This is horrible. Just plain horrible. I don't care if what I am going to write is spoilery but damn, this is just wrong! Plain wrong. The book/romance starts with a RAPE scene. It's not rough sex, there is NO/ZERO consent, it's a sexual assault/rape scene. From beginning to end, the girl fights against the guy, says NO multiple times, asks him to stop (and he says "no"), screams, bites him. He keeps her constrained, pinned. And at the end, he tells her that she is a liar, that she wanted it (supposedly because her body reacted to him fingering her, yeah, this is the "excuse" the author finds to pass it as sex) even though she said/screamed "no" multiple times. And that she should "keep her mouth shut" and no tell anybody. Like WTF?!!!! It's like "rapist 101"! I just can't. I don't care what happens after that, how this guy is supposed to "redeem" himself (if he is ever going to redeem himself, seeing as his behaviour is written as totally ok, and it is the girl who is said to be "confused" about the all thing). He sexually assaulted her This is everything I hate about this genre (and fiction in general) : the rape culture , the romanticizing of violence against women, romanticizing of abuse, abusive jerks described as "alpha". We are right there : a rape scene disguised/glamourized as hot sex. I am so mad ! And I can't believe so many reviews gave this story 4-5 stars. C'MON, PEOPLE!!! UGH!

This was good...could have been 4-stars great except for the fact that that author seemed scared to death of writing more plot that porn. Every time the story gained some momentum I was bludgeoned with more sex. With too much sex by the end. I started seriously skimming.
The sex itself was good, I like Flynn's alpha-ness a lot, and the good girl thing here wasn't utterly annoying so I was willing to overlook some copyediting issues throughout. But I felt as if the author was selling herself and her readers short.
I'd attempt her work again if she's more heavily edited. There was also the matter of head jumping transitions to work on.
Nonetheless, this work was immediate, the chemistry strong, the feelings palpable, and the alpha sexiness oh so good.

Revised my rating when I was going through old books I'd read. Instead if the initial
4 stars, I'm bumping this one to 1 star.
The hate to love aspect drew me in but within the first 20 pages of the book, the Hero rapes the heroine. There is no if, ands or buts about it. He. Rapes. Her.
The second half of the story works, but I can't get past the sexual assault in the beginning

Flynn and Gia's chemistry simply leaps off the page. Yeah the story is a little unpolished and the transitions are a little rough, but the writing is excellent. The love scenes are incredibly written -- hot, clever and super sexy. Honestly I think the love scenes written in this book are a master class in how good, erotica sex should be written.
The relationship is angsty yet sweet. The conflict is 100% believable and the two characters act age appropriate. They are twenty-something college students who aren't as immature as teens but still aren't as sophisticated or seasoned as you'd find someone 10 years their senior. They make the right types of mistakes -- mostly due to communication & fear -- that felt just right for their relationship.
I liked both characters equally and I think the author allowed them to both live in their skins comfortably. You easily buy Gia as the studious good girl who was attracted to bad-boy Flynn despite all her good intentions. And Flynn is a great male character. Hot, a little rough, a little cynical, a little vulnerable. They each make some wincingly bad decisions that I think we all can remember making back when we were stupid in love while at college.
I must also applaud this author for doing something that not even a lot of seasoned romance authors do, and that is she doesn't fall into the trap of over description. She doesn't give you long paragraphs lovingly describing skin, eyes, hair, body etc. Rather over the course of the story you get to see Flynn Gia through each other's eyes. And over time you learn about what they look like. It is effective because you've been in each character's heads so much that in the end you have a strong mental & physical picture of them.

