A friends to lovers college hockey romance...

Nina and Hunter never knew they were attending the same college until Junior year brings them together unexpectedly, their paths intersecting after two years of silence.

Back in high school, their friendship groups were inseparable, but Nina and Hunter? They exchanged only fleeting words, a nod here, a smile there. Nothing more.

Now, fate has conspired to bring them together again. Whilst they navigate the complexities of college life—the exams, the deadlines, the late-night study sessions, hockey games, dates, parties and much more, that ultimately leads to everything changing between them. Feelings bloom, but Nina's commitment issues cast shadows over their fragile connection.

Can Hunter break through her walls?
Can Nina let go of her fears?

Beyond the algorithms and ice rinks, they find solace in each other. Their love story unfolds quietly, like the first snowfall of winter, leaving footprints on their hearts.

Join Nina and Hunter as they navigate the complexities of friendship, longing, and vulnerability in this delicate dance of missed chances and second glances.

“Since forever” is a college hockey romance following Nina and Hunter's story. It's the first installment in the 'Riverside Dragons' series, and can be read as a complete standalone.

”She's a constellation of moments and feelings, etched into my heart.”

This book was very cute and not drama or plot heavy which I appreciate. There were some spelling and grammar mistakes that I couldn’t look past though 😭😭

The storyline was really cute but all the dialogue was just way to much. Especially Hunter’s dialogue, it was way too poetic all of the time and it just didn’t really fit his character. Also a lot of the same lines were used over and over again such as Hunter explaining who ‘Connor’ was. FYI: it’s his ex best friend (the book tells me like 5 hundred times) Another let down was that I felt like I didn’t know the main characters very well. Didn’t really know anything about the family or upbringing except that Nina’s dad left her but that was it. There wasn’t really any character development.

for me

This book was okay. I liked the premise and already read the second book. But this book was kind of boring. I loved the second one and I better get one of chase and Callie, but again this one was kind of boring. It could have been like 20 pages with everything that happened. They got together pretty quickly and there wasn’t any tension or mystery really. Like it was a bit too wholesome in away like the book was too long when there was really no guessing for drama which made it seem to drag. The ending was cute but the book either needed more drama/action or it needed to be more fact paced or shorter. Overall it wasn’t bad but becuase I did struggle in the middle heavily it was an average book instead of an amazing book that it could have been. 3/5

DNF. The writing and dialogue were very juvenile for my taste. Also, the amount of grammar issues was distracting. I also didn't care for the excessive drinking and the way the girls were making the guys buy them drinks. It was all just a big no to me.

I also didn't understand how her best friend saw the MMC's photos all over campus, yet the FMC was SHOCKED to find out he attended the same college for 4 years. Give me a break.

And this is just the first few chapters. I had to stop when the girl chat labeled "whore house" popped up. Not cute.

A total mood read this month that I popped onto my blue TBR 💙
and I’m so glad I did! Since Forever was such a sweet, slow-burn college hockey romance 🏒 that left me smiling from start to finish.

Nina and Hunter reconnect after years apart and find themselves at the same school 📚.
Their friendship slowly turns into something deeper filled with late-night study sessions, quiet vulnerability, and heartfelt moments that melted me.

I did wish for a little more depth in places 🤏, but overall this was cozy, swoony, and perfect comfort reading 💕.
A solid 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

swoon worthy !!!

This book was beautifully written!

I enjoyed all the positivity throughout the book. The inside look at what is going on in the main characters head during the book was a great plus. The banter from both main and side characters was perfectly set and had just the right amount of spice needed.

Once you start reading you can’t put it down. The love these two shared and formed is beautiful and I love a good found family book!

Onto book two !!

it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good in my opinion. there were a few things that really bothered me regarding the chemistry and the side characters. a lot of the side characters distracted me and not in a good way; almost forcing the other books to happen. i’m one for the inner connected stand-alones but eh, it was alright. the spice was fun but other than that, it was okay. the characters fell flat for me sadly.

cute, easy read, no drama. however, the English major in me COULD NOT get over the grammatical mistakes and incorrect phrase usage. Pretty sure these are self-published without editing because there were a couple unfinished sentences, doubled words, completely wrong words for popular sayings. But thats just a pet peeve of mine. Obviously I still finished the book, and the story was cute. A nice quick palate cleanser.

Ok I would give it 1.5 stars maybe 2 because of its potential. However, I really can’t look passed the amount of typos, incorrect tenses used, wrong sayings/phrases etc. It actually got to the point where I felt like I should have a red pen on hand. Ie. “It’d be like a true come true” … I’m sorry but it took me right out of the story every time something was grammatically wrong.

great book

I loved this book but the digital version has so many typos and grammatical errors it was hard to look past them. That being said a good romance book with no major drama/miscommunication or huge hurdles to overcome which is just what I like.

This was too cringey even the spice was too cringey, just felt like a Y/N insert from Wattpad, I read it but I did not enjoy it as I felt I was a 1st year reading Wattpad again.
Honest to god second chance romance done wrong and I mean totally wrong!
