Sofia moves heaven and earth in search of her long-lost sister.
Strap in for the third installment of Sofia's Skeletal Symphony, with more bones, more explosions, and more Dragons?! Will numbers go up? Yes. Will Sofia fight for dear unlife in places you never expected her to reach? Definitely. Will the moon explode? Maybe. Will Saria be found? Come find out.
This will be the last in the series for me. It balanced the monotony of the level up focus better than the previous book in the series, and there were some parts I enjoyed, but it never managed to regain the fun of the first book.
Book 4 now please! Anyway, obviously I enjoyed the book plenty. The one negative is there are occasional grammatical issues, usually either misplaced commas or tense changes, with an extra word here and there. They aren't common though, and should not stop anyone from reading!
I just these books please keep em coming I really like the world and the characters, but above all I love the skills and the fights, I hope a lot of people can enjoy your books
I liked the characterization and new experiences Sofie is having. The Engineer in me wonders about the validity of the math used in this book, but hey it's fantasy. And still fun to read.
Boy, this series gets better and better. The action sequences never let up, but there were also moments of poignancy and emotion; oh, that ending. Thank you for this fantastic offering.
This one took me a while to get through. I find the world compelling, which is what keeps me coming back to a 3-star series, but the storytelling is really all over the place. The character makes decisions, backtracks, forgets about things, and changes direction constantly. I get that these kinds of stories are super serialized, but this one really demonstrates the issues of the chapter-by-chapter approach. Overall, still enjoyable enough for me to pick up Book 4 whenever it comes out, but needs a LOT of polishing.
