even though it was through Julie's POV; it was still enough for me to stay in love with that couple! Once the hero was added to the book, and Julie and him went through what they did, well I was totally hooked again!!! By the end, I was rooting for them, and even more I would like to see glimpses of how they are doing in the future!! To me, that is a sign of a great author...one that can keep you interested even if you don't fully love all of the characters.

Some readers may be tempted to skip this book because it isn't done in Lana nor Blake's pov, (there are a few chapters that are; but just brief ones) but I urge readers to read this anyway. You still get a beautiful love story, and there are some secrets that do come out in this book...so yes, I think it is important to read it before going to Book 5! I am looking forward to the last book, but I'll be honest and say that I am so darn sad that this will be it..I have come to love this particular world, and I truly don't wish to leave it anytime soon!

I disliked Julie immensely and unfortunately I could not be swayed, I found nothing endearing or redeeming about her, I thought of her as a petulant child and she came across as desperate and vindictive. I liked Vann very much, I didn't get the connection (or chemistry) between them, I felt he deserved a genuine, beautiful heart to match his own.

I have never read a romance where the 'heroine' had so many issues; her poor body- and self-image, her prejudices, her hatred for another, her immaturity, etc. She hated Lana and then loved Lana (which is it?); she snooped and listened in on conversations, but when she happened to have a conversation not realising Vann was in the room, she accused him of snooping, that he should have made his presence known.

For me, she was an out and out bitch. I know she had low self-esteem, but seriously ... I just didn't like her. I could list many more reasons, but not worth my while.

I could not connect to the story...

first of all I had no understanding for Julie Sugar - the main character - she really didn't reach the point in me where I would care for her transformation from a hatefull, pittiful, poor guuurl with a serious case of low self-esteem into a loving person, a person worthy of love...

and Vann Wolfe/Quinn Adam Barrington - was a guy that could spur my interest BUT interactions between him and Julie just didn't hold any weight for me...

and the main plot line that was revealed in the end just left me stunned and quite in the "I-dont-really-get-it" mode...

the interwoven POV from both Lana and Blake sped up the flow of the story but I just felt blank...

5++ Stars

***SPOILERS***
First of all this book is part of The Billionaire Banker series. You need to read the first 3 books in the series or most of this book will make no sense to you. I highly recommend reading “The Billionaire Banker”, “Forty 2 Days” and “Besotted”. All 3 are excellent although I think this may be my favorite book of the series so far.

“Seduce Me” was not at all what I expected. Although the dark cloud of the Barrington family secrets still plays a part in “Seduce Me” it takes a back seat to two totally unexpected story lines. This book is much lighter than “Forty 2 Days” but is still filled with intrigue and hot sex!

I was totally taken by surprise when the book begins and is told from the point of view of a totally new character. Julie Sugar knows Lana from their childhood when Lana lived in the same poverty stricken neighborhood that Julie still lives in. The first thing we learn about Julie is that Lana has asked her to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. Yes…a wedding!!! It’s so awesome that Lana and Blake finally get to experience happiness in this book. (But make no mistake they are still plagued by danger even if it is not focused on so heavily in this book.)

Author, Georgia Le Carr really delivers with her new characters, Julie and Vann. Both characters are well developed and she easily infuses them into the storyline with all of her previous main characters from the first 3 books.

“Seduce Me” is mainly Julie and Vann’s story although there is still a lot more revealed about Blake and Lana’s relationship and the beginning of the book is all about their wedding! No short wham, bam, thank you ma’ me wedding. We get to experience all of the joy of the wedding and the happiness shared between Blake, Lana, Sorab and their family and friends.

Told from Julie’s point of view we see how she relates with Lana, Billie, Blake, Jack and Vann. Lana has a history with Jack just as she did with both Lana and Billie. There were times when I despised Julie, then I would feel sorry for her and eventually I began to like her character. I loved Vann from the very first moment we are introduced to him. He is compassionate, sweet, gorgeous and a brilliant artist.

When Julie and Vann first start hooking up (I wouldn’t call what they shared in the beginning a relationship) Julie was using Vann and even though he knew he was being used he still wanted to be with Julie so he accepted it for what it was. But Vann also has a BIG secret that he is hiding from Julie. The question is when Julie finds out his secret will it affect how she sees Vann? There is some angst in Julie and Vann’s story but not so much that you want to strangle the author for making you feel so open, raw and desperate throughout the entire book.

