🎧🎧AUDIOBOOK REVIEW🎧🎧

Before I began to listen to One Hot Chase, I was delighted to find out that I had completed my listening binge of both the Hot Scots and Hot Brits stories written to date. And let me tall ya, that binge I did last year was epic fun!! As I mentioned in a previous stories’ review, these books are not lengthy so enjoying them is easy and doesn’t really require a huge commitment all at once. They are all enjoyable in their own way and my ears had a fabulous time every time I listened to one! Do with that information what you will! :)

Now, about One Hot Chase … both the story and the relationship of the story sparked from the beginning and didn’t stop till the end. I loved the twist on the close-proximity trope that Anna implemented by having them chase each other in different places at one point or another in the story. It was genius and I didn’t even catch on to its genius until the end! LOL

Declan & Bree had an instant connection with abundant chemistry, perfect banter and heartfelt moments that kept me invested and wanting more. It’s a sweet, sexy and flirty story with so much humor and heart! This was one of the “lengthier” stories of the series (if you can call 7(ish) hours lengthy) but it felt like no time had gone by when it finished!

🎧 I’ve really enjoyed these stories and enjoyed the narrators Anna cast for her characters. This time around I got to meet Rich Keeble for the first time and I loved him! I’ve enjoyed Summer Morton in the past, quite a few times, and this time it was no different. The two came together and performed fabulously!

After her disastrous marriage and divorce Bree has ventured to England to try and find the man she is destined to spend her life with. When she meets Declan, she believes that there is no way he could be her forever, but a night of fun isn’t out of the question.

Declan is enchanted by Bree and isn’t about to let it end after one night. Instead, he finds himself following her from place to place as he shows her that even though he isn’t who she pictured herself with that doesn’t mean that he isn’t her ideal man in all ways.

The chemistry between them is undeniable and Declan is determined in his pursuit of Bree as he not only shows her how fun life would be if they were together but that she can count on him and their love. Summer Morton portrayed the need for Bree to protect her heart while Rich Keeble gave us both the swoony and sensitive side of Declan.

Declan is a hunky, wealthy CEO with a Sexy British accent. When he and Bree hook up for a hot night, she sneaks out after. And the chase is on as she runs, and Declan proceeds to follow and woo her each time. Until he makes her chase him a bit, too. This was such a fun and spicy read with hot chemistry, lots of laughs, and a happy ending. I loved it!.

This was such a fun book and a great addition to the series! “One Hot Chase” is a flirty, fun and steamy strangers to lovers romance that I enjoyed so much.

Sabrina Remington is in London for her sister’s wedding and she’s determined to have a good time and find her PC, her perfect catch. She meets Declan Wilde her first night and the connection between them is instant. But after a night together, Sabrina leaves in the middle of the night. Declan is not put off by this at all and sees it as a challenge to spend more time with her. And for him, the chase is on.

I loved Sabrina from the beginning and it only grew as the story went on. She’s caring, genuine and is always up for an adventure. I loved the instant connection she had with Declan and the chemistry they had was coming off the pages as I read. Declan has all the confidence in the world and I loved that about him. Once he spoke with Sabrina, he knew what he wanted and wasn’t afraid to go after it. Their game of cat and mouse was so much to read and I loved that part of the storyline. The spicy scenes were so good and really showed how much they were attracted to each other. Their adventure around the world as they chased each other and got to know each other was the perfect way for them to realize how perfect they were for each other. The ending was so sweet and wrapped up their story perfectly.

A Wonderfully Delightful & Entertaining Story and Listen🎧

Anna Durand does it again and pens another fabulous romantic comedy set in her “Hot Brits” series, and it is great to be back in this wonderful world again, since you can never get enough of these hot Brits. This story grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it the entire time. Sabrina “Bree” Remington has not had luck in the love department, and a failed relationship left her bitter, but she is determined to find her perfect catch aka her PC, and she heads across the pond to do just that, since her sister had luck in love with a Hot Brit. She has a ritzy place to stay thanks to her connections and her first night in London she meets a Hot Brit, and despite his insults and rudeness, she has a steamy encounter with him before giving him the slip. Declan Wilde wanted more of his little American and was not happy that she left during the night, but he is a resourceful man and tracks her down. And this is the start of the chase, one Bree did not intend to play along with, but he wins her over along the way. This is a fun and exciting story, with witty banter, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. As always with Anna Durand’s books, the writing, plot and world building are fantastic, as are the character growth and development. Thanks for another entertaining and wonderfully delightful story.

