UPDATE:
Read it and it was not bad, but the typos and grammatical errors continue *sigh* However, the FL was pretty cool and not a doormat and the ML was likeable enough. Smexy but MC lite, and that's as much effort as I want to put into this review.

Not rating cause I don't think it's even out yet, but the 1st book in the series was somewhat juvenile & meh... this one may not be better. When your blurb has typos/grammatical errors, it's a huge red flag. (i do however, like your cover model)

Loved It
This is the second book in the Satan’s Angels MC series and it is a dark and fantastic read. The woman Raiden has to marry is the club’s enemy’s daughter, Ella also known as Widow. Ella sees no wrong in her father but she has a lot to learn. When Raiden and Ella are forced together things heat up because their attraction to each other doesn’t stop them from the resentment they started with. This was an edge of your seat book that was a big page turner for me. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

An astonishing second book in the series!
Ever since Tyrant, I was really looking forward to Raiden’s book. The things we got to know about him in Tyrant were so intriguing that I couldn’t wait to dive into his story. And it certainly didn’t disappoint! The plot was flowing, the events left me sitting on the edge of my seat and the writing was really engaging.
Raiden, former treasurer (although he still does the books of the club) and current VP, is Tyrant’s best friend since kindergarten. After having spent 5 whole years in prison, due to the plots of his ex-Prez and current villain of the story ,Zale, (Tyrant’s father) he finds himself in a delicate position yet again. In order to establish a fragile alliance between Zale’s current club – the Berserkers – and Satan’s Angels, he is asked to marry Widow (aka Ella), Zale’s daughter and Tyrant’s older half sister. He decides to get through with it for the good of the club, determined to keep her at arm’s length, considering her a spy and an enemy. But Ella is not what she seems. She is intelligent, brave and as gorgeous as any girl can be, but she also hides her kind of damage under her mask of bravado and sass. Her pain calls to his, her demons speak to his own. Their initial attraction is obvious, but getting to know each other and recognize that they can be each other’s missing pieces was the real journey of this book. And I loved every page. The author doesn’t rush it at all; she lets them – and us – explore that newly formed connection – and the physical stuff follows. I loved that she chose to follow this route with the storyline. Ella’s journey and acceptance in the Satan’s Angels MC is not an easy one – she had to face a fair amount of suspicion and hostility at first and prove her loyalty and strong nature in the most extreme way. And discovering her father’s long game made me feel sorry for her – she really loves him and he just uses her.
I loved the club’s general attitude and the way they did things as a true brotherhood, under Gray’s (akaTyrant’s) inspiring command. There was only one thing missing from this story in my opinion – the author does a truly amazing job presenting the forming connection between Ella and Raiden, but doesn’t even touch the one between Ella and her half brother, Gray. The siblings don’t know each other at all and I feel that part of the story should also have been their way to recognizing and getting to know each other – not a front a central part, but we should have seen at least some glimpses of it. Nevertheless, it was a captivating book, that gave me all the feels and left me anxiously waiting to learn more about the rest of the MC members, especially Gunner – whose book is next. So, 4.5 stars from me.

MC read done right ! Lily L. James in an up and coming author whose writing is fairly on par with Cat Porter ( the queen of MC books IMHO ). The characters are gritty and devious. The females sultry, sexy or innocent ( depending on the day ). Widow /Ella and Raiden are dealt a crap hand of being forced into marriage by her scumbag/psycho father ,the previous Prez of the Satan’s Angels MC and the current Prez’s father. Not all is as it seems and Ella’s stuck in the middle, trying to keep an untenable peace treaty from going off the rails. Neither she or Raiden know what his end game is, and as they grow closer and her eyes are finally seeing the truth, the danger strikes again ! Talk about a rollercoaster ride ! Edge of your seat reading with lots of heat and heart ! 4✨’s . Want book 3 ASAP !

I’m really impressed. This book is everything I love in an MC Romance. It’s got strong main characters who are easy to connect with. It’s got an MC full of men of honor. It’s got excellent side characters. It’s got an MC that’s a family. It’s got a Prez with a vision who cares for this MC family. It’s got a main couple who each have wounds and have a strong attraction to each other. It’s got hot sexytime and hot bikers. It has a mysterious side character who is like an unaliving machine. And it doesn’t have any SA. I loved this book.

I absolutely love getting to know both of Ella and Raiden as the main characters. Raiden’s story is the second installment in the Satan’s Angels MC series. I absolutely loved getting to know both Ella and Raiden as well as seeing their astonishing story unfolding throughout the book. Author Lily L. James has done phenomenal work with writing this amazing MC romance that captured my attention right from the beginning and held it all the way through to the last page of the book. Now I’m not going to divulge any kind of details about this book because I don’t want to give out spoilers on the book. However, I would definitely recommend this amazing MC Romance for anyone to read. I’m looking forward to reading more amazing MC romances by this author.

