This was a good read. Very interesting read. I'm actually happy with the way things are going at the moment when it comes to Sevyn. Her strong loyalty to Isanti is about to cost her, though. I don't understand how she's still friends with the girl, to be honest. Homegrown doubled back to the dude after they both said they were going to forget about him. That shows she's not really loyal to you, Sevyn. Damn, wake up, bitch! See the signs! Then 8 years later still okay with the girl getting back with Que. I know she moved on and says she doesn't have any feelings left for Que but it's the principle. She even said the shit but told Isanti she's cool with them dating. Isanti is a snake ass bitch. Plain and simple. That girl has some demons that she masks well. Sevyn's loyalty and sympathy for Isanti causes her to be blind to her friend's true nature. Sevyn should've cut her off after their situation with Que but since she didn't she's now about to pay. I don't know how I feel about Que. I do know he have fuck boy tendencies. He wouldn't be in this situation and lost the love of his life if he wasn't leading with his dick🙄. He should've been a real man and waited until Sevyn was ready to share herself with him. Talking about he's a man and has needs. Sevyn was like "OK bitch watch me move on. " And moved on she did.. to Jabari and his baby mama drama. Why is she still with him? I have no fucking idea. Jabari give me obsessed jealous abusive fuck boy tendencies. He ain't wrapped too tight. Sevyn is just too nice, too loving. The shit is gonna backfire on her, and I hate that for her. At least she gotta real one in Drue. She's going to need it. Ready for part 2!

First let me start that mental illness is real!!

Now I want to say even with her mentally challenged butt, I don’t like ISHANTI at all. Her Karma is going to be something vicious. She is not going to like the person she sees in the mirror because she’ll be looking right hey at her mom! Need to know what happened with her.

Sevyn, she sweet, loving, caring and so much more but she can’t be this slow. I get friendship I do, but there’s limits to the shenanigans!! I think I’m still cheering for her and Que!! As from the beginning I was loving their energy!

Speaking of Que, he really acting slow right now-lol… Hope he figures it out soon cause I really like him and Sevyn together! Oh we can forget about A’King!!! He kept it 100% real with Que!! Would like to know more about him.

Jabari, I know we not done hearing about him so I’ll wait to really comment on him, but so far I’m not feeling him. He only seeing and accepted one side of the issue with him and Sevyn. He’s not hearing what she’s saying but wants her to hear what he saying when it comes to his baby mama!

Who needs enemies when you have Ishanti 🙄

This book, was so good!! I should have went with my first mind and read it when the second one was already published. Who needs enemies when there are so many Ishanti’s!! Seyven is so green that she doesn’t see her besti for the conniving vindictive demon that she is. I hope in the next installment she wakes up. Que I blame him for thinking with his manhood, what men fail to realize is even though the outer appearance looks good doesn’t mean the inside isn’t rotten. Now because he decides to keep playing around with Ishanti Sevyn is in for a world of chaos. She has to be stopped!!!! When is the release date cause the ppl needs tah know what happens next. And to be honest, I wouldn’t even look at.Seyven or Que any type of way if at the end of it all they ended up together because Ishanti was never her friend and Que was never her ninja. Their love never got the opportunity to grow. Oh and Jabari is a child, he isn’t good for Seyven at all he needs to grow up.

The wait for this book was definitely worth it!!!…The turns and games being played in this book!!!…Just when I thought the relationship was building or changing, another shift happened!!!!…
The mind of a delusional person is very intriguing and can’t be changed when the only thing they believe is what the mind is tricking them to believe!!!…
Everyone is not your friend, even if they appear to be there for you and smiling with you!!!…
I wanted Sevyn so badly to rock Ishanti to being her back to reality because the games she was playing was too much!!!…
Drue is that conscious that Sevyn needs and Que’s friend is his conscious talking to him!!!…
Hazel ole messy ash is going to be in the midst of the drama too!!!…
I can not wait to see what happens next because Ishanti knows the consequences of playing with black magic!!!…

Omg this book really took me on a ride the distant that I have for Ishanti is unmatched. The girl isn’t anyone’s friend and Hazel I don’t like her either. The fact that Ishanti doesn’t see anything wrong in what she does is crazy. I can’t wait until Que realizes what she’s been doing to keep him. Sevyn needs to wake up because Ishanti has never been her friend for real. Someof the shit she has done in this book is weather several ass whopping. The delusion is so real. I can’t wait to read part two. Hopefully Sevyn get her man back in the end.

Things are not what they seem….

This book was definitely not what I was expecting but I was not disappointed at all. The jealousy and fake love shown in this book. It’s crazy how someone can form a sisterhood with you and slick hate everything about you bringing chaos into your life and the people around you. I can’t wait until part 2 drops to see how much more crazy things are going to get. Job well done ladies you guys definitely did your thing with this one!!!!

I'm so confused

The book is well written. I am just so confused at how this smart lady can be manipulated to doing the dumbest stuff so easily. And how she has been friends with this girl for years that has been envious, jealous, manipulating and just mean. You make Ishanti looks so obvious that I'm thinking Syven has to be slow. Because the book is so well written I keep reading. I'm just so in awe of how dumb syven is when she's supposed to be smart.

DNF. I almost finished this book but had to dnf. All the main characters are stupid & I refuse to put myself through their stupidity for 3 books. I was fed up when Ishanti asked Sevyn if she wanted to go on a double date & started gaslighting Sevyn when she said she didn’t feel comfortable doing that… Ishanti is dating Sevyn’s ex, of course she doesn’t want to go on no damn double date. Gurl, bye