🎧📚🎧 Rich Keeble and Summer Morton did a fantastic job bringing these characters to life and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying, giving each a voice that was fitting and was believable in every role. They were naturals in their role, grasping every aspect of their character’s personality and all of their emotions, having you feel every single one. Setting the perfect tone for the story, they handled the witty and back-and-forth dialogue with ease, landing the humor effortlessly. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to.

I really enjoyed the story 'One Hot Chase' by Anna Durand. It is about a woman who goes off to England on a quest to see if she can find the perfect man for her. Unfortunately, she doubts that there is one for her because she has already been betrayed by her ex-husband who she thought was the one for her. But her first night in England she meets a man in the hotel bar that seduces her senses even though he seems to say the wrong things. But his kisses are irresistible, and she soon finds herself spending the night with him in his hotel room where they share a wonderful night together. When Declan awakens, he finds himself alone and can't believe that Sabrina left him. With the help of the hotel staff and a taxi driver he is soon able to hunt her down which alarms her because she doesn't want to get too attached to him because she is afraid to get too involved with someone because she does not trust her choices in men anymore. But Declan convinces Sabrina to take a chance on him. He is enchanted by her and has never had to chase after a woman before but something about her makes him want to explore a relationship with this woman. She finally makes a wager with him. If he can chase and find her in all the different places that she wants to visit, then she will give him a chance to explore a relationship with her. And so, begins a whirlwind trip through different exciting and exotic locales all over the world, with him managing to find her and capture her heart each time. He becomes more entranced by her and is determined to win her heart completely before their adventure is over. It is exciting and romantic.

Now this is a fun ride! Anna Durand always comes up with original stories for her Hot Brits and this one is no exception. Declan is featured in this one, and he is never going to settle down. So a one night stand with Sabrina sounds like a good time. Sabrina is on a mission. Traveling from the states, she is looking for the perfect man. She knows he's out there, but in the mean time, the one night with Declan sounds like fun. Leaving before he wakes should be enough. But now the two find themselves in the midst of a chase. Loving life, Sabrina is on the move, and no matter where she goes, there is Declan. How does he find her? Why is he following her?Durand mixes witty banter and explosive chemistry on the chase of a lifetime. It's fantastic and is the perfect weekend listen.

Rich Keeble and Summer Morton are the storytellers and boy did they take me on a journey! I loved this pairing, each complimenting each other's voices, bringing out the surprise and passion as the chase goes on. Together, they created a fun and exciting story and I highly recommend it.

This is a standalone addition to Durand's Hot Brits series. Our main characters are Sabrina and Declan. So, there are things I loved about this book and things that I felt could use some work. First, I loved the concept of Sabrina jet setting to England to find her P.C., I also loved that there was such instant chemistry, and that Declan had some fame of sorts but not so much so that it kept him from doing normal (or even outlandish) things. I did find Sabrina to be inconsistent which made me a little crazy, and there were parts in the book that felt repetitive. That said, I loved the narration, I loved the balance of storyline with the steam and all the globe hopping. I would have liked to have known some background on Declan's family since it was made a point of not willingly going to them initially but otherwise a great story and perfect narration! Definitely looking forward to some more hot Brits and swooning to those accents!

AND chase they do….
To be honest, UNTIL THEIR MANAKESH part of the chase I didn’t like the story. I thought that Sabrina was VERY FLAKY. I’m still confused, she’s searching for the perfect man but still states she doesn’t think she can marry again because of her cheating ex-husband, really? Anyhoo, Sabrina is very friendly and loveable throughout the entire story. But I didn’t like how she was bumming off her “rich new friends” including using their huge private jet to fly all over the world only staying a day or two to sight see. At this point I didn’t like either Sabrina or Declan… BUT, At the Manakesh stop, my feelings changed. The story became rich in scenery, and Sabrina, still flakey, settled down and Declan not only kept up with her running, but he turned the tables on her. This is where the love story started. Declan realizes he wants to spend the rest of his life with Sabrina, and she finds that idea was perfect. I received an advanced copy of this story from Booksprout and these are my thoughts. Linda

One Hot Chase is book #12 in the Hot Brits series. Sabrina is in London for her sister's wedding and also looking for her perfect catch. Declan is the sexy, cocky stranger she meets for a one-night-stand, but turns into a global game of Catch. Sabrina and Declan are victims of cheating partners and deception, so any kind of commitment isn't what they want, until it is. The author gives us witty banter, beautiful descriptions of international wonders and cities, and lots of steamy scenes when these two are together. This is a spicy standalone with references to previous characters, but this series is not to be missed!