Raiden is book 2 in the Satan's Angels MC series and is an intense forced marriage story. It's Raiden and Ella's (Widow) and it picks up where Tyrant left off. You could probably read Raiden all on it's own but I think it's best enjoyed if you read Tyrant first
There's a lot of backstory in Tyrant that gives a better understanding of this couple. Enemies isn't a strong enough word for Raiden and Widow. They're thrown together in an "olive branch" sort of way and to say there's hate there would be an understatement but, as the story progresses these two evolve in a most unexpected way. Their journey from start to finish will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, biting your nails. I can't wait for Gunner!

Raiden, Lark's brother see book 1, has out of prison and trying to regain his footing when he is forced into a marriage with the daughter of the MC's enemy. Widow, Ella, is Tyrant's half-sister and has been offered up by their father as a peace offering. Widow is a tough as nails MC princess that no one trusts and is left to fend for herself in the Angels clubhouse. She proves herself and her loyalty to the MC as things heat up and her fathers lies are exposed. This is a high heat MC romance with a ton of snark and a fast paced plot. Looking forward to the next in series and learning more about Gunner and his past.

Lily having known who her dad was but was never given the time of day from him until he needs sanctuary from his ex club as he technically should be dead but given his own son gave him grace he is just to greedy and seeks to claim his old club back with the help of Lily .
Little did he know his attempts would fall short as Raiden and Lily created a bond.
Definitely loved lily's tough exterior yet she feels bad at the actions she has to do.
Can't wait for the next one as that ending was on fire.

This is another dark MC romance and it had me glued to my reader to see how things would unfold ;) I've been waiting for this book, after reading the first and I'm thrilled the author took me on another wild reading ride that lets Raiden and Ella find their way to a fab HEA. I felt bad for her as the truths of her father were exposed and she got to see how he's using her, despite her love for him. There's lots of action, suspense, danger and hot romance packed in here and it was a page turner for me. Can't wait for the next book :D

This is the story of Ella and Raiden. You are hooked from the first page. Ella is an innocent young woman who has no idea of the dark and wrong side of her father, only that she would do anything for him, even if it means marrying Raiden. Raiden who is forced to marry Ella which he does not like at first, soon changes and feelings come to the surface. I enjoyed their story with enough drama, action, danger, betrayal and enough steam and romance.

I read he first book and couldn't wait for this book to get released. Every book you really get the feel of knowing more of the club members, I like gunner. It's the darkness he as, as well as the loyalty for the family of the brothers. Can't wait to read that one.
This book takes you on a trip to the way best friends last though life. I loved Grey and even Raiden. Alot of the way they are close is the way they work. I would recommend this series to anyone who loves bikers world.

This is a well written action packed story, with family dynamics, friendships, emotions, danger, suspense, intrigue, challenges, drama, humour, witty banter, revelations, vengeance, and chemistry, twists and turns, loyalty, trust, and love which all leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and thrilling addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Continuing in from Tyrants books Raiden is forced to marry Ella she's innocent and single clueless to her fathers dark side but will do anything for him even marry the enemy. Butbwhat starts out with resentment soon turns into something else and loyalties are tested to the max. Well written engaging steamy enemies to lovers romance.

Ella is clueless about who her father is and what he does and when they get stranded together, he sees another side to her that has him questioning his loyalty to his MC for her. Will a compromise bring about happiness for the two.

This book was amazing from start to finish. I loved that Ella wasn’t a simpering, inexperienced, annoying fmc. She was a match for Raiden in every way, but she was still soft for him when it came down to it. He didn’t think he needed anyone, but ended up falling for the boss babe who he was forced to marry. The characters had interesting arcs, the plot was amazing, action was great, and the steam was super hot!

I really enjoy this series and Loyalty and Family feel of this club. Now im really looking forward to Gunner book 3.

This story starts with the marriage of Maiden and Widow, arranged by her father. They work through their issues and become stronger. While doing thus they have to deal with life and death situations and choices.
There were a few times where the dialogue was uncertain as to who was talking. Also, a scene that was really repetitive.
I did like how these two made there hea work.

The internal dialogue was just never-ending. I started skimming whole pages just to get through it.
Then the actual dialog, good lord, fewer words, more action please. Not the naughty kind, there was plenty of that.
We get that these two people are complicated, but there was just far too much talking and talking and talking about it.
Their chemistry never had time to develop, and I didn't find them to be believable as a couple.

Ella is a woman who turns a blind eye to who her Father really is. I enjoyed seeing them get a happy ending. I want to read the next book. Raiden was Raiden and Ella’s (widow) story. This is the second book in the series. It can be read as a standalone. I thought it was a darker and engaging read. Great characters. I got a copy of the book and voluntarily leaving this review.

I REALLY enjoyed this book.
There is not a character that is not awesome! Love them all. Some missing words and typos, but overlooked as the story is engrossing. Each book keeps getting better than the one before. Can’t wait for Book 3.

I didn’t think I would like her, not after the ending of the first book. But OMG loved Widow for Raiden! This book was as amazing as the first, cannot wait to sink my teeth into Gunnar’s book next!