This was a nice read! A little too much sex for me, and its not that I'm anti-heat in my books. Its just that at some point it seemed to be the focal point while the story/romance took a back seat. But to be honest? I've been so starved for just DECENT IR material that I forgive that easily right now. This book reads realistically for me in terms of how relationships actually develop a lot of the time. Not the constant, mind numbing, off the charts sex (cuz lets face it, I've yet to meet a man to knock it out of the park every single damn time). No, it was realistic in that the relationship kind of snuck up on them and neither of them were willing to label it for a while even though BOTH kind of needed to.
Anyway, mini-review just to say that I*BOW*TO*YOU*TINA* for ending my good IR drought. I owe ya, chica!

This story was SUPER SUPER HOT! The sex scenes were numerous but not repetitive. The H was a major ALPHA who was so possessive, he had no problem with beating up guys when he was jealous. This is an author I will definitely be reading again.

This is one disgusting piece of filth. I don't care what the author was trying to convey, the so called hero molested her,when did no become yes.

In no stretch of the imagination can this be called romance or love story. I guess I should of known this would be trash,most IR books are and feel fortunate to have found a few authors like Rae Lorie. I thank heavens for those authors who actually write romance.

This was an intense story about Gia and Flynn's journey of love. A real emotional roller coaster. They made it through all their trials to reach a mature love for each other. Luca was such a low down dirty rat I was glad when Flynn whipped his ass. This story was over 300 pages long! Great read!

I always love an Alpha male book. However this book did not feel right.
From the beginning of the interaction of the main characters, the sex does not feel consensual. When she said no, he had sex with her to prove a point and shut her up. The "all she need is to get laid" mentality, made it hard for me to believe Flynn could ever truly care for Gia.
I struggled with this book. I feel that this book was suppose to be about a person's self redemption. I just could not get past the events at the beginning of the book.

Deeply emotional over the top erotic romance that was done so well! I loved the fact that Gia and Flynn's relationship hit them out of nowhere. No insta love here! The relationship built slowly as it should. The author's writing is superb! Evocative, witty, and conveys the emotions and actions of her characters. There were so many lines and passages that I re-read two and three times they were so good. I especially liked Gia - a kick ass young woman who owns her sexuality, is smart and confident and doesn't come off as a slut. I loved how she handled Luca! You go girl! Her inner vixen comes alive in the presence of Flynn. And Flynn - what a sexy beast! I wanted just a little bit more back story on both of them but that's only because I so loved the book. It's rare that I find a book where I equally enjoy both the h and H but this book hit all my character buttons. I particularly liked the back and forth at about 79-80% where we get both Gia and Flynn's thoughts paragraph by paragraph. Awesome! I was a little worried that the sex would overwhelm the story but it didn't! And my goodness, this writer can write the hell out of sexy times. Whew! Cold shower, anyone?! I didn't have a problem with the fact that these were college kids. Gotta face it - they aren't babies and I do recall my experience in college and whew, some of what went down in this book easily took place when I was in school. And at the 86% point - I just cried. So beautiful! There were a few typos but absolutely nothing that distracted you. So whatever this author writes is now an auto buy for me. The IR category NEEDS more from you, Ms. Bennett. Write faster!

Totally love this book. I'd read it again in a jiffy and when say I felt Gia's heartbreak I really felt my heart ache. The author kept me engaged from the beginning to the end. Worth the read

Loved this book! It was very well written with distinguishable MCs with a smooth & sexy plot that kept me glued to the last page! Don’t understand the low ratings. Highly recommend and I’m looking forward to reading other works of this author.

Though the title, Sunday, is not as intuitive, and the book cover screams "just another fluff in the hundreds of bland or overdone pieces of IR fiction", the story itself packs a punch.
Though this couple gets together in a bad way[WARNING:, it’s a quintessential bad boy-good girl plot, but the couple’s chemistry and their encounters have a bit of potency that’s enough to make you root for them and keep turning the page. The story is so good that I wished for more depth in the author’s writing to give it appropriate justice.
The heroine is likable, and the bad-boy hero steals the show, making me wish for more instances in which his physique, background, and point of view are given some due time. Yet, what I really liked is when the two are engrossed in each other and their love seems effortless. I wanted more “together” time with them, more development, and though I really appreciated the book length and its happy-for-now ending, I could go for a glimpse of this couple 5-10 years later.