The narration was absolutely fantastic! Rich Keeble and Summer Morton deliver all the sass, emotion, and passion that is sparking between Declan and Sabrina. These two were definitely the highlight of this audiobook. 5/5 stars!

One Hot Chase is a fun romantic comedy following along with MFC Sabrina Remington who escapes to London on the hunt to find her own perfect catch as did her sister, and after her own disastrous past marriage.
With hopes high and determination she meets Declan Wilde and despite the jolt of electricity she feels at his attention it is soon followed by angst.
Obnoxious would be the best word to describe him and one night is all Sabrina is willing to spend in his company.
The reverse is true for Declan though, he has become struck by cupids arrow and after waking the next day to find his mystery women gone HE goes on the hunt to find HER.
I enjoyed this nicely written story with its entertaining characters and proof you can’t judge a Declan by his smarmy first impression.

Sabrina left the US for England in search for her PC (Perfect Catch), which she was not ready for a man in her life at that moment. She had built walls around her heart after her ex-husband cheated on her. Her first night in London, she met Declan Wilde. He was blown away by her, and they spent an incredible evening together, but morning found her on the run, because she could not handle the feelings. He chased her across several countries and continents. Each time he would find her, they would spend a little time together then she would take off again with him following. Funny thing too, his fiance had left him at the alter years previously. They seemed to be the perfect match for each other and trived on the adventure of the chase. An outstanding read.

This author writes some extremely steamy romances, including this book in the Hot Brit series. Sabrina is provided with financial and other resources by willing friends, as she begins to hunt for her perfect man. Declan is a wealthy, powerful Brit who is immediately intrigued by Sabrina when they meet in the hotel bar. Their banter morphs into hookups and infatuation. Sabrina’s hesitancy to enter a relationship becomes catnip to Declan. In their mutually addictive game of cat and mouse, Sabrina runs (including to other countries) and Declan chases her. Their connection grows each time they come together during their game. This quick-moving story has banter, steamy heat, multiple travel experiences and a HEA. One Hot Chase is the twelfth book in the Hot Brits series. So all I can say is get ready to set your Kindle on fire and have you reaching for more than a cool drink of water. The story find Sabrina Remington and Declan Wilde locked in a love/hate thing with a lot of steamy hot passion sparking between them. When Sabrina is ready to settle down she ends up taking a trip to see if she can find the right man. When she bumps into Declan all her senses light up like a pinball machine reaching high score. That is until he actually says something and she just wants to slap him into next year....well maybe into bed instead. One night can't hurt anything right? It all goes to plan until Declan wakes up without her in his bed and all he knows is he needs to find her and make her his permanently. Now these two are both on the hunt for their one and only.

My goodness, One Hot Chase it was! I think my AirPods were about to overheat at this couples chemistry and passion.

Rich Keeble & Summer Morton deliver a fun, witty and steamy narration of our American looking for her forever and our cocky brit that sets his sites on Bri and doesn't look back. Rich Keeble's British accent was fantastic.

Sabrina flys across the pond looking for her P.C. (perfect catch) and immediately meets Declan, and things get hot and heavy fast. She thinks they're just having some super hot fun, but Declan is so enamored with Bri that he agrees to her jet setting game of cat and mouse.

They create passion across Europe as feelings begin to ignite and the sparks between them come to a boiling point.

A super fun and steamy listen with a great narrators and perfect HEA!

Talk about confusing. Bree is in London to find her perfect match but is swept off her feet the first night by a rude and uncoothed scoundrel or at least she thought he was. Bree is hot then cold through out the chase, first seducing Declan then feeling foolish and keeps running away, even after challenging him I got dizzy with her facilitating emotions and decisions. With no decision in sight. I’ve loved Anna’s writing style and wonderful descriptions of Scotland, but I got frustrated with the continual back and forth come closer, no go away vibe throughout the story.

I continue to love a great HEA, but I struggled to not just stop reading and tell Bree to just get over it.