This book has a happily ever after and ends with a chapter told from Lana’s POV so you know that the next book will have a lot more about Lana and Blake. Ms. Le Carr also tells us at the end of the book that there will also be more about Vann and Julie in the next book. If you don’t like continuing series then you could finish with this book but for me I can’t wait to read more about these wonderful characters! I give this book 5+ stars and I highly recommend it to all readers who like contemporary romance that has some mystery, intrigue and hot sex. For those offended by strong language then this book may not be for you.

Being a huge fan of Blake and Lana, I thought I'd be dissapointed not ending with their POVs, but was I EXTREMELY wrong. Miss Le Carre always delivers a beautifully written story. Just like all her other books in the series, she kept me up late, reading till the end-shame on her;) She has a special talent of drawing you into her well crafted stories. For me, it's the tender way she describes her characters' affection for other characters, and the heat she packs into her love scenes!!! Oh my!!!!

Side note: it was refreshing to see Blake and Lana's love from another person's perspective- especially from someone who doesn't like Lana. It didn't matter who looked into their relationship, it was truly intense, sincere and everlasting.

Julie is not Lana...I didn't like her at first. She envied Lana and wanted everything that Lana has, including Jack. She has self-esteem issues that stem all the way back to her childhood. But after I got to know her and understand her character, I saw myself rooting for her and Vann. I wanted Julie to get her HEA just like Lana. There is nothing but pure sensualness in Seduce Me. Get your copy now!!!! I can't wait to see what Miss Le Carre has up her sleeves for the next series! Keep writing because I love your style!

Having read all three previous books in the series, I was very excited to get my hands on this fourth book. I can honestly say it did not disappoint. In fact, I loved it.
What is so unique and creative about this book is the way the author has infused two utterly separate stories, that of Lana & Blake and a new story of Julie and Vann, into one seamless book. With the exception of a few POVs in Blake and Lana voice, the story is seen through the eyes of Julie, Lana's childhood friend. They grew up together in the same poor neighbourhood, but while Lana’s feelings for Julie are uncomplicated and pure, the same cannot be said for Julie. As can be expected in a book from Ms. Le Carre, there are secrets galore, angst and steamy hot sex at every turn.
Ms. Le Carre managed with amazing fluidity to thread together wonderful passages of the characters I already love and the secrets about the brotherhood with two new characters in a totally compelling story, strong enough to hold my attention to the last page.
I simply loved this book and would highly recommend it. Bring on number five.

5 stars for MY BLAKE..
First i must say that i'm major fan of Georgia,i simply adore her writting, she is definitely my best author so when she give me only 76 pages of Lana and Blake story in Bessoted i was disappointed because i wanted more and more.In seduce me it's from Julie POV and her relationship with my BLAKE best man Vann(?),i must be honest and say i was not interested in there story.I hate Julie, she was annoying with her hate for Lana and to see cross her eyes the wedding of my best couple in books i don t like that.On the wedding she meet with Vann, she think she is in love with Jack so Vann offer her seduce lessons, she is using Vann and even though he knew he was being used he still wanted to be with her so he accepted it for what it was. But Vann has a BIG secret that he is hiding from Julie.I like Vann even he is not my type of alpha male he is sweet, caring.Book ends with HEA and my favorite Blake and Lana POV.:)Can t wait for Lana and Blake book, they needed a proper closure, august it not coming fast.

A blissful boost to my blues!

After coming to an end of the enthralling fairy tale of Blake and Lana, I was on my most dreaded book slump. There just doesn't seem to be any book to read as good or even good enough. I loved it so much I got addicted to it, I was literally counting the days until the next book's release. So this is my fix, a blissful boost to my blues. I think Ms. Le Carre wrote this just for me, to help me get out of my funk. ;)

Witnessing the wedding of the decade was one of the many highlights of this beautiful story, lavish and decadent like I was there with sweet beautiful Lana walking down the aisle. Walking down at the altar to marry the man of her dreams, the heartbreakingly handsome, Blake, it's a dream, the wedding of a lifetime.

