A.M. Khalifa grew up in a diplomatic corps family and has lived and worked in more than fifteen countries. Exposed from a young age to the stranger than fiction machinations of international relations and the corridors of power, he writes spellbinding international thrillers that breach cultural taboos and provoke uncomfortable dialogue on sensitive issues like espionage, counterintelligence, religious fanaticism, terrorism and gender inequities. Very short story and the ending was extremely unexpected. I can envision a larger story from this one.

Ended too quickly

Good book that ended too quickly. Had me from the beginning and I completely fell for it; no wonder they did too.

In the very short st0ry, "Extraction" (Kindle edition), A. M. Khalifa (author of the bestselling novel, "Terminal Rage") deals up a riveting, trenchant, page-turner tale. This time an Egyptian couple is entering a witness protection program because of the actions of a family member. The consequences of our actions can be far-reaching. Five COMPELLING Stars. 14 pages. Kindle.

Erm..I guess this book is a little harsh..I thought something good would happen when the couple were about to leave their house for ever and then when the police officer shot them...that was quite a twist and I felt sorry for them...overall I think this book is sort of ok.