I loved it! This has been on my TBR list for some time and I'm so glad I finally picked it up. Flynn and Gia go from hate-to-love. No insta-love/lust here. In my opinion, it was done right. The focus was not on their color, but about their relationship.
A lot of the reviews can't get past Flynn . For some strange reason this did not bother me. I started out disliking Flynn and somewhere along the way, he grew on me. Don't even get me started on the sex scenes...these two burned the sheets and bed up! I really enjoyed the story and sadly disappointed there is not a sequel. I will look for more books by this author. Well done!

Kaia Bennett is a fierce, sexy writer. She has given me sex craved college students reminiscent of any young adult's coming of age experience and shenanigans all while focusing on school work and future goals.
This is the third book I've had the pleasure of reading by this author and as in previous books the sex is excessive and off the charts. The very first intimate scene between Flynn and Gia is a strange one to say the least. In my opinion, the author walked a fine line of non con actions. It will be up to every reader to determine the scene for themselves. I would suggest the author place a specific disclaimer in the description of the book as some readers might find this scene as a trigger and/or offensive.
When I was a teen I was one of those girls who was attracted to bad boys so I totally see how and why Gia was attracted to Flynn. Back then I would rationale it as opposites attracting. Luckily, now I know better. At any rate, I was rooting the whole time for Flynn & Gia. I appreciated their differences: ethnicity, upbringing/experiences, personality. As with any differences, they balanced out the couple.
I don't want to give away any spoilers because I believe the love story that's weaved between all the sex is good. I will say I'm glad Gia discovered Luca's true colors.

A Page Turner- BRAB ONLINE BOOK CLUB
This is my first time reading this author's work and it definitely won't be the last. Cameron and Gia's story just drew me in from the first page to the last.
Cameron was a cocky, broken soul who marched at the beat of his own drum. Gia was a good girl, a somewhat perfectionist who could not stand Cameron when they were thrown together for a college project.
The author has done a good job of bringing out the chemistry and the ups and downs of romance. I was just absolutely in love with the characters and found it a thrilling ride.

After waiting so long for this book to be (re)released, I have to say that I wasn't disappointed at all. Not only was the book well written, but it had some of the most imaginative scenes of erotica that I've read to this day. Besides the small amounts of normative lag & minimal issues with the flow, this book was chock full of fully realized characters, hawt sex, and delicious drama...

First saw this story on Literotica and it definitly deserves to be published.
Flynn is a street-tough college senior paired with the shy & brainy Gia for a class project. The sparks fly as bad-boy Flynn and good-girl Gia have a steamy love/hate attraction that sizzles so hot you'll need a fan and a cold drink to get through the story. Warning...very erotic sex scenes.

Whew! There’s cheating and lots of sex in this book. A. Lot. Of. Sex. But the author does an awesome job of writing it steamy, angsty and just hella well. If you like erotic romance with a solid plot that features young college students, grab this one.

Been sitting on this one for quite a while. So I decided to finally crack it open and get to reading. The first scene was undeniably a sexual assault period, no if, ands,or buts about it. Flynn was utterly disgusting before he rapes Gia he tells her to get on her knees and blow him to put her big mouth to good use. Gia was very passive and sex crazed. Not only did she allow Flynn to disrespect her at every level but her boyfriend treated her just as bad. All the while she was being blackmailed by Flynn into having repeated sex with him. Between 85 to 90% of this book is sex, sex, and more sex. Oh yeah after he rapes her he shoves her then flops down in front of his television and tells her to get the fuck out and she walks out with her head down and says he did nothing wrong WTH.....With that being said I will give other books by this author a chance because she handles herself very well when responding to critics of her books she has thick skin and she respects readers honest opinions. This one however just wasn't for me.