SEDUCE ME gives you an overwhelming desire to be in Julie shoes and be made love to by the amazing, Vann, so sexy and sensual his every touch is electric. Their first encounter was full of sexual tension, clearly both are attracted to each other. Under the misguided thought she's in love with Jack, Lana's childhood friend, Julie agreed to meet with Vann a few times a week to show her the art of making slow sweet love she can use on Jack, and make him fall in love with her. Their "lesson" is not something you would want to miss, it's unique, packed with heat it crackles, it scorches and singes I'm surprised my kindle screen hasn't exploded! Each and every encounter gets hotter and steamier, both are falling for each other until Vann's secret was uncovered by Julie. And that's where the conflict began, mistrust and doubts put a strain to their budding romance--where are they going to go from here?

There doesn't seem to have an end to Ms. Le Carre's incredible genius to weave two story in one. We hear everyone's pov's:Blake, Lana, Julie and Vann, four different minds and each one is more captivating than the other it seems. I warmed up to Julie when one day, sitting in her tiny room, she realized something so poignant it put tears in my eyes. And Vann, sensitive, a beautiful man with a heart so pure, a master in the art of making love, oh, how I love this man!

The plot is intriguing, the sex is smoking hot, the heat so intense you have to dodge the sparks flying. It is resplendently written you'll emerge from the end gasping for breath. A whirlwind of romance and naughtiness so perfect for erotica romance fans. If you're like me, who loves heart warming love story, tantric sensual eroticism, steamy hot sex scenes held tightly together with a story of real substance, this is the ONE for you, it is a MUST read. I am so taken by Ms.Le Carre's talent and writing skills that if she even try to write a book base simply on a plain phone book, it'll still be no doubt a number one seller!

Wonderful work by Ms.Le Carre!!!
Everything else is written in all the other reviews and so i won't go into how much I love Blake&Lana..
..rather will point out that I really appreciate how the author pointed out that, we are all human beings with the same needs, lives ,problems, issues regardless of religion, nationality, culture, race!!!

This one dialogue by Vann to Julie, really delivered:
"Never dismiss an entire culture like that again"

Also, the FACT that the biased media, puppet in the hands of certain forces really manipulates minds of common masses in turning them against each other!!
The conversation between Julie and Lana at the luncheon about Iran was beautifully delivered!!
Have to put this piece in, as I myself have traveled extensively and lived all over the world, one thing i always tried to point out to people was that the common man is the SAME EVERYWHERE!!!

**SPOILER ALERT**
Julie says: "you were in Iran for a year, what was it like?"

Lana: "Iran was beautiful....I couldn't speak Farsi, so there was no real interaction(at first),they were always smiling, always nice.."

Julie:" Nice! Aren't they mostly terrorist?"

Lana's eyes flashed "When you read the papers and listen to the news, have a care. You are listening to that piece of news above all else because somebody wants you to hear that...."

Lana goes on to describe how the common Iranians helped her in preparing her mother for the funeral, arranged for baby Sorab's care and took care of Lana by providing her with food, love and all the tender care, a woman in her vulnerable state needed.

Lana:"They are the kindest, most beautiful people I have ever met and if you ever have a chance, you must go there and decide for yourself if they are terrorist or they are simply like you and me"!!!

**For anyone who might be wondering,i'm not Iranian, but have have traveled there and the region a lot**

Surprisingly good.

While I'm loving this series it's been a bumpy ride for me, I loved the first book 'Owned' struggled a bit with 'Forty 2 Days' didn't really see the point of 'Besotted' but I'm in this till the end I just need to know what happens to Lana and Blake. After reading the synopsis I wasn't sure how I felt about this book being from told from a strangers POV, a stranger who I'll admit I didn't particularly like at first but it worked, after an opening chapter from Blake explaining why I really couldn't have seen that it would have worked any other way, if Blake or Lana would have told this it would have got tied up in the details so this was a clever way to go.
Once I'd got over my initial dislike of Julie, which didn't actually take very long I settled into this book and loved the wedding but then it became Julie's book and I wasn't sure how I felt about that I wanted Lana and Blake but the more I read the more I loved it, yes like the first book it was easy to predict the way it would go, Vann's secret, Julie's future and Jack but again knowing what was going to happen didn't spoil the book.
This turned out to be a surprisingly good read and now I'm moving onto the conclusion of Lana and Blake's story 'Love's Sacrifice' before I turn my attention to Billie's 'Masquerade'