Fun, witty, and wonderful
“One Hot Chase” by Anna Durand Is such a good addition to the Hot Brit Series. It features Sabrina who is dealing with personal conflict and is unsure of herself after her divorce. Sabrina decides that she wants a “perfect match” & her fun, witty, humorous, and spicy adventures begin. Her relationship and chemistry with Declan make for some spicy times. This page-turner story is full of family, friends, spice, romance, & some surprises along the way. This story is engaging with wonderful characters and good writing. “One Hot Chase” does have a HEA and can be read as a standalone. I recommend this book. Wow! The narrators did a fantastic performance. The male narrator does a perfect british accent and is so dreamy. These two narrators really compliment each other and roped me in. Declan and Sabrina meet in a hotel bar and have instant chemistry. Declan is a wealthy, arrogant and pushy man but he knows what he wants from the moment he sees Sabrina. These two have an amazing one night stand that kicks off a crazy whirlwind of a chase across Europe. Declan stops at nothing to woo her. This book is so fun, exciting and full of steamy and heart pounding adventures. I highly recommend this 4.5 star book.

She wants what her sister found but her only prospect is the playboy CEO she meets in the hotel bar. She knows he’s not the one, she went that route before with her ex husband but there’s nothing wrong with having a little fun.
Slipping out early the morning after, she leads her CEO, Declan on a merry chase.
Fun, funny, steamy, and romantic, One Hot Chase is a story you won’t soon forget.

ne Hot Chase is part of the Hot Brit's series, book 12. This book for me was ok, there were a bunch of funny parts, And ladies, there's so much steam that you can get a fascial

I liked their banter, it cracked me up. I liked the chased and the many countries. I liked the ending, the feelings reveal. I can't wait to listen to the next book.

Rich Keeble and Summer Morton did a wonderful job bringing is world together. They are new to me but they have lovely voices for narration..

Sabrina is living the life I want! The adventures she goes through to have Brit chase her was so fun. I love the sparks between them. I also love Brit. He is determined to have what he wants no matter the cost. If a men likes/loves you he will work for it and Brit works for it. Sabrina is not bending easily. The spicy was delicious and the narration was top notch. Rich Keeble voiced a sexy British voice for Brit and Summer Morton does a fantastic job narrating Sabrina part. They both did a wonderful job.

Sabrina decides to head to England to find a man after her sister finds a hot Brit who treats her amazingly. She wants to find her one after being cheated on by her husband. The first man she meets is Declan who can be rather obnoxious so she decides to run and he chases her. This leads to a very hot chase through many destinations which eventually leads to their HEA.

Despite his hiding, he is so sweet!
And so smitten!

Sabrina is on a trip to find her PC, perfect catch!

Both have past relationship issues that have made them very cautious!
The chase is far from cautious.

And wait until you read about what happens at certain locales!

Steamy.
Funny.
Excellent banter!

I have to admit, this wasn’t my favorite book by this author. I’ve always loved the intrigue that comes with the different stories in these worlds. This one was more of a cat and mouse game. I felt like Bree was toying with Declan and jerking his chain. In the end, they won me over. It was definitely one hot chase!.

This is one HOT Chase! These two both have similar attitudes and thoughts. So when she challenges him to catch her he rises and goes above what she expected. these two have some sizzling scenes and are don’t need a closed door. I enjoyed his family as they bring a bit of humor. Rich Keeble and Summer Morton are the narrators. They are both new to me and have pleasant sounding voices and articulate well.

One Hot Chase is a fun, witty, spicy, humorous, one night stand, romantic comedy. Sabrina and Declan had such amazing, explosive chemistry. I loved how Declan tried to woo Sabrina, but then made her chase him too. The back and forth was so good and these two were so perfect for each other.

Rich Keeble and Summer Morton were amazing at bringing these characters, their personalities, their emotions, and the chemistry between the two characters.

Sabrina is on a man hunt and the first suitable one she meets is Declan. She disappears after a night with him, and so their game of cat and mouse begins. Prepare for a whirlwind romance that takes you all over the world. I loved the literal chase!

I read the ebook while listening to the audiobook. Narrators Rich Keeble & Summer Morton did a great job and really brought the story to life.

This is book 12 in the Hot Brits Series. I love this series. Sabrina and Declan's story is fun, passionate, and entertaining. I liked the banter, the sizzling chemistry, and the romance. This is a great romantic comedy. Summer Morton and Rich Keeble did an excellent job bringing this story to life. I enjoyed it. I highly recommend this series.
