This stunning series by debut author Miyuli, perfect for fans of both fantasy and romance, explores what happens when a struggling witch meets an angsty vampire—either love or war.
Morgana Winterberry belongs to a long line of witches, while Oz belongs to the rival vampire clan. After a chance encounter…and maybe a few stray spells…these two need to find a way to work together, or risk all-out war between coven and clan.
Morgana is still trying to pick up the pieces after the explosive breakdown of peace negotiations between her family of witches and the Red Vampire clan.
With the vampires poisoned because of a curse put on the blood served by Morgana’s family, and Oz stuck as a cat thanks to a spell gone wrong, Morgana has a lot to fix. She’s determined to put things right, which leads her to a powerful witch doctor, and right into the vampires’ lair.
There are a number of dangerous secrets to untangle, because something strange is going on with Morgana’s powers, and someone in her family has been using dark magic.
Meanwhile, no one on either side is happy about a witch and a vampire getting closer…except maybe Morgana and Oz.
This volume collects episodes 20 – 39 of the hit fantasy WEBTOON series.

I absolutely need volume three. I'm glad that it comes out next month, but that cliff hanger did things to my poor soul. If you haven't started this series yet, take this as your sign to begin it now. Morgana is so sweet and I have loved Oz realize how thoughtful and kind she is as a person. AH I'll be gushing about this one until I get my hands on the next one.
i loved this second volume in a such a beloved fan favorite webtoon series; issues from volume one were resolved, specifically who cursed oz’s clan and why, only for new ones (and new cliffhangers) to take their place.
love my short king oz💗
i’m so excited to read the third volume when it comes out!
I loved volume 1 and I’m so happy volume 2 was just as good!! I adore the characters, the story is really good and interesting and I cannot wait to see where it will go!
The art is still one of my favourites to date!
Thanks again Netgalley and WEBTOON Unscrolled for an e-ARC volume 2!! Now to wait for volume 3!!
*as always all opinions and thoughts are my own!!*
"Granny says it's okay to fail sometimes. As long as we keep trying our best, right?"
Thank you to NetGalley, Miyuli, and Wattpad WEBTOON Book Group for the E-ARC!
Morgana and Oz is the first webtoon I'm jumping into and I feel very lucky to have had the chance to read an advanced copy of the published version of Volume 2!
After fleeing the vampires base, Morgana finds herself at a strangers door with an injured Oz in her arms. Requesting his help, she finds out that not only is this stranger a witch like her, he may be able to help her turn Oz back to normal. As she speaks to this man, she learns about the curse poisoning the vampires and makes the decision to return to their base, hoping to undo the treacherous spell.
I really enjoyed that the story picked up right where Volume 1 ended! I couldn't stop myself flipping through the pages, completed enticed by the characters and the magic. I'm barely holding myself back from going ahead and reading more episodes on the webtoon site!
With an amazing story unfolding, this series has so much more than just the writing, the art itself being absolutely stunning on top of it all. The cover art of the first volume is what originally drew me in, as someone who really likes a clean art style. Every character design is really neat, making it easy to distinguish everyone from one another, even while we're still learning a lot about Morgana's family and the vampires. On top of that, what made me the happiest was that the artist actually drew Morgana as taller than Oz! As a tall girl, it made my heart happy!
This series is definitely one that more people should pick up, with it's sunshine FMC, a world of magic and vampires, mysteries, and a cute potential romance!
The art: 5 stars Protagonist 3/5 Side characters: 4/5
The art and the setting is absolutely amazing, and I want to take a walk in this world, especially the forest (although it's a bit creepy, due to some... things)! However, I'm not much of a fan of that dramatic character trope for the protagonist, as well as the romance, that will likely happen between her and the main vampire (I really can't see more than sibling-love between them).
Special thanks to the author(s), publisher, Goodreads and/or NetGalley for the review copy. All views and opinions expressed are honest and my own.
This series is such a fun read that everyone will enjoy it!
The artwork really stands out in this series. It has a soft and rounded approach which makes it welcoming, warm and easy on the eyes. The characters are all uniquely designed making it easy to distinguish them while ensuring they correlate with their unique personalities. This comic uses a variety of colors which makes this a colorful and vibrant read. However, it takes away from defining the emotions and intensity in the scenes.
The story in this volume continues right where the first volume ends. It has a much slower and measured pace with mysteries both unraveling and forming. However, although the plot progresses it felt underwhelming. The plot didn’t provide anything refreshing or unique, and seems to follow a common trope. Additionally, the once critical or dangerous events are easily resolved which makes the story fall flat.
There are so far no bad characters in this story. Most have their reasons, whether good or bad but it’s something they chose because they believe it’s the right thing to do. Although this makes for a relaxing story, it also diminishes the prospect of having intense or action filled scenes. I believe a lot of issues will be solved via talking or magic, and the former isn’t personally undesirable. That said, the ending of this volume hints at a probable suspect and vicious vampire so it’ll be interesting to see how this character’s story develops.
There is romance in this story, primarily between Oz and Morgana. Although it’s in the early stages the attraction is evident, but I feel like the chemistry is lacking. Maybe I’ve read too many romance stories recently, but I would love to see more scenes between them where they not only get to know each other but also rely on each other.
Mordecai is still my favorite character and I was sad to see we didn’t get much of him in this volume. This volume focuses more on the Red Vampire Clan which was interesting, given the first volume focuses on the Winterberry Witches. The story seems to be setting the stage towards requiring both the witches and vampires to work together in the near future.
Overall, this was an enjoyable read with beautiful artwork. The plot is progressing with new characters and mysteries while also closing the door on others. I’m looking forward to continuing this series soon.
I loved the first book in the series and I loved this one just as much. This one is deeper and darker—and it brought tears to my eyes—but it's still sprinkled with light and whimsy.
Beware the cliffhanger ending. I wanted this book to keep going and going. I was all in, completely engrossed in the book, when bam! an enticing new twist left me hanging.
Really a great series. I would suggest reading Vol 1 and 2 back to back, if you're able.
Loving this series and was so excited to read this second book! Fully enjoying the love hate relationship between the witches and vampires. I know it’s a common trope at this point but the story and artwork are well done and I would highly recommend reading these! Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read this ❤️
Morgana and Oz is one of my favorite webtoons! The art style is super appealing, full or witchy colors, and looks a lot like manga in color. I love the captivating story and can't wait to read more about Morgana and Oz's friendship/relationship. I highly recommend this webtoon comic!
This is seriously such a fun ride. I love the art style and Morgana is such a sweet MC with a kind heart. Despite the heavy themes, the story overall feels cozy and inviting, and I am so rooting for our little witch and her vampire partner. I'm looking forward to seeing what the foreboding villain has planned in the next installment!
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for an ARC of this book! I thought the book was easy to read and enjoyed the story line. I loved Morgana and Oz in the first book, and that continued for this book. I cannot wait for volume 3 to come out. I am always left on the edge of my seat!