Unfortunately I didn't connect with the characters Quinn and Julie. It was weak at best and did not feel authentic. There was no chemistry with them that felt real. I was hoping for a lot more with Quinn's story. This would definitely be what I consider a filler book. Not good and didn't flow with the series. Not sure how it had 4 stars.... I would say skip it because it won't matter. This book was like meeting someone for the first time and having a deep personal conversation with them. Can you say awkward turtle???? We didn't know these characters and there was no an introduction so to speak. It would have made more sense to be about Billie, Jack or hell even Mark....

Definitely not my favorite of the series...took me a bit my surprise that this was from a new person's POV.
I was NOT a fan of Julie Sugar's at all (but I guess that was the point, right?).
But nonetheless, if you're a fan of the series, we get to meet the black sheep of the Barrington family (and that's all I'm going to say about that w/o giving anything away).

I didn't like this one. Why did we switch from Blake and Lana to Julie and Van? I mean Billie I could see because hello, she's been in every book and is Lana's best friend. But Julie?? Where did she come from? Oh, by the way, you have to make her crazy as well? She's got an eating disorder, jealous of Lana, hates her in some ways, but hey let us make her one of Lana's bridesmaids...LOL Oh, and she hates Lana even more because she "loves" Jack and Jack loves Lana. I didn't buy into Julie and Van at all.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars from me I because of the bonus material from Blake's POV. We need more Blake POV. Hopefully, there is more in the next book!

Oh dear this wasn’t a good read for me, Julie Sugar is supposedly one of Lana’s ( the heroine from the billionaire banker trilogy) best friends. But she’s not she only pretends to be her friend because she’s a jealous, evil manipulating nasty piece of work. So I was not at all interested in reading her get her happy ever after. Quite frankly her behaviour at the early part of this story is the reason for my opinion, and how Lana didn’t see right through her just demonstrated how naive Lana was.

Title: Seduce Me
Author: Georgia Le Carre
Publisher/Year: Georgia Le Carre 5/29/14
Length: 193 Pages
Series: The Billionaire Banker #4

Overview

Lana has chosen Billie and her friend Julie Sugar to be her bridesmaids and preparations are under way as the big day draws ever closer for the besotted couple. Billie loves Lana and would do anything for her, but Julie's feelings are more concealed as she hides a shocking secret from her friend.

Though Lana believes she has sidestepped Blake's treacherous ex to win her man, storm clouds are never far away where Victoria is concerned.

Will all go smoothly for the lovers on their big day?

Or is there unforeseen drama that may yet still spoil the couple's happily ever after?

My Thoughts

For the final installment of Blake and Lana's story - i think that we get the nice ending - a culmination of their love and whatnot. Their wedding is upon us and we know that she's going to be nothing short of the most beautiful bride ever.

What's nice about this story is the full on introduction not only to Julie, but we really get to know Vann (aka Quinn) - and that's something that i've been waiting for since we never really got to get a story out of him aside from knowing that he's the brother that we like more.

What Ms Le Carre does really well here is that we don't feel like one story is taking too much away from the other. We still have the concerns and fears of the Brotherhood that plagues Lana - but we get to see a really hot and sexy story line develop with Julie and Vann -with some great undercurrent of jealously and hatred from Julie to Lana.

So...all in all i think that it works. The chemistry between Julie (Sugar) and Vann is hot. Vann has taken it upon himself to teach Julie what it is to be a wanted lover - so that Julie could draw Jack in and away from Lana, yet, it's his skill and compassion that makes things get even more complicated. Also - the fact that maybe he's not what he seems makes things even better. He shows Julie how to perform to make her lover infatuated with her, and it gives her a sense of worth and value that makes her even sexier - and confident.

So - a win win in my eyes - and to know that while Blake and Lana's direct story is over - there are still so many others that we will continue on the journey with that it's quite alright by me. Masquarade i believe is the next on the list - so when that comes out in August - i'll be in line to read it! Enjoy!

If you are frustrated and wondering if you need to read this installment in the Lana and Blake saga because it is about Julie Sugar rather than the illustrious couple, let me guide you.

When I finished Besotted, (#3) I was drooling for the next installment of this series since the conclusion was so beautiful and perfect. Frankly, I was pissed that a new character was now taking center stage and was thinking about skipping #4 altogether until I read SueBees helpful review. She assured that there would be plenty more about Blake and Lana and that Julie's story was a good one so I gave it a chance.

I must tell you that the first chapter is so extraordinarily constructed that all of my apprehension and concerns were swept away. Georgis Le Carre has anticipated the reader's objections to the abrupt change in subject and our craving for more Lana and Blake, thus she seamlessly transitions from Blake's voice to the new POV of Julie.

julie's story is unusual because she starts out as such a deplorable human being. I found her life and inner world depressing and couldn't fathom how a new romance could rise from her character. But Le Carre is brilliant and she crafts a wonderful story that gives us a bird's eye view of Blake and Lana's wedding preparations and the big day and then veers off into an erotic adventure that transforms Julie into someone worthy of love.

Intertwined with the El plot and the ongoing Lana and Blake Saga is a fresh story about living a life of control and deprivation. Vann, Blake's best man offers to teach Julie how the art of seduction so that she can win the heart of the man she has loved all of her life, Lana's pseudo big brother Jack. They meet 3 times a week for 6 weeks and through these meetings, Vann, a budding artist, finds his muse while Julie is awoken to a world of sensual delights. They engage one another in unexpected delights and create a sizzling sub plot in the Billionaire Banker series. I really enjoyed the slight diversion.

To say I'm a fan of "G" work would be to say I just "like" chocolate....that would be a HUGE understatement!!!!!
Book 4 has me off my rocker waiting for August!!!! OMG....I'm still trying to fathom how she could had done that one, but that's neither here nor there for the moment....
This book is all about Julie and her side of Lana. Sure you get the "happy ending" with Blake and Lana, but damn if you don't get a full blown in your face reality check at the door.
See, all Lana sees is the best in people, we know this because even with viper b**ch she doesn't think anything will come of Victoria... Guess the wedding was a wake up call to Lana big time!!!!
I'm still a little P'd that the viper only got what amounts to a slap on the hand....URGH!!!
Oh Boogers, back to Julie....so, she totally and I mean totally has it bad for JACK, and thinks that Lana is the reason that she doesn't have him. So, she's change herself to be all that she can to get him......ahhhhh the twist Jack doesn't want her.....
In walks, Blake's best man, Vann Wolfe (OMG!!!! I'll take one !!!). He's an artist, he grew-up with Blake, and the man has some secrets!!! Secrets that would make some girls run and hide!
However, our dear best man has made on offer to help sweet Julie win her Jack. SEX SEX SEX SEX SEX
There are some major twists and turns and Julie finds out somethings that she just shouldn't....not in this family anyways.....
And just when you have everything you want....In walks the devil to try and take it all away.....
I'm am totally in amazed how Georgia is able to write these characters and not take a whole chapter or two to scream and yell at them for some of the crazy s**t they do!!! I think that's why I love this story so much....because it's so freaking real.....this could be happening....these places and some of these characters really do exists!!!! It makes for such a memorable read that you crave more.
AWESOME JOB......I'll continue to stalk you until the end :)

Omg,This book has caused me to have so many emotions, not least because I am a huge fan of Georgia le Carre and the Billionaire banker series, and just before I received an ARC copy I read on GR that it is Julie's story and not in Blake or Lana's POV!! This really through me a curve ball as I loved Besotted and wanted more of the same, nonetheless I decided to keep an open mind and give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did, two days after finishing I am still thinking of this awesome book. I truly believe that with Seduce me, Georgia has just taken her writing to another level, this book is even better than the previous three, and for me and the best book I have read in 2014. I don't say that lightly as I have managed to read some great stories, but I think that in ms le carre's new book we are reading the work of a very big future writing talent, who just gets better and better. As for the book, it is told through the eyes of Julie, Lana's childhood friend who is asked to be her bridesmaid, but the story here is the true feelings that have been hidden from Lana and the difficult situation that Julie finds herself in as she follows the preparations with Billie and Lana for the wedding arrangements. I won't give spoilers other than to say we still get plenty of all the characters we have come to love, Lana and Blake, Billie, Jack and and of course super bitch Victoria, and , there's even two wonderful special bonus POV's from out hero!. But what's really important here, is that the storytelling is fantastic with Julie and the Gorgeous Vann the two main characters brilliantly developed, there is still lots of angst, some secrets and hot dirty sex scenes throughout the latter half of the book, Seduce me is just such a great story you wont be able to put this book down.

Julie Sugar also grew up in the Estates as Billie and Lana have. What Lana & Billie don't know is Julie is only pretending to be Lana's caring friend/bridesmaid to get closer to Jack because she can not stand Lana. In Julie's eye Lana has everything in her life including Jack, her true love, at her every need. Julie knows Jack loves Lana and Julie knows that Lana does not return the feeling in the same way but that doesn't curb her hatred for her. Julie is envious and jealous of Lana. Jack loves and she has a rich husband what Julie wants. She has a plan to get what she wants by befriending Lana to get to Jack. Maybe now that Lana is married she can swoop in and get Jack. All she needs is a little ammo and seduction.

Seduce Me was a bit slow and boring in the first half. The book is in Julie's POV who is shallow & has esteem issues. After the wedding Julie and the book became interesting and her more likeable. Will Julie get Jack? Lana has dark secrets some of which Julie uncovered. Will she destroy her by revealing them? Where does Victoria come into all this? Could Julie use her to her advantage?

I give it to Georgia usually we can figure put the plot in books before they unfold but there were times I was surprised on the direction the story took and loved it! Thanks Georgia!

I do not recommend reading the books back to back. I believe I would have enjoyed them more with time in between them but I do recommend them.

I am fast running out of positive things to say about this author. I swear she could write out her shopping list and it would be awesome.
This book could be read as a stand-alone novel but would not be so gripping without having read The Billionaire Banker series. Read in context you will see you can add psychological thriller and suspense to romantic and erotica.
Seduce Me is written from a completely different point of view than the earlier books. A wee bit odd to begin with but the rationale for this is more obvious as the pages turn (or click). The ex-fiancée, Victoria, goes all out for revenge. This is where Georgia Le Carré shows her power as a writer. With only a few words, with no graphic descriptions, I was shocked, horrified and felt ill at what nearly happened. I was no longer a reader. I was a guest at a wedding; completely pulled in as a participant. Another guest is the prodigal, Vann, a sexpert…the ‘s’ is deliberate. Unfortunately my participation was reduced to imagination, even so…still hot and…I’m sure you get the idea.
Georgia Le Carré is a truly exceptional writer.

Wow. Just. Bloody. Wow.

I KNEW IT!! I don’t know how I knew but I just KNEW!! Seduce me was going to be killer!!! Tid bit about me, I’m a hopelessly optimistic romantic sceptic!! Lol yea I know! Try living it y’all! I love Lana and Blake this is NO secret. Besotted was perfect for them naturally when I heard Seduce Me was to be the conclusion of their story I got that immediate sense of Yay! and NO! You know that bittersweet feeling I’m talking about #SayingByeToFavCharactersHurts
WELL…Then I read it was going to be told in JULIE’s POV?!! I was like…
WHAT?!

Wait…So I read it again…”yep thats what it said”

Cue the nerves, I am mentally slapping my face for EVER having a hint of doubt! Bravo Le Carre! Bravo! This was DARK SEXUAL SENSUAL…ADULTS ONLY PLEASE!! I went through all of the emotions. An amazing surprise there will be MORE! I cant wait.

Damon and the story continues I started reading this hating, hating it from the words to the sentences to the thoughts. How could I possibly carry on reading this but I did I needed to see what happens where it was going. I had all different paths planned but none of them was right, it was so very different and so amazing I couldn't help but shout WTF. To see the story from a different point of view was just perfect and kept me on my toes once again. This is another brilliant read by Georgia so well written and described I could put it down I want more and more, thankyou for writing such an amazing story I hope there's more and you will too once you've read this xoxo
